They couldn't replace my damaged tire ONLY because they had just put their last one of that size on another vehicle (probably hit the same pothole). They called around and found someone that could help me, and that saved me a lot of time. Great service.

Fixed my flat when they were about to close (which is at 5 and not 6 as it shows online). Felt bad once I found out they were about to close, but they were super friendly and made sure I was back on the road safe. Very appreciative of their willingness to stay late.

Guy was absolutely awesome. I was stranded on frwy and brought him the flat tire. He repaired immediately at no cost and got me off the highway. Wonderful customer service. Will return for more work. Thanks again.Donald2006 350z

Came in today to look for some tires during there epic event. I met the new manager Joey, he was honest,and told me I only needed 2 even though they had a sale on 4. Still found a way to get me a deal by playing plinko yes plinko lol. Thanks to the crew I will be back for the other 2.

Heading back to Canada from Arizona in our travel trailer and had two blowouts on the highway. Firestone in Boulder City Nevada got us in right away with new tires and back on the road ASAP. Thanks guys.

We are halfway into a 10 week trip and have been doing a number of the passes in British Columbia, Washington, Oregon and California and I wanted to have my brakes checked so that we wouldn't have to worry about something going wrong on the rest of the trip.On a whim, showed up at 1 pm on a Saturday at the shop and asked them if they could have a look at the car. They only had the one mechanic on duty and took the time to have him check the pads and rotors and take the vehicle for a test drive.Came back and said that we were all good to go. Didn't try and sell us anything that we didn't need! Excellent service gentlemen (and I'm sorry, I did not get your names!)Service: Brakes

Had my oil changed in Boulder City location broke the dipstick and tube. Went to another Firestone and they said my oil was low and an oil leak, said they don't service oil leaks and to take it to a dealer? I am being charged for work to be redone and now have to go and get it serviced after 2 visits to Firestone! 6 hours for the first oil change, now over 3 hours plus have to go to dealer, plus 4 hours of driving back and forth already! Had an issue while driving cross country with my brakes. Lorenzo and his team took care of me and replaced all four rotors and pads in a timely fashion to get myself and my family back on the road. We were traveling from out of state and had hit a curb on our way, damaging the alignment. We took our car here and turns out we'd damaged another component that had to be cut off and replaced, as well as replace the front tires, as they had been rubbed bald.Lorenzo was so incredibly kind and helpful. He explained everything they were doing and kept checking in on us to let us know how it was going. The part took about an hour longer than it should've, but he kept us informed the entire time. He was so friendly and professional and it was a great experience.

I was told labor was $21/hr. They wanted to charge me $48 to tighten my outside tie rod bolts. That's 2 bolts. Does it really take 2 hrs to tighten 2 bolts!! Do I have stupid written across my forehead???

Took my truck in for a tire patch repair. Was told the tread on my 20,000 mile tire was too low to patch and I needed to buy new tires. I laughed and walked out. Took my business to Family owned Ralph s Tires they patched it up and sent me back on the road. Beware of the unprofessional upselling.Do yourself a favor read all the 1 Reviews . You are going to get scammed with terrible service. Get a second opinion or just avoid this place all together.

I stopped in on a Friday after work because my tire pressure was low. We found a screw in my tire and I was getting ready to head out on a long road trip out of state in 2 hours. They were about to shut down in 30 minutes, but a wonderful gentleman who was professional and kind stayed after hours to help me patch the hole in my tire, and get me safely back on the road. I am so thankful for this gentleman, that I reached out and gave him a great big hug with tears in my eyes telling him thank you so much for what he had done. They could have shut the doors and told me to come back another day, but they showed true customer service and I will be going back.

If only there were stars above five this particular locale would be ever so deserving. Now I generally am a critical person. Willing to meticulously dissect every aspect of any transaction to provide well rounded reviews. However, there are not words for how much this Firestone location came to exceed all of my expectations. I was underway on a 12 hour journey from Phoenix arizona to northern Utah. Just outside of Boulder the engine in my very old car started misfiring. There I was stranded in the middle of my journey 6 hours from my origin and another 6 to my destination. To add onto this, the day was a Sunday. And not just a Sunday but also fathers day and not just a Sunday and fathers day but also Juneteenth. Nevertheless this location went above and beyond to work to find the issue and have me back on the road in under 3 hours. Furthermore, since I was stranded I had no choice to pay whatever I had to pay to get the car working again. Even with my vulnerability they still worked to find the least expensive solution and made sure not to take advantage. Many other places could learn from such a level of customer service and i will forever be grateful for the service they provided.

I needed a tire repaired, due to there being a nail in my tire. I made the appointment. I brought my car in at the scheduled time. I was told it would take about at least an hour. I walked home, two hours later I still did not receive a call, so I called. They said they had not even gotten to my car yet, a quick 15 minute tire repair, they had not even started. I said I was coming to get my car. They did not seem the least bit sorry. I guess a tire repair is too small a job for them. I wod have never taken my car there, but the smaller tire shops were closed. I prefer to give my business to the small businesses, they appreciate the customers.Service: Tires

Someone had vandalized my car, kicking the front tires, knocking it out of alignment. Next day Firestone made time for me on their schedule (I was traveling through the needed to keep rolling) they did a great job, in one and a half hours, great price and very helpful. These guys know what they are doing.

I came in because I have a tire that losses about 2lbs of air a day. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire and then told me they couldn't have fixed it anyway as the tire was from 2017 so that puts the tire 5 years old. And then I got charged $20 anyway. Then they gave me a quote for $475 for 2 tires. What a rip-off place. I will never go there again.Service: Tires

If you live here in Boulder City, and travel around a lot then I recommend this Firestone Tires for all your car needs . Most definitely the folks here are more than helpful and will have your car up to date as always.

Wanted to get a tire fixed. Had a nail in it. Made an appointment online. 2.5 hours later, they still had not started the job. A tire fix is something you do on the side as you do bigger jobs. It takes a short period of time. Especially with an appointment. Went to TireChoice and they did it in 40 minutes. Little jobs are what brings bigger jobs in. Terrible first impression.

This is not your mom and pop help you out take care of you auto shop. Don t even give them your service because they do not deserve it. I called stranded asking for a tire and they offered to help just to close and lock their doors 5 minutes after they closed because i couldn t make it in time. After I called them and they said they would wait. This is a business that puts themselves first and does not care about helping their customers. Consider using a more caring considerate business that will go out of their way to serve you and treat you well because here the bare minimum is the highest level of effort they ll give you.

Left this place livid!!!I went in to have a head light changed and the guy told me it would be an hour and a half wait, so I said that was fine because I am leaving out of town after.2 hours go by and I called and they said they haven t gotten to my car yet but they are almost to my car, then another hour goes by I call and Craig again says they are just now pulling my car in to get it down, another hour goes by and I just show up and my car was moved but they never got it done.I wasted 4 hours of my planned trip and never got it done. I asked for my keys back and walked away.

In the past, got tires, NEVER again. Called & explained I had damaged a wheel & had a new one & asked them how much to install the old tire on the new rim. They quoted $50. I asked are you serious? No answer. I asked $50 for 10 minutes work, did I hear you correctly ? They hung up.When you wonder why/how you lose customers who live 10 minutes away; THIS IS HOW. Found Ralphs Tire for HALF of Firestone s price, had it done there. Never again FirestoneService: Tires
