They never tried to reach out and resolve things, disappointed in this. This doesn't match my other visits.October 14th: Still haven't been able to get the tires rotated as was told was done. They still haven't responded to my online request I put in over a month ago!September 7th, 2023: Just the one vehicle didn't get tires rotated, hope to eventually drive there and address this one issue. Modified my review stars.Had 2 vehicles serviced here recently. Both were supposed to get tires rotated, oil change and more.Atleast one did not get Tire rotation and now I question everything else that was supposed to be done on both vehicles. Will check out the rest of things claimed done and paid for, will post more once checked out.Also didn't get called when vehicles were claimed to be done, I had to call them. That's not right....

I do not recommend this place. They sent out promotional advertisements making you believe that you had won something and when you call the number it confirms that the number you had is a winner, but when you arrive they waste your time trying to con you into buying or financing a car and after they waste 30 minutes of your time then they reveal to you that guess what you are not actually a winner. But we will still sell you an overpriced car. Terrible experience if you want to have a good sale just say it don t have some dumb lottery that tricks people into your doors so you can con them out of their money.

I took my pick up there for routine maintenance. They said there were a few other issues, and they would call me back for a quote. Been 2 weeks.

Had a tune-up done here after having car issues. Ended up with more issues afterwards. They supposedly changed coil packs and spark plugs during the tune-up, but all symptoms popped back up after getting my car back.Made the eight hour drive back to where I currently reside and they had to change coil packs, which got rid of the issue. I called Arnie's about this and they said they are getting bad coil packs from Ford and will only do a reimbursement if I get the bad coil pack back from the other dealership and show it to them... I guess a receipt isn't good enough!? They don't seem to stand by their work.I would be leery of getting work done here. Go somewhere else. They also seemed extra eager to sell me a car during their promotion instead of actually fixing what I brought my car in for.

You know ..in this crazy world and an up-and-down market with other dealerships out there adding two to $3000 on MSRP for a market value . It s good to know that there are people out there that still know good business we have never worked with Arnies before, but we will work with them again we live in Norfolk Nebraska and I will make the trip because they were straight forward they gave us the vehicle for what the MSRP was, and worked with us from beginning to end. Nick was a great sales person had great communication and made it a fast process with great communication.

They sent a promotional scam scratch off ticket to our house, said we won a side by side, knew it was too good to be true but headed down there and was Met by salesmen who knew what we needed more then we did and we did not want to buy a car they made some rude comments, they should stick to bringing customers in by advertising not scamming people into coming in

This place is a disgraceful establishment. Ford should be ashamed that they represent them. They send promotional letters that are extremely misleading making it appear quite obvious that you are a winner of a large prize, even the winners call number tells you that you won the prize shown in the brochure. I twice called the dealer, said I have a 40 min drive is this actually legitimate, do I actually win an atv. She concealed the full story and allowed me to make the long drive. Don t get why they d intentionally go to such lengths to anger the public, even when called to clarify.

Thank You Arnie's for helping me with the purchase of my new Ford Escape! I am always treated like part of the family! Great courtesy from all the staff. Arnie's always take care of my vehicle needs!

Few shorts years ago during their promotional sale with balloons etc getting people in I stopped and test drove pickup and was given a smart watch that went caput in 3 days. Thank goodness was free. Watch Still just sitting here not working. I even told the guy I was looking to buy but now I am shopping around for prices etc. But am in market to buy just not till shop around..an he didn't hear a word I said. Kept wanting Information about me. a post another guy made agreeing about how our numbers match with the thing they send out but we were not given what we won. I received a phone call from Philly from a left mesg saying as usual sorry etc. and to stop by for so much money in chamber money I believe . I stopped two weeks later and Philly flat out looked right at me and lied about not knowing anything about it. Never went in again. I also no about bad experience my mother went thru with them years ago more than once when use to buy from them and how they stole money from her and wouldn't listen to her. I have no love,respect,etc with them cause of all that. Specially when they steal from customers. If could go lower than one star rating I would..

I bought a Ford escape from them about 5 months ago and I love it! The car is still running smoothly and I have had no problems. The service was great and we had a very nice and helpful salesman named Sean. I had many questions about my updated car and Sean was more than happy to answer all of them and show me how my new car worked. Loved it so much I recommended my parents to buy their next car from them too. My parents are also very pleased with the friendly service they received. Highly recommend buying your next car from them too!

I took my GMC in to Arnies Ford to get an oil change and a general check over. They were fast and courteous. I was very surprised how thorough they were with their inspection. They explained what they did in detail and also told me that my oil change was on special so, I received a discount on the price. I have never experienced that anywhere else. This is where I plan to go back with my future business. Very happy!

I use the service department at Arnie's and have for years. I think their setvice department is the best in the area. The price of an oil change is only $49.95 plus taxes for materials and they do a full inspection of your vehicle while they are doing the oil change. The inspection is completely free and they let you know what problems they find so you can decide how to fix them. They do NOT insist on making you spend money there to fix any problems they find! I find that refreshing.

Called to ask for availability on parts, was told they were busy that they would call back. 3.5 Hours went by and nothing so I called back and the receptionist had to go check on the part. I m going to say it s safe to assume the parts people could careless about business so I ordered from somewhere else. Funny thing is I m here in this town for awhile for work having to maintain a fleet of fords and I know who s not getting any of my business now. Now a few days later I m updating this. I found out one of my guys went in there to ask for help on a tire. They were too busy fighting a serpentine belt to help. A serpentine belt really? If you struggle with that, no way in hell am I letting you even look at a vehicle from our fleet.

Ignored my pre approval, pinged our credit six times during a test drive when philly assured us they dont run credit until you say to. Was walking off the lot after 5hrs of excuses when magically my preappoval got me into the car i came for. Philly went at length trashing the dealerships in norfolk for credit pings. Later we shopped for my wife, and ended up going to billion. Philly had the balls to call and say the finance guy saw a new truck in our drive and she didnt want to waste more time on us. Small town charm equates to big city glaring unprofessionalism.

Long time new FORD buyer and I believe in buying local.They like to sell cars their way (come try, love it, then we negotiate price). I like to buy a different way (take price into consideration before I waste time driving). It took a lot of discussion to finally get a price.It just wasn't a flexible enough sales style for me. I'll keep working with Charlie Deirs in Fremont.

Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. I really was appalled at the way that I was not listened to.. then treated because I spoke up about it.Just because you want to sell a vehicle does NOT give you the right to treat someone the way that I was treated. I have medical issues that cause extreme pain and getting out is VERY difficult for me. I drove 40 minutes to be treated SOOO very badly.. then have to drive 40 minutes back home. My friend that came with me felt even worse for me. All I could do was cry. NO ONE should have to go through that!!!! SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!!!There was a man.. who I can only assume is a supervisor of some kind because he did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but sit behind a desk and randomly look at a paper. He was close enough to see and hear the conversation going on and STILL did nothing. Just PATHETIC!!!There was another man that was at a desk when I walked right in the door. Even though he was talking to someone, he still looked up and gave me a friendly & welcoming smile. It was the ONLY nice thing about the entire place.

The people here are so nice and you couldn t ask for better service! The salesman, Nick, was very nice and helped me find the right car to fit my lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs/wants a new vehicle. They have many options and are very patient with their customers. I felt very welcomed and am very happy I chose to purchase my car here, and won t go anywhere else to buy the rest of my vehicles.

I took my car here to get an oil change and they told me there were pieces on the floor when they were finished, but my car should run fine without it. I believed them because they are the experts. However, the did not put my oil filter on correctly and it ruined my engine. Eric is who we have been dealing with and he has lied numerous times to us and the technisicians my car is with now. Horrible place to deal with.

I purchased my new 2017 Ford F-150 through here in February and could not have been happier with my experience. They were willing to meet every demand when it came to the perfect truck. Great dealership, and I highly recommend.

Love this place. Normally a trip to a dealership brings on all kinds of nervous type conditions. But at Arnie's you can rest assured that you will be treated like you are related to the President, I mean the President of Arnie's. Service or sales easy going layef back atmosphere.

They lost our business from the moment I walked into the door. She had terrible customer service.More concerned with our money and telling us how to use it, rather than showing us the cars we came to see. On our test drive she bashed and trash talked other dealerships than my husbands family happens to run. Terrible customer service. Will never go back. Waste of our time.

Looked at their website and the vehicle we looked at didn't have a price on it. Sent an email asking for the price. Couldn't get a price out of them, wanted me to come in over 45 minutes away to get price. I threw out a low-ball to get the ball rolling before I would drive there. Salesman just said no that wouldn't do for a price and they would show me other vehicles.Guess I will shop else where so I can at least know the price before I go in. Why waste time having a website without prices? Won't bother to look here again.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2013 F150. All the staff was awesome, and Philly was outstanding, very helpful and friendly. They are easy to talk to and work with. We will recommend Arnies to everyone

I purchased an Ford F150 from Phyllis and was extremely happy with the service I received. Phyllis was attentive and wanted to make sure I had everything I wanted out of my Truck. I need it to pull a trailer, so she made sure the hitch was ready to go. Thanks Phyllis!!

Don't advertise the price which should of been my first red flag. Then call in to get that price and its $8,000 over what the truck is going for on other lots. I see why they have had that truck on the lot for over 500 days

Arnie's Ford is best!!! Their Sales Staff, Management, and Service are above all the rest!!! They are Courteous, Genuine and go the extra mile! They work with any Credit!!! I would recommend Everyone going to see them, you won't have to waste your time going anywhere else!!!
