We want to thank Freedom Repair for coming to our rescue! We were traveling from Southern Texas to Minnesota when we had a water pump go out of our truck in York, Nebraska, we call three places with no help! Then I call Skip's automotive and towing and he said he would call a good mechanic friend and see if he would help us out. Caleb from Freedom Repair said he would help and within 3 hours we were back on the road. Wow! Both men were so kind and helpful and trustworthy! I pray a special bless on both of their business!

Took great care of us! As many others we were highway stranded and got towed to Freedom. Caleb helped us get our trailer situated so we could get home while he got the flexplate replaced. Very trustworthy and spot on to the quote as well. Thanks to you and Cody!

Our F250 broke down on Friday on our way through to Wisconsin, we called several diesel repair shops but they were all two or more weeks out, we were recommended to Caleb by "Skip's Automotive and towing " who we also want to thank. Caleb made the extra effort to take a look at our truck and even came down to our camper site to tell us the diagnosis. My wife and I are very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

A+. I was driving across the country on I80 and noticed a strange rubbing sound the morning I took off just west of York. I slowed down, made it into York at 11 AM, and started looking for help. After calls to multiple shops, the team at Freedom took me in. They gave it a quick look, gave me an estimate, and even offered to grab me lunch while I waited. They replaced the about-to-fail universal joint and failed rear wheel bearing (source of the rubbing noise). They get got me out the door by 5 PM, and I still made it to my preplanned destination that night. They shaved the cost to keep me close to the estimate, and the price was extremely fair even if I had not been in an emergency situation. Long story short, call the team at Freedom first, and they will take care of you. Thanks guys.

our van broke down on the interstate and we were towed to Freedom Repair. Caleb Cody and Caleb's wife went above and beyond the call of duty. they were very gratuitous and kind. they took the time to see if they could find the issue. The best customer service ive seen in a long time. My drive shaft broke off my truck as I was driving from florida to oregon on the highway, it took about an hour to figure out where i was gonna take it! but this happening in the middle of the day around noon. Caleb and his lovely wife went above and beyond to find me a used drive shaft that he drove 2 hrs each way to pick up and install it while his wife was on the phone calling around before i pulled up to their shop. long story short i took a 8hr delay and I was back on the road! We were in a road-trip passing through town and our vehicle broke down. Even though it was a weekend, they still took care of us and had our vehicle up and running under the projected time. Thanks for the wonderful service and thanks to the Auto Zone for the recommendation.
