I had a great experience at Mogul's! Jeff helped me out of a huge bind after my load shifted. He was able to reposition my load at his yard, and I was able to safely continue down the road! If you're ever in a bind in Nebraska, Jeff and his team at Mogul's are the guys to call!!!

Mogul s s provided me with excellent service from the start. My Jeep had no brakes and a Death Rattle problem all at once. They provided transportation for me to and from my house and then delivered my vehicle at the end of the day as I live quite close to their shop. I will return to Mogul s and request Connor every time!!!

Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and very helpful. They answered all my questions promptly and had my fuel filter changed in just a little over a week. And it only took that long because the company had sent the wrong one accidentally. I would definitely work with them again.

I called at 8:00 AM without an appointment and asked if they could install a headlight for me sometime that day and they said come right down. That may not seem like a big deal to some but it was for me. It was a Friday and they were booked solid but took care of me first. That's hometown service! Thanks Moguls

About 15 years ago I was on a road trip across the country traveling on the highway when our transmission lost power. We were able to make it to the nearest exit and broke down at the end of the exit ramp. It was 2:30am, and we didn't know where we were, and we didn't have AAA.Not ten minutes after breaking down, the sheriff and his wife were returning home from dinner. They stopped, called us a tow truck, and gave us a ride to the motel.The next morning, by the time we woke up, our car was fixed. We had coffee with the hotel owner and the sheriff before getting a lift to the repair shop.They could have gotten us for a new transmission, but they were honest. They replaced a hose and charged us $35.00. We were back on the road by noon.Such a beautiful, peaceful community....Later down the highway there was a chemical spill and highway traffic was diverted to local streets. It was stopped traffic for 30 miles. We noticed a construction worker trying to cross traffic, and backed our car up to let him through, and he waved us on to follow him. He showed us a parallel road that bypassed all the stopped traffic. I believe we were on that side street passing stopped traffic for about 4 hours.Good times.

I was in town for work when my pickup started showing the ABS Service 4wd and Traction control light decided to have it looked at. Called Moguls at 9 ish they were able to get me in at 1, dropped my pickup off by 2:30 they were calling me back with a diagnoses and quote to repair had them fix it as my sensor went out and wheelbarring by 4 they called and told me it was done! Great service very fast service. Almost makes me want to drive the two hours to have them work on it all the time! Thank you to them as the time they had it was fast and efficient!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection

Driving from Wyoming back to Tennessee, my daughter and I hit an object on the interstate. We called the best rated wrecker service in York. We were super impressed with the service they provided. The owner even provided a ride to the airport so we could get a rental car. If you need a tow or have car trouble I highly recommend Mogul s.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We were headed through Nebraska from Ohio and hit a deer on 80W. Scott towed our vehicle in and allowed us to pop a tent on the property since all the hotels were sold out. Their family was so kind and went above and beyond to help us. We enjoyed all the stories and loved that they restored our faith in humanity. Highly recommend!

My daughter stopped in York with A/C problems. Moguls scheduled her, diagnosed the problem, found the needed parts in town and had her on her way in a few hours. And the price of the repair was so much less than we would have paid back at home. We are so grateful to the team at Mogul s for their professionalism and willingness to help. We are on a cross country road trip and one of wheel bearings went bad. We called everyone within 150 miles and Mogul s were the only company to be able to help us same day! Especially helpful since we would have had to spend the weekend in a hotel and be seen on Monday. The team had us in and out in under three hours! So kind, so reasonable in price! I d give more stars if I could. Thank you again!!

I was very satisfied with everything at Moguls. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The work done by the mechanic was some of the best I have seen. Mogul's does incredible work. Conner is very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. I trust Conner and the Mogul's team completely. They give you full a inspection with full information on your vehicle's condition with concerns that need addressed immediately and what to plan for in the next visit, complete with pictures and descriptions. They went above, above and beyond, they are the sweetest people and litterally saved us. We had a deer hit us and totaled our car and were 14 hours away from home. We were stuck and they helped us so much. Highly highly recommend. A family business who cares about people!

My son was going from Michigan to Utah and grenaded the transfer case in his pickup. It was 430 on Monday afternoon when he called Moguls and they picked up the vehicle in 20 minutes. I located a used transfer case and had it delivered to them by 1:00 the next afternoon and they had him back on the road by 4 o clock on Tuesday afternoon. Extremely fair and reasonable pricing and an absolute dream to deal with. I am an ex-Service manager so I understand what it takes to deliver great customer service. They exceeded great customer service!
