The place to go where you not only get one incredibly helpful, knowledgeable employee to patiently help you figure out a 3 day problem. You get a whole store of them and they were all smiling!!! Thank you Danny and anyone else that was so nice, it really was appreciated.

While I did not know what to do with my engine issued car, Kevin and Michael these two helpful staffs figured out and I was able to get to Las Vegas. They were so impressive how they treated customer. Thank you again!

Hands down Best autozone I ve ever been to. Anthony took it to the next level and lent me a personal tool to help me free a stuck bolt. Kierin was a great assistance as well. When I pulled up I saw 2 customers getting hands on assistance in the parking lot and went inside to be greeted with high energy ready to help from the other specialists. Great staff all around.

Michelle and crew are the best!All ways greet you when you enter. Usually by my first name. They have helped me so many times locating unusual and hard to find items. Feels like a hometown parts store should.My go-to auto parts store

Went in for some wiper blades today and was super happy with the service I got from the store manager she was very knowledgeable and helped me find what i was looking for quickly. I will definitely continue to come to this location when i need more products

Manny helped diagnose the issue and Charles helped us replace a blown thermostat 20mins-Closing and even stayed after to help us fix it and be on our way, if it weren t for them we would ve been stranded hundreds of miles from home (on a roadtrip) out in the middle of practically no where. Then after all that they wouldn t accept a tip and insisted that it s their job to help and serve the needs of customers. Thank You so much, Autozone only from now on.

I really like the people!! A few nights ago I was sold the wrong plugs but I switched them out for the right ones fairly easily. They don't have much in the ways of heat tape though, I had to go next door to true value for exhaust tape...

Tonight I went to auto zone in Boulder City. My battery needed replaced and it was under warranty. While there, Erin took care of business. Erin was more than kind, very efficient, quick and getting the job done. Customer service with a smile if you need anything, ask for Erin. She will make sure your needs are taken care of.

I had an amazing day until my battery light came on and I couldn't turn my steering wheel so I asked my husband say a prayer for us and we made it from the Lakes all the way to Autozone. We entered the store and first employee I see was a big Hawaiian brother and he greeted us with a smile and said how may I help you? My husband & I told him the problem he came to the car and open hood tested my battery and my battery was no good looked next to the alternator and the belt looked like dental floss he couldn't believe we made it this far. I told him it was all God he was so helpful that he even called a friend to help put my alternator belt on then he checked again to see if the battery was bad sure enough we needed new battery so he came outside and put a new one in my car. When I say God was looking out for my family and I. Thank you JESUS Thank you brother for being compassionate and for being professional, helpful and overall AMAZING SORRY I FORGOT YOUR NAME BUT CAN NEVER FORGET WHAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR MY FAMILY I do remember him saying he works only on Wednesday at this Store. Management he is the real deal THANK YOU FOR MAKING A BAD EXPERIENCE GREAT

These people were a great help to us. We parked in a garage and there was liquid dropped from above. Assuming it was just water we didn t move the car. Well that was a mistake because it ruined the windshield and the paint. We used everything we could to get rid of the marks to no avail. We decided to stop in this autozone and the guys are working there were super helpful. I bought the wrong thing initially and they helped me figure out the right chemical to fix it. The marks came off of the paint AND the windshield!

Had a warranty issue with my boat battery. Took it to AutoZone and was assisted by Michelle. I was alone with my boat and no understanding of how to put a battery in. I was under the wire as I had friends meeting me for the weekend on my boat! Michelle climbed into my boat and put the battery in herself! People like Michelle are not only great employees but they go the extra mile and really care about people. She did not have to help me, but out of the kindness of her heart and her dedication to her job I can get out on the lake without being embarrassed! Michelle you rock!

Omg Sarah was so so helpful. She was friendly, totally went out of her way to help me and even taught me some stuff along the way. I literally dont know the first thing about cars, and feel so taken care of. She handled it and with a smile on her face. Thanks guys !

I LOVE the employees here, they are knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful. I can never remember how to put windshield wiper blades on and they never hesitate to put them on for me. Also, AutoZone has the best rewards program of any parts stores

I was traveling from Mesa Arizona on my way to Reno Nevada when the O2 sensor went out and I wasn't able to make it up the hills on my trip somehow I made it to this AutoZone where the two guys working went above their duty to make sure I got the part replaced and I was back on the road safely I've been a customer AutoZone for years and this is hands-down the best one I've come across

Had a head light out for the second time in a couple of weeks. Opposite sides. Stopped in to pick up a new bulb and one of the clerks changed it for me. Same thing last night, but this time it wasn't the light. Something had chewed the wire to the headlight. Same clerk, got wire, connectors and tape and replaced not only the headlamp, but the wires that had been chewed and wouldn't let me pay for his time or the wires, etc.. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!

I like this location because it is just around the corner from where I live and and they are always friendly when you walk in and willing to help you or answer questions without an attitude.
