Well they are way over priced! And I took what they said was wrong with my truck, to my mechanic and well hmmmm not so much!! 2 obviously thibg wrong yes but the other 2 things were to try and drain money from me most likely cause I'm a female...soooo ya won't go back!!

Got an appt at 8 AM. They took my Expedition right in. Was thinking we might have time to nap on the comfy sofa, but they brought it out at 10:30, had refilled the A/C, fixed small leaks, and checked the condenser, etc. Seemed to be no more problems, but assured us we could bring it back if we had any loss of cool air. It seems to be fine and was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be.

Quick service and friendly people. They squeezed me in on short notice even though I was late for my appointment. They serviced my Ranger quickly and I have no issues with it.

Honestly, some of the best people I have ever done business with. I drove out from Colorado to look at a vehicle, (one I would soon buy from them because they gave me such a fair deal). My experience there was so great, even if I had driven all the way from Alaska, it would have been worth it. Truly a good business, run by good people.

Was on a trip cross country and had a DEF issue on my 2017 dodge deisel. They got us in immediately and had us back on the road within an hour. Staff was great and they let us borrow a vehicle to get lunch while waiting for the repair. Great service, thanks!!

We rented a car from this dealer. Evidently the only place available for many, many miles! The car was great! It was pricey! $39.00 a day/ 20 cents a mile, 7% tax, plus you had to refill the gas. Soooooo, it cost about $100 for 24 hours. We do not tow a car so we rent cars instead. The cost for towing would probably be double this, so we rationalized it to be o.k. The woman who helped us was fantastic, helpful and efficient. We thought it was great that the guy started the engine with a.c. to cool the car for us! We got to see lots because of renting. Glad they rented cars.

We did feel lucky to find this place because they rented us a truck to pull our camper home the lady in the office was extremely helpful with the rental after a breakdown but as far as mechanic service.This place is kind of a clown show. Surprising because it's the local Ford dealership. They couldn't even give us an idea when they could look at the vehicle. They didn't even seem to understand the concept that we did not live in Valentine and we needed actual time frames. Thankfully we found Premiere Auto Service. A very well run professional business with fair pricing.Later at the hotel and dinner all the locals confirmed that this is a poorly-run business.

Friendly staff, but charged me way too much just to tell me they could not find anything wrong with a car that sat there far too long. Hard starts and misfire, their techs just couldn't seem to find the culprit. Why charge when you can't even take the time to find the problem?

I would recommend Tehrani's to anyone wanting to buy a good car. They really work well with people, I was happy to not get taken advantage of since I am an 18 yr old female & my fiance is only 20. Most dealerships would take advantage thinking we were young and dumb, Tehrani's was not like that in any way, shape or form. We fell in love with the car we purchased, but when we drove two hours back home the car drove great but had an odd knocking sound. Very upset I called the dealership, you would think after this I wouldn't give them 5 stars, but... We bought the car with no warranty, when we called they told us to bring the car in, therefore we did. They fixed the issue which would have costed us a lot of money, for free of charge to us. The entire time they had our new car they gave us a rental vehicle also free of charge to us. Throughout the week while they had the car they kept us updated, when we picked up the car they had it all re cleaned and filled with gas, along with a report of all they did. The knocking sound had a mind of it's own and came and went, they fixed multiple things and heard it knock and found the actual issues. Again, a lot of work done for free of charge to us. We are so thankful that they did not leave us hanging, they were more than willing to help us with anything and everything. They have a great selection of vehicles along with a great group of people who work hard to make their customers happy. A huge thank you to David Tehrani and all employees at Tehrani motors!

We took a 4000-mile road trip this summer from Minnesota. When we were driving through Nebraska on a Friday afternoon, our car began to lose power. We turned back to the town of Valentine and were helped by a technician named Karl. It was 4:30 on a Friday, and, at first, Karl couldn't find anything wrong. He could have easily sent us on our way, but he ran several tests and was very thorough. It turned our that a dragon fly had gotten caught in our air intake and had messed up our computer. We really appreciated his extra time spent and the peace of mind it gave us. Thanks, again, Karl!!
