This shop is great! Forewarning that they stay busy, but that's a testament to the great work they do! They are not going to upsell you or try to get you to pay for work that isn't necessary. In fact, they offered my girlfriend a cheaper option to fix her issue since she was low on funds. And my experience, most mechanics would let you pay the extra or recommend you do a more expensive service. These guys are great for looking out for the customers and treating everyone with respect! I will go here as much as possible!Thank you Tecumseh T. O. Haas!

I called today to get help at home due to not being able to get the lug nuts off my tire and they came to my house to air my tire up so I could drive it down to the shop to fix the tire. They didn t have to come to my house at all and it was windy and cold out!!!! Also didn t charge me extra for it either!!! I tried to leave a tip but wouldn t let me!!!! They went above and beyond!!! Thank you so so so very much!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

I brought a flat tractor tire to T.O. Haas, Tecumseh, to repair about 15 minutes until closing time on Friday afternoon. They repaired the tire while I waited, about 15 minutes. This is an example of excellent service provided by a small town tire store.

I'm very thankful to have a T.O. Haas store in my community. The flat tire on my vehicle was handled in a very timely manner. The personnel are great people to work with!

They were friendly the guy that greeted me machine I had different tires and what was on the wheels showed his concerned that they might not work which is part of his job checked a little bit to get him to do it and what I didn't like he repeated a few times it's your 60 bucks but I did thank him for his concern and I did not have any problems with the tires so I told him I did have plenty of room

Mike and his staff worked quickly to get me in and back out in under 15 minutes. This was a no-appointment drive in tire repair from a sharp piece of gravel causing a flat tire.

Better service than I deserve! Showed up 15 min before closing with a tire leak that the previous service station said was unfixable. They fixed it right then and there with no co.plaints about the hour and still got me out before closing!Service: TiresService: Tires

Aaron came and picked up my car at my place of employment, and brought it back to me all within 2 hours. At previous businesses, I ve had to wait all day for my vehicle, and find multiple rides to get me to my oil change. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning! These guys are that good old boy mechanics that your father or grandfather would probably do business with. They are the only ones I trust with my car when it is a service they cover. The one time I needed something they couldn t do, I was given a few suggestions on who to go to. They are fast, honest, and give excellent service. I know that when they tell me a service needs done within a time frame I need to start planning and get it done because they aren t out to get unnecessary money from me, they are out to protect me and my interest in my car.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I got a flat tire on my way home from work, so I put on my spare and the next day dropped my pickup off at their shop. Without an appointment, They not only fixed my tire but also reprogrammed my sensors and put my spare back up under my pickup box. It was awesome! Thanks to the T.O. I pulled up 2 minutes before their closing time with a flat tire that had no chance of getting me back to my home 60 miles away. Aaron happily took the repair on, had me fixed and on my way in 15 minutes! No complaints or extra charge- he fixed my issue with a smile on his face and made what could have been a major inconvenience into a very minor one. Thank you for making me day!Service: Tires

On July 14 2022 I had a sidewall blowout on the left rear of my 05 impala. We put the spare on and the next day I drove to T.O. HAAS in Tecumseh Nebraska hoping they had tires and time for a much needed oil change. After a brief discussion with Aaron we found a set of tires that would work and he shuffled a few thing to make time for the tires and oil change as well. Aaron and the crew were very helpful as we needed the car to commute back and forth to work. I would recommend them if you need auto service done. Great guys with great service. Aaron is completely unprofessional. Called to see if they could squeeze in oil change sometime the following day. Proceeds to tell me, yeah if you leave it here all day I can probably squeeze it in. I say I am not gonna leave a car all day for an oil change that's ridiculous. I get off work at 2. He then just says flat out "no" nothing else. I ask, so you need a car there all day for an oil change? What a joke. Take your car to a real mechanic. Not this clown.Update: No you did not offer an appointment time. You simply said "No" that was it. Never once did you imply or say, oh I'm sorry we are fully booked throughout the week. And as if leaving it there all day is a "satisfactory solution" You simply just said no and left it at that. That is not customer service. Now you're calling me a liar and saying you were professional. Pull up the recording and see who's in the right. Cringe.
