Had four Tires balanced, that made everything great again. However they could've told me that they broke my hub cap taking the tire off, rather then just putting it back on like it never happened.

Great service and staff!I was west-bound on I-80 towing a travel trailer when things started shaking quite a bit. Called Point S 10 minutes before they were set to close on a Friday evening. Last place open in town until Monday morning. They got me in immediately, rebalanced all four wheels, and got me on my way within 30 minutes!

When our tire began vibrating and burning while we were traveling from Austin to Seattle, we called numerous mechanics to see if they could fit us in for an inspection. After that, when we contacted, Erica provided the best customer service. She had a look at our route, gave us a list of mechanics to call, said they could take us in on Monday when they are open, and said that there was a hotel close by. If we weren't working with a time constraint, I would have visited this location.

Great service, fair price, quick service. I had a problem on a 2007 Lincoln Town Car, I had to change all four tires. Thanks guys for finding and solving the problem quickly.

This location has a Car Quest located in the same building. The waiting area is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful!

I have a lot of vehicles that seemingly never stop needing tires. Point S has always been there for me. Jarod has always helped me out as best as he can and I know I'm not the only one. So far in all my experience with tire and auto related shops this is the fastest most professional shop I've seen. That's really saying something. I've never come away disappointed with Point S.

Point S is the greatest tire shop I have ever been too.After puncturing a tire we headed to Point S for a repair. We showed up 1 minute before closing but they were happy to help. Not only did they waive the after hours fee, but they didn t even charge for the repair. We were in and out of there in no time. The worker who helped us was fantastic.

Their time management needs work. Every time I come to get my car I'm waiting an extra 30 minutes to an hr no matter what time they give me or how long is been there. It's normally there half a day or a whole day for reference.

This is an excellent place to get any repair work done in a region with services few and far between.Handled repairing my tire quickly and effectively, and didnt even charge for the repair. Made sure to buy some tire sealant to support the business as well as be more prepared for a puncture in the future.You can trust these folks with your rig.

Had high oil pressure issue 15 miles to the west of Battle Mntn, on top of that, the plastic ring on the dipstick broke off when I tried to check the oil. Arrived 30 mins before closing & Jon the broken dipstick out & diagnosed issue as a bad oil pressure sensor. Their service was excellent. I would highly recommend them!

my expedition has been in a few times for major suspension work and i had them install a crate motor. getting the engine installed we got a little sideways BUT they made that good and i was very happy! there pricing has been fair and i am very happy to not only continue doing business with them but also recommend them to anyone

Had a tire blowout on our trailer, we showed up just before closing and they mounted our spare free of charge while it was pouring rain. Two other trailers pulled up at the same time and they still got us out within 30 minutes. 10/10

They re always really nice and courteous when I go into Point S. I went in today, as a matter of fact, to get my tire repaired. Super friendly staff and Ben s customer service specifically, was excellent. He called me when my vehicle was ready and we were in and out within a decent amount of time. I would definitely recommend them.

The guys at point s took great care of us! Our rental got a flat with no spare and we could not reach hertz roadside assistance. Point S answered our questions via phone, got us in the queue for a new tire and stayed late to get us taken care of. Keith went the extra mile, checking the pressure and lug nuts on the rest of the tires. BIG thank you to big Ben, Jared & Keith!! You saved our vacation

Been quite the trip pulled in with tire clean blown off trailer. Explained my situation of the trip. Their customer care and understanding got us back on the road in super short time. All the people here are such a blessing. Anyone needing service here are in best hands. Thank you from bottom of our hearts.

While on a road trip in our RV, we had a brake issue while driving through town. We went to Point S right before closing time and they were very helpful in diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts, and even recommending a couple places to stay for the evening. Late the next day the ordered parts arrived, they stayed past closing time to make sure everything was installed and sent us on our way. James and his team were very friendly and the waiting area was very clean and nice. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I were traveling the country and did not recognize the tires on our car were wearing out until the car started vibrating as if they were out of balance. Stopped off at the Point S in Battle Mountain and found the folks there to be the most honest and helpful folks one could ever meet.It was late in the day so there was some concern about getting replacement tires the next day (a Friday) but the staff were willing to come in on Saturday when they are closed and install them if they could not get them in the next day...BUT...they called the distributor and managed to get the tires on the truck from Salt Lake City because of a personal relationship with the distributor. The tires arrived the very next day!It only cost us one night in a hotel (The Big Chief down the street recommended by the Point S staff-It really was awesome as well) and we were off on the rest of our trip the next morning. The whole experience could have been terrible but ended up not hurting so much, other than of course the unexpected expense of new tires.My wife and I honestly can't say enough about the genuine human decency and honestly we encountered at the Battle Mountain Point S.

Took care of me when I had a blow out on the freeway and limped in on a spare. Friendly and quick and honest and figured out a solution to get me back on the road when I was desperate. Forever grateful.

They offer a 24/7 roadside assistance but when you call at 9pm they ask you to wait until the next morning. Nice people, but dont advertise a service you can't offer. Delayed a trip we were taking by a whole day since we were not able to leave until after noon the next day.

Tire blew out on the van we were driving. Called to see.about replacement since we don't have a spare.Staff were friendly. Can't count on this.place if you need size 14 tires unless you have time to wait a few days. We we're supplied with roadside service and an old tire. Price wasn't bad.

I was driving through with my wife in separate cars on our move to Idaho from California and my wife's car breaks down. So I push the car to Point S and they were really professional and helpful. They gave me a quote, told me they would call me when my car was done and they sent us on our way. We drove the 6.5 hours that we had left in our drive and when the car was supposed to be done we never got a call. This would probably be a better review, but because my wife and I had to call them to find out that our car was done and having to drive 13 hours round trip to get the car on top of that, I just can't do it.

Cruising through Nevada toward Reno, we'd blown a trailer tire in Utah and were needing a quick replacement for the spare. Called while literally driving past on the highway at 4:20pm, and within seconds they assured me they could sell me a new tire and mount it quickly. Whole transaction was completed and we were gassed up and on the road by 5:10pm. Excellent work, just as promised, and the whole car couldn't be more pleased or impressed with the way it went.

Traveling thru Battle Mountain, stopped for lunch and noticed our travel trailer had a flat. Limped over to Point S and they got us right in and got it fixed - no charge. Great people, very nice.

Driving from out of state, and needed to get some shaking looked at. They were short a mechanic and still got the car looked at, by multiple people, ran some tests, took test drives and only charged us for the tire alignment they did, even though the whole process took a couple of hours. Great service, and didn't attempt to gouge us.

Helpful! We have taken all our vehicles in for everything from tires and tune up to emergency repair on a diesel truck. Aways quality work. Great office staff too.
