This location recently switched from an independent shop to Meineke. Same staff and same good service. Had a flat and I had to drive in on it (slow leak) to get it fixed. They started work on it immediately and took the time to unmount the tire to ensure the tire was still in good condition since it was pretty low on air. They quickly fixed the leak, remounted the tire and checked all the other tires. Really appreciated the customer service and immediacy of their effort.

I Trust Meineke with all my car needs.Not only are they professional, but they are polite and so very caring. They have fit me in twice now without an appointment for emergency services. Thanks again guys for having my back. I certainly appreciate you. I won t take my car anywhere else now.

I had tires mounted and balanced. The price was fair and the work accomplished in the time frame that was quoted. A once over was performed on my car and items of concern were emailed to me with approximate prices which I really appreciated. I am now aware of repairs that need immediate attention and ones that can be scheduled later. I was not exposed to a hard sell but of information given that I can look over and make my appointments as needed. I give a 5 star rating and will be following through with the recommendations.

Absolutely excellent , fast and honest service! Traveling across the country, keeping oil changes fresh as possible ! Associate was professional and honest, no upselling or pressure !

I called the mieneke here in boulder city seeking help putting in an additive for my transmission that I had purchased on my own. I was told to bring my vehicle down and talk to one of the mechanics. They took my car in immediately even though they had some other things going on. Within a half hour or so they had properly added the additive, shared some encouraging personal experience using the additive, and said I was good to go. They didn't even charge me for their time. Now that is a level of customer service that is simply a rarity these days. I will happily return to this location for my future vehicle maintenance needs and will definitely suggest others head here as well. Thank you for lending a helping hand and being generous with your time guys!

The men ( all if them) at the Boulder City shop are so kind. Quick to help me & answer my questions. Always friendly, even when busy & I pop in with some issue. They do great work & know their business. I am grateful they are here.

Was very excited to find out after George s Tire now Meineke has the same honest mechanics Jerry and Ashton. I had been going to George s years and Chuck was super nice and honest. Now I feel much better knowing I am in good hands with Jerry and Ashton. We in Boulder City can rest assured they will take good care of us.

The gentleman that performed the oil change (whom I later found out was the manager) was very courteous, friendly, and professional. In addition to the oil change, he also checked all the levels and tire pressures, and added where needed.I must add that this was always done with the previous owner, and am glad Meineke has continued this practice.Service: Oil change

Remove and replace front tires with two that I had. Car is much safer with new rubber where the driver s side had worn thin. Service was done quickly and reasonably priced..

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told air filter needed to br changed too. I figured it probably needed it. So when I was told 30-40 minutes and came back it wasn't ready. They did not have air filter in stock, but said it would take 5 minutes. Finally after a total of over 90 minutes it was ready.

These guys helped me out with a flat (potholes suck by the way, especially at 70mph) rehabbed my spare and got me on my way in no time! Really went above and beyond.
