Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff were amazing, incredibly welcoming, and always cheerful. The convenience of the 24-hour front desk made our stay stress-free, and the rooms were spotless, with comfortable beds and pillows that made us realize we need an upgrade at home! The breakfast spread was amazing, offering plenty of options that catered to both kids and adults. The indoor pool was a delightful bonus that our kids absolutely loved, even though I forgot my bathing suit (oops!). The pool area was cozy and warm, with comfortable chairs for relaxation.Overall, our spring break was made memorable by this wonderful hotel experience, and we can't wait to come back again. Highly recommended for families looking for a fantastic stay!

Have stopped here twice in the last month. It is a perfect stop spot for long travels. Location is perfect for easy access and within walking distance of some businesses. Just make sure it is warm. They are definitely pet friendly with a fee but it is worth it. Will be back for sure. Think that puts our other favorite motel on the back burner.

Hotel is located just off Interstate, but my back-facing room was very quiet and I could not hear traffic noise. Similarly, I did not hear other guests, which consisted mostly of couples and families. Check-in was efficient. Check-out was 11am. Free Internet access is provided and the quality is sufficient. Breakfast is also included, as is a 24-hour coffee bar. I did not eat breakfast and coffee was sufficient. I did not use either, but there is an inside pool and gym. Other guests enjoyed the pool. Overall property is neat and clean. It is adjacent to a McDonald's and empty lot, so doesn't have the greatest curb appeal. While I was comfortable, the bed is very soft and lacked significant back support. If you are looking for a quiet night's stay in a place that feels safe and is clean, this is it!

The hotel has stadium-level lighting in the parking lot. The blackout curtains are a few inches from the wall so light bleeds into the rooms, bright enough to cast shadows. Also, the curtains had cracks, so there was a lot of light in the room. Worst night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Also the fitness center was out of order as well as the hot tub.I would not stay there again.

Stopped here on the first night of our road trip. We were pleasantly surprised with the new, clean, large room. Spent some time in the indoor pool. Enjoyed the well stocked Breakfast counter in the morning.Rooms: Large and clean. Well appointed.

My mother and I travel from Idaho to Battle Mtn. frequently for family events and have stayed here multiple times, my mom has stayed here more than anyone I know. We are so disappointed in the condition of the rooms this trip. My mother's room (114) smelled funky and soon discovered the carpet was wet, especially at the door. The front desk gal gave her a bunch of towels to put down on the floor. I hope they threw them away because when we pulled them up from the floor Sunday morning at checkout, they were moldy. She would have changed rooms, but the hotel was fully booked. I would have traded rooms with her, but they had booked me on the second floor and my mother cannot take stairs like the ones at this hotel. The room I was in (204) was ok, but the toilet didn't work when I arrived. I was given a plunger in a garbage bag to use. The drapes were broken and didn't hang on the rod correctly, letting in light from the outside lights. The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to the corners in the bathroom, and I'm not sure what was going on in the tub. I did get a giggle out of the paint job in the room. After many years, this was our last stay at this hotel and will be staying in Winnemucca going forward.

The site of this location is exceptional! The front of the hotel faces west with the back to the east. It makes for both great sunrises in the morn and amazing sunsets in the evening. The pool is inviting and not too warm for inside. The breakfast has lots of choices and cleanliness seems to be a high priority. Parking is adequate with very little late night noise. If you are looking for a room primarily do sleeping this makes a great choice. Pets always welcome!Terrific stay. I had an accident and my camper was totaled! Fortunately I and mine were ok. The hotel has been extremely understanding of the situation. Pet friendly does not begin to cover the welcoming staff. The breakfast is great with variety for more than a single night. Would suggest it for work or personal.Walkability: Easy walk to convenient overnight needs.

Friendly service, and the room was surprisingly pretty nice. A couple of small repair-type stuff surfaced during our stay, but nothing that really interfered with our stay at all, and the price was reasonable. The only real negative was that the hot tub was down. Hot tubs/swimming pools are becoming like fast food ice cream machines, I swear...

Through a series of miscommunications with the central reservation phone system, we didn t get a chance to actually stay here. HOWEVER, Laura at the front desk was above and beyond kind and helpful in getting our reservation issue figured out and had great recommendations for food in town. Laura is awesome, and should be protected at all costs! :) the lobby was super nice and clean and offers tea, coffee, and snacks. Laura earns 5 stars!!

Myra was professional, friendly, and did everything in her power to make everything right for our family. There isn't customer service like that in other hotels where we stayed. The rooms were ok, but the phones didn't work and it would be nice to have an elevator for luggage.

Good front desk service. Clean, basic but spacious room with excellent king size bed. Room 204. Good water pressure, by highway, but road noise is minimal. Continental breakfast is fine. Pricey at $122.00 with AAA discount but it was nice and comfortable. I'd stay there again. Oh - no smoking. $500 fine. That's fine by me!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had no rooms when I drove in, and gave me a room with no TV (which I didn't mind at all). I drove in after 10pm and would have had to drive several hours more to get to the next town. They waived my pet fee. Their coffee in the morning was very good! The room was clean and comfortable and I'm very happy I stayed here and appreciative of the staff.

The biggest complaint I have is about the water temperature. In the heated pool and the jacuzzi it was cold or lukewarm at best. However in the room the shower water on the lowest hot setting was so hot I had to crouch on the floor to avoid being scalded. The free breakfast was decent and the coffee was ok. The room itself was nice and well maintained as was the property. Nothing special about the location but it was super convenient off the highway and for access to food and other things by foot.

Not sure why this is the most expensive hotel in town. No room service (leave your garbage in bags in the hall if you want it taken out), pool and fitness center are out of commission, the windows and screens are best not looked at, and there's no elevator (even if it is only 2 story). The rooms are large though, and if you like spongy beds they're pretty comfortable. It does have a secure wifi connection and a mediocre continental breakfast. It's totally liveable place, but the rents too damn high.

Nothing fancy, relatively quiet, clean room. They have some complementary breakfast stuff, they had a decent selection at 7 when I got coffee, but the selection want as good at around 9 when checking out.Price is decent, totaling $103 for two adults and a dog. Make sure they know you have a pet because the fee is $10, but the fine for an undeclared animal is $150. If you're looking for a room and find yourself in Battle Mountain, this is a worthwhile stay.

Overall the place is a little run down. Staff at front desk was nice and corteous but when i got to my room it smelled mildewing almost like a locker room. I asked to change rooms but unfortunately the two rooms I tried after the first one smelled even worse. In the room, the carpet is very old (probably why it smells) and the bathroom is run down, needs to be recaulked. There was a crack in between the floor and the wall for example. The bed however seemed pretty new and the bedding was very clean. The front desk person brought me an ozone air purifier which was appreciated. I wouldnt stay here again however unless they had renovations.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Super 8. The complimentary breakfast was pretty decent and the coffee was hot and fresh. The beds were comfortable and the room was pretty big. Overall this was a wonderful stay. They do a great job, oh and the staff were awesome. Thank you Super 8 for a great experience!!!
