I'm back at another petro shop , because of lights not working on trailer

Not bad. Was expecting a lot worse. However, the prices of food and drink wasn t that bad. I actually thought the restroom was adequate sized and was cleaned. It had several places to get food inside. The gas wasn t priced terrible. It was easy to get to from the interstate. It seemed to be family owned as opposed to a chain. Overall, I liked it. Not bad!

Mechanic's name was Al. He is a real jerk. Too to worried about running me out of the shop instead of listening to what I have to say. Then changed only one filter after I requested to get both of them Taken care then get to my truck. It wouldn't start. He said he turned paperwork in and started walking away I ask him. Aren't you gonna finish your job and he kept walking away? Then finally came back and after cranking Quite a while burning up my starter, it finally started. Going to make sure everyone knows about him and not to let him work on their trucks. Unbelievable experience

Come in for an ABS light, they don t have any software for this. Ask them to look at the break shoes, apparently that means to completely unalign the break shoes to the point that there is ZERO contact with the drum.

Over 4 hours in the shop to replace one tire and 2 wires to clearance lights what a waste of my day!!! If it's tires go to a different shop quite the joke no one is in any kind of hurry!!

Very small restrooms for a truck stop with over 200 parking slots for drivers. The stalls are busted, toilets barely flushed and stained to the point they are nearly black. Beware eating any food from this facility due to this fact there is no hot water from the sinks and soap dispensers were all empty every time I went in. Also may want to bring in your own toilet paper seems like they can't restock restrooms let alone clean them

Worst Ever mechanics on the Nightshift schedule. This is the second I am doing my oil changes and this 2 technicians messing up my Truck.Please don t ever use Night shift for any services. Very rude guys and always recommending fake diagnoses so they can get more money from you. May be then get commission based compensation and that is why.

Inside of store smells like a sewer. Large pot holes in truck parking lot that will damage your truck.

Make sure you get used virgin tires because they put used retreaded tires and mine didn't even last 500 miles after getting it installed.

It's a truck and travel stop. Fueled the car, used the facilities, got something to drink, checked where I was headed next, and off again. Clean facilities, nice staff.

The whitefish was great! It was sad to see the buffet gone. But the food is still good as is the staff.

With the exception of a very few, most are unclean and lack basic food like cooked hotdogs /brats/etc for truckers , and need to be cleaned better. I do love the ones that still have a restaurant Country pride. I get annoyed when one has restaurant sign then park to find out it's now closed...take down the sign please! The employees must be paid low bc rarely a cheerful or helpful motivated one. Never had a prob w truck service thru them though, always done well.

Had a great experience with Andrew in the TA/Petro repair shop. Not only was he a former driver, but also quite obviously took tremendous pride in his work and went out of his way to explain/share/teach his thoughts and recommendations as he went through inspecting my equipment. Although it took longer than I expected, it was overall a great experience. Recommended!

Hands down the best TA I have seen best customer service (Sarah) is ya girl in Iron Skillet. Food was cooked fresh and tasty. They have many options. Blow the other TA s away. With clean bathrooms thank you staff for keeping up with this TA

Mobile truck mechanic is stupid worst. He knows nothing about trucks and very rude. Drivers away from here. Away from TA. They re just do tires no others.

Tons of parking. Everything you need for a 34 hr. Reset. Showers were clean. Laundry machines did thier job. The restraunt was good. Lots of things to look at in the store. Truck wash close. I'd do another reset here.

These two guys from the TA truck service decided to drive side by side on the interstate for several miles going about 67. A whole bunch of cars were upset with their actions.

Staff was very nice but I end up spending $1500 for parts and labor that was needed but not what I came in for techs couldn't find the problem,it end up being a hose for $34

Terrible slow service, long wait and mess at that shop. They move you from door to door. Took them 6 hours to do the oil change, and they over filled it way way over the max line. That can damage the engine and seals. I had to go to a different shop so they can drain the oil.I will never be back here again. Avoid this shop.

Hard to find Handicap Parking if they have any available. Since we are Premium Members I just park in Reserve Parking as close to the store as possible and put my Handicap Parking sign in the window.

Everything was great, but the restaurant needs more help. Food was great though, only complaint is had to wait 15 minutes at the register to pay for my food
