Not thrilled with the lack of service that my husband & I received. We were stuck in Valentine on October 24th with a vehicle that wouldn't start (not battery related). An employee of the store we had been at got ahold of Scott who was busy at that time. When we got a tow to Scott's shop from a friend, he mentioned that it would be about two weeks before it would be ready. At that time, that was acceptable. On November 8th, we were down to the old vehicle that my husband drove to work leaving us with nothing to pull the trailer if an animal needed to make a vet trip.. On November 20, I called to see what the status was. He hadn't touched it & didn't know which vehicle I was referring to. Said he would get to it the following week (the week of Thanksgiving). I was firm in that we were down to one vehicle & it needed to become a priority, if it couldn't, then we would make arrangements to get it somewhere else. My husband called again two weeks later on December 3rd. Scott still had not touched the pickup, but claimed that he was going to try to start it after he got off the phone. It still hadn't become a priority with yet another call & MANY unanswered calls, voice-mail, & text messages from both of us after. After a friend had stopped in to chat with Scott, he essentially said he didn't want 5o work on the pickup. Today, Decemer 31st, my husband made arrangements to find a trailer to pick it up & take it elsewhere. That call, voice-mail, & text from my husband went unanswered. When my husband showed up, Scott had nothing to say but to ask if my husband had found the keys that he requested in the voice-mail & text message.After over two months of not working on the pickup with the option that we would make arrangements if he was too busy to make it a priority, I can easily say that I would not recommend Scooter's Repair to anybody at this time.

Scott helped me out of a jam and got me back on the road quickly. He is a thoughtful and skilled mechanic. I highly recommend this place!
