I was suggested to go to Honestlee's by my brother in law, and I'm glad I'm did! I went to get some rock lights put on my truck and get some other electrical issues straightened out. They did a fast and great job, had an issue with a fuse blowing and got that figured out quickly. Came back for some additional work, it was so minimal they did it at no charge! Everyone over there is ready going, hard working and knowledgeable! Thank you!

john doe, as in they cant recognize someone after...?rest is up to the reader.1 star rating. definitely not a customer cause no one there seems to know what their doing. took my vehicle elsewhere after being quoted about $600 from you guys, took it elsewhere turned out it was a $50 fix, cars been running great since. take your rating, why are you salty with everyone who reviews you. Get over it.

Lee is the best. My car was an ordeal that I expect he still has nightmares about. But he replaced a burned out turbo and a skipped timing chain and it runs fantastic. Ripped us off with a bad battery. Didn't even let us know the problem before fixing it. Just assumed and did it. Now out of 120 dollars. Thanks DishonestLee.Reply to below. No I can take a picture for you if you'd like. Sadly autozone had to do the work you should have done dishonestlee.Picture below of the battery from autozones saving grace. Now he is denying service to anyone that knows me...how professional.

Lee was very patient with my car. And it was nice to have an expert in the electronic field . And Lee is very good at hunting down problems. Use Lee's with confidence! We are traveling with a pickup and 5th wheel camper, and it's hard to find someone trustworthy to work on the truck. Lee's did a terrific job for me with an oil change and brake repair. They also diagnosed check engine light code as a bad catalytic convertor. Unfortunately they didn't have time to do the catalytic repair. I went to a muffler repair place and they replaced the cats for me. The exhaust sounded different to me, so I went back to Lee's and they assured me the exhaust was OK. I wish Lee's was in Florida. We have been looking for a repair shop like Lee's that we can trust. They have a great dog too!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

Honest Lee there's not much more to say!! Lee pulled no strings with us an told us the truth, an thats what we wanted. We were glad he didn't sting us along an try to fix our truck when there was no hope. LEE is Great! I would go back to him all the time if we lived near him. An he has a really good sec hand too. Thank you!

We had our truck towed to Lee when while on vacation we had an issue with the rear end. Lee was super helpful in getting us up and running and back on the road towards home. His bill was super reasonable. This company is extremely ethical and has immense integrity! Thanks for all your help!

I have been going to Lee for 5 yrs or more. Always GREAT QUALITY work. Everything fixed right the 1st time. Very knowledgeable about vehicles. All kinds. Always stands behind his work, no matter what, & explains in detail (& shows you) exactly what the problem is. Always makes sure your happy before you leave. Lives up to the name "Honest Lee". Usually Very Busy so I would suggest making an appointment.

Having had my engine replaced while I was there in Boulder City because my father passed away and I inherited his Blazer. My complaint is that Lee the owner was very rude and unprofessional. I asked him a question that I was expected to know the answer to and his response was to make a circle with his hands and I had to guess to him that he was making a crystal ball. He did not even do the work and sub contracted it out as he made ma feel like he was doing me a favor. I asked him to go over the whole truck and fix anything it needed. The tailpipe from the muffler was broken and was scraping against the drive shaft.I live in North Carolina and he knew I was going to drive the repaired Blazer across country. I drove the Blazer across country and it stalled all the way on my trip and I had to get it fixed when I got back. He knew that since i lived across the country that I would not be able to come back if there was any problemsHonestly the worst part was I told him the brakes were not right and asked him to check the brakes. He told me they was fine. I asked him a second time and was told again that it was good to go.I towed a 4x8 uhaul trailer and almost could not stop the Blazer and could have been killed.I drive 90 miles into Arizona and had to get the truck serviced. $1,200.00 later I was back on the road and was able to stop.This had nothing to do with money because I would have paid Lee with no question.I put my faith in lee because he was supposed to be the best in town. If he is the best then I feel sorry for Boulder City.All of this happened in April of 2019.Service: Engine repair

First of all this is the only place I take any of my vehicles and I tell all my friends about it. The name honest lee is absolutely the truth about this place. They are so friendly all the time I just love it it's quite a ways from my house it takes a good 45 minutes for me to get there. But that's the only place I take my vehicles.

I would highly recommend this auto shop.. My daughter broke down in Boulder City and had no idea who to go to. The dodge dealer in Henderson NV sent us here... I called Jeanitta and she was super helpful and informed us along the way of the status of the Jeep repair. They did the repair very quick and charged a very fair price.If you are in need of any type of auto repair please give HonestLee Auto a visit. Shops like this are few and far between, it was a pleasure to have our Jeep fixed here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The fuel pump on my pickup quit operating in Boulder City on a Friday afternoon. I called a local buddy to help and he had heard that Honest Lee's was worth a try. So I had my truck towed to Honest Lee's shop late that afternoon. I was very surprised that they worked on Saturday so I left the truck overnight. The next day, Saturday, a new pump was installed in the fuel tank. Nita came to pick me up when the job was completed. When we arrived back at the shop, the bill for the work was exactly what was quoted and a lot less than I was expecting to pay at any other shop on a weekend. So if you would like great service at a reasonable and fair price, please give Lee and Nita at Honest Lee's an opportunity to earn your business. These folks treated me pretty darn good that's for sure. And finally, these folks don't try to up sell you other work you don't need. And that is honest.

The work I had done to my car was done quickly and professionally. A great job was done and I enjoyed talking to the people running the place. I was on a road trip when I stopped to have repairs done on my car. I was a bit nervous going to a mechanic I hadn't been recommended, but I'm certainly happy I stopped at HonestLee's. If I didn't live 3000 miles away from the shop, Lee would be the regular mechanic I'd take my cars to.

Took my truck to get a oil pressure switch changed and when the mechanic opened the hood he snaped part of my chrome off and tried hiding it after the repair was finished the warning still popped up so i called him asking about it and he was rude on the phone. a week later i replaced it myself and found out the part wasn't even tightened down and could have come off with your hand now everything works fineService: General repairs & maintenance

I was on a road trip from California when my alternator completely went out on me. HonestLee was able to squeeze me in and perform the repair quickly even though it was a super busy Saturday. I was on the road again in less than two hours. Many kudos to Lee and his friendly staff.

I had a bad battery on my car. After calling several places with no return calls, I stopped by here based on a friend's recommendation. Although they were extremely busy, told me to bring it up and they would check it out. They installed a new battery and got me on my way at a very fair price.

The starter on my truck went out Friday at 4 p.m. I had it towed to Lee's shop and it was ready by 8:30 the next morning. The price is exactly what the estimate was there was no upsell or pressure to buy anything else.If you want an honest mechanic, this is the place to go!Thank you for the great service !

Fantastic inexpensive and as the name states, honest service. And a sweet big ole dog in the office. They're keeping my Beast of an old car purring smooth despite whatever I throw at it -- e.g., parking outside in the U.S. SW summer, a bit much dusty off-roading for a 2WD 12-y-o Hyundai Accent, a good many cross-country drives, and a husband who keeps leaving the lights on and killing the battery. All work is scheduled quickly and finished timely. This place rocks.

Lee and his staff are awesome. Lee just saved me thousands of dollars on a job that others wanted to charge me a small fortune. I've been going two this mechanic for a few years. I consider finding this mechanic one of the greatest finds I've ever had. He is honest, he listens to , and he explains things. I just can't say enough good things about this mechanic and his staff. Thank you Danita and Preston also, the ship has three great sails!

Lee (and company) were absolutely tremendous. I attempted to fix my brake master cylinder myself and after bleeding the brakes numerous times, I couldn't get the pressure back to the pedal. Lee was a bit befuddled at what was causing it, but he came to the determination that I needed to replace the newly purchased master cylinder and that there was an air pocket in the ABS. Lee went to where I bought the master and personally exchanged it for a different one (on his own time) and replaced the faulty one. I was more than pleased with the final bill, being that he spent numerous hours (I think) trying to diagnose the issue. Without any question I would recommend him to friends and family.

Honestly this guy is a joke, he has no idea what he s doing or how to fix anything, my car was overheating he changed out my radiator and it still overheats, I took back the next day he still couldn t find out the problem, ended up being a $50 solenoid control part, if you have the means to take it anywhere else do it and you ll save yourself a lot of aggravation and money.The five stars that he s getting are from his friends don t believe it. If you don t believe me just start asking people around Boulder city and they ll tell you the same thing. Unfortunately I found out after I paid him.
