On my journey far, far west, I broke down in the middle of the night and had to get a tow to the Super 8 in York, NE. The tow driver and hotel desk staff both said Hinz did great work. I called in the morning and they were able to see me in less than an hour (even through they were very busy). I thought I would be able to limp my car the very short distance from the hotel to their shop- I was wrong. I gave Hinz a call back to explain- in no time flat, two guys show up in a truck like some kind of cavalry to save the day again! The Mechanics were all friendly and easy to talk to. Reliable place to call- I hope I don t have anymore issues along my trip, but if I do- I hope the shop is Hinz-like for sure. Thank you for getting me back on the road faster than anyone else around!! Cheers!

True life savers! Skips towing was fast and brought us here and the guy was super nice! Also the people at hinz were very helpful, nice and truly genuine. My car had broke down on the way to Colorado and thank god it was close to this place because they did an amazing job and very fast and cheap! Couldn t have thanked them more.

We were moving across country, September 2019,when our vehicle broke down. It was towed to Hinz Repair late in the day so we got a room at a near by motel. Hinz Repair told us they would try to get it repaired the next day but it might take a day and a half. They got it repaired the next day toward the end of the day and it was even a little less than what he thought. They were very nice to work with and the vehicle has been running great ever since.

Thank you Hinz , for treating my wife like a third rate citizen. She was towed to your facility by " Skips towing " . Having been on the road for nearly 24 hrs with our 2 dogs ( a Queensland blue and a labrador) she was told to " stay outside because the other customers were afraid of the dogs" in 90� heat . Not offered a drink of water for 4.5 hours whilst you took $ 443 .00 from her for changing out a fuel pump...RIP OFF MERCHANTS !It's a pity there is no negative star rating because I'd mark you as it. Extremely poor customer service , discriminatory to pet owners and gender . You are despicable people.I hope karma has her day with you

The mechanics at Hinz do great work; they were able to get my vehicle squeezed in, and communicated with me throughout the process. I trust them and would definitely go back!

Reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Always do right by their customers, don't price gouge, and are very understanding with a genuine desire to provide great service. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
