Janssen Ford Honest and TrustworthyTaking a moment to share my outstanding experience at this dealership.I had the pleasure of working with Mick (Sales/Finance), Grant (Finance) and Tony (General Manager).Sales From the beginning Mick was very responsive through email and over the phone. He was very polite and attentive to my requests. At every instance of entering the dealership, I was greeted by him at the door. Even the small touch of being offered something to drink was noted and appreciated. An administrative pricing error was identified and quickly resolved in a fair & honest manner.Finance Again, the small touch of being offered something to drink was noted and appreciated. Process was very easy and smooth. There was no fast talk or pressure as to why I needed to purchase any warranties/plans/add on s etc. I felt my wishes were respected and honored. I appreciate Grant for providing some details in advance for me to make an informed decision.Transparency .Mick and Grant were very knowledgeable and thorough in answering my questions throughout the entire process. I came in with a list on my laptop and these gentlemen checked off all the boxes. I am from the show me state and they showed me everything I wanted to see. The customer service the provided was top notch! Your word is your reputation. Janssen Ford stands by their word. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I'm from out of town, and when I had an emergency with my Kia I called out to the Chevy dealer first, who refused to accomodate me, claiming they were too busy. I called Angie, the service manager here at Janssen and, while their service department was clearly full she took care of us right away so we could get back on the road and continue the long drive we still had ahead. She and the tech who worked on our car, Dominic, were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They ensured that our vehicle was safe and we truly appreciate their help and professionalism.

This place really helped me out when my car broke down. Their schedule was packed full, but they still valued my safety over all else and found the time to fix my car. I live two hours away, so I truly appreciate the excellent customer support in a situation where I felt truly stranded!

They were great when we purchased our 2019 F-150. Even brought our old license plates from our trade to us when we forgot them. Great customer service when having repairs and general maintenance done as well.

Dealing with the folks at Janssen was the easiest, most professional and pleasant experience I have ever had. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of throughout the entire process. I bought the Bronco over the phone and it was a breeze. Tony was very communicative and it felt like I had known him for years. I drove 6 hours to pick it up and it was ready when I got there. The signing papers with Mick was easy and Carter did a great job running me through the details of the Bronco and getting my bluetooth set up. I will definitely buy my next car/truck from Janssen!

Could not have had a better experience. As someone who was shown around the typical dealership all day by hungry salesman to end up in York Nebraska and be treated like family was a huge relief and surprise. All my questions were answered anything John didn't know he found out for me and actually got back to me about. There was never any desire or malice to steer me towards one vehicle or another or give me into something above my price point. Very knowledgeable and excellent service. I actually got a flat tire after leaving the dealership and John and his service associate came out onto the interstate and helped me figure out how to change it on my new truck. Just my luck I ran over a piece of something in a construction area right outside. They took the tire back to the dealership fixed it and then delivered it an hour away the next day instead of having me return and drive all that way myself. If you're tired of dealing with the typical dealership and the process has left a bad taste go see John. If his inventory doesn't have what you're looking for there are six other sister Ford dealerships that they can search to find the one you want. Extremely happy with my vehicle

So far so good.Got me in right away and going to replace transmission on my F350 trusting it will be done correctly....just to add it was NOT DONE CORRECTLY....they did not tighten the torque converter nuts properly had a vibration within the first 500 miles.Had to go to Dewey Ford where I bought the truck and they fixed the problem but Jensen Ford of York Nebraska accused me of trying to scam them even though the service writer of Dewey talked to them with me on the phone.I would NOT recommend Jensen Ford as a credible dealership.Very poor at best

My wife and I been driving Ford's for the last 32 years. I've never had any problems with my car's or Escape till now. All the Ford dealers have been great with the product and they always stand behind there product they sold us. Even if there was something wrong with the vehicle. Good service, great knowledge if something needed to be fixed. But NOT at Janssen Frod in York Nebraska.The Escape has been in there shop for over 3 times in a short period of time. For the same reason and problem. You think that it be fixed by now. WRONG...... . It's been supposedly on there computers. That is supposed to tell them what can be wrong. The last time the service manager say to us. We don't need to put on there because " I know what it is". Without even seeing the Escape. Than she told my with this is what we going to do and this is what it will cost you. By the way we call the car " THE MONEYPIT")That someone of the dealership called. Ask my wife how she like the experience at Janssen Ford. He said he was going to look in on it, and call her back. Guess he forgot to check in on it... and didn't like what he found.So much for the good name of Janssen Ford products and Janssen Ford's service and Janssen Ford's trust. I'm very disappointed and upset ( past mad and frustration) about all of this.I don't foresee that they make good on this vehicle.SignedMONEY PIT.

Yesterday my wife and I went down to Janssen Ford of York to purchase a vehicle for our business, the process from start to finish was effortless. When we pulled up the truck was waiting for us, Tony the GM made the buying process easy with a great price, salesman Mickey was fun an energetic and had everything ready for us and Ian in finance was prompt, and great with the paperwork, we couldn t be happier with our experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My husband and I just bought a new truck from Janssen and they were amazing! All staff were efficient and competent from our first contact over the phone and every moment after that. We are very happy with the transparency in price, communication and efficiency in paperwork, and incredibly competent, helpful, and friendly interactions. This was truly a world class experience buying from Janssen; we highly recommend them and would love to buy from them again!

The guy they call a sales manager is anything but that. The sales man I was dealing with was very inexperienced but pleasant. After talking numbers this "manager" come in with an attitude. Soon as I wasn't will to pay full sticker price he just walked out. I brought my young son along for the buying experience, leaned over told him this isn't how we do business and walked out. Purchased a brand new vehicle the next week from Woodhouse after negotiating with 2.99% interest. I can't speak for all the employees but the sales manager is not worth your time

Awesome experience! Che was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went the distance to find out whatever you wanted to know. We received a very fair price for our trade and the staff was very honest. We drove 3 hours one way and wouldn't have any problem doing it again later, as trying to find a dealership like this can seem rare. THANKS!

Was told that having different tire sizes on my car, my transmission was going to get damaged but here is the truth. Changing tire size doesn't affect your transmission, but it does change your final drive ratio. The effect is the same as if you had changed your transmission. How much difference you have depends on how different the tires are compared to the stock tires. Larger tires will lower your final drive ratio.
