What a joke of a company. You call and you get a overseas dispatcher who doesn't know where the USA is let alone where you are stranded. They tell you the tow truck is on the way, 30 minutes, 20 minutes, 15 minutes call after call and you get lie after lie. Never talked to a driver and no one ever showed up after 22 hours. Finally gave up and made other arrangements.

Feels like a broker when dispatch asks driver for how much they would charge. $500 to tow 11 miles I don t think so. Good luck with that!!

Best, and Worst Service with a towing co. I called to find out what it would cost to get my truck that had a 2 days sticker to move or police will tow on it. I googled the milage from my nieces house to mine it was 17.9 miles. Stokley must have thought my butt was on a sling. They told me they googled it and it was 10 miles and it would cost $304.79 I laughed at him! The I said your going to charge me over $30 a mile? As it turns out it's a older truck, has been sitting there with a flat tire for four years. I decided I really didn't need the truck anymore. I was going to clean it out and let the police tow it away.....while I was cleaning out my items my nieces neighbor came and talked to me... He wanted the truck! So I'm actually quite happy with Stokley Towing, not only did his price quote save me hundreds of dollars, but I sold the truck and made $2,500!! Thanks Stokley Towing!!!
