Jeff's name came up to me, as a guy that could get my banshee going again? I gave him a ring, over the phone he sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He ended up giving me back one of the scariest bikes I ever rode!!After my first experience at Midwest powersports, I've brought several motors, quads, 3 wheelers, etc to Jeff. He's got an old school vibe, with the knowledge to get toys going again and make great power on the way out the door!Friends see the way my bike runs and say "who did the work on that thing"? Easy.. if i could leave no stars i would. My brother took his Jetski to Jeff in August of last year so we are talking about Jeff having my brothers jetuka not fixed yet for over a year now. Everything was fine. Has a receipt thats he paid 1300 so far (this is just one he should me) and my brother has been very patient with Jeff. He understands he is busy but ever since Jeff heard him speak spanish he literally told him "i didn't know you were a carlos". Then treated him like he wasn't important when new customers arrived. Today my brother showed me messages that he is telling him if he takes his bike he wont get his deposit this is after a year of him not fixing it and being rude and on top of that not turning it in when he said he would. patience has been given to him. he literally messaged my brother saying he is not going to buy the parts and that my brother couldn't afford the parts either. this is so unprofessional and rude and if anything races. we contacted authorities and now we have to go to small claims court due to this. he will only return the jetski broken and wont give my brother his deposit back.please stay away from this business. its a headache. now we have to waste on an attorney to take him to small claims court for this unprofessional behaviour.

Midwest rebuilt the motors on my DS 450 and sons KTM 65. I wouldn t go anywhere else. Staff was courteous, honest and kept me in the loop with what was going on with parts and when I would have them back. Hands down best around!!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

i bought a jet ski a month ago- and I took it out on the water a few days ago and ended up having to get towed back to shore.I called at least 8 different places in the Omaha-Lincoln area and Jeff was the only one who returned my call.Although he told me he was very very busy and didn t know when he could take a look at it, he was very reasonable with price.I ended up recalling a few companies and though I knew they could get my ski in sooner- Jeff s impression really stuck on me!I called Jeff again and told him I m making the stone harded decision to wait for his expertise. He made me feel very comfortable and I know - that he knows exactly what he is doing.I feel safe and comfortable with my ski In his shop and I know he will get to the problem when it s my skis turn.Im very satisfied with the experience and I m hoping for a good come around so I can ride my ski :)

Jeff did a fantastic job repairing my 2018 Polaris now it runs its like new. Installed new windshield, roof, new tires & muffler. His service was fast , professional . Jeff is highly trustworthy & honest. I ll be using him again for sure. A+ service. Originally the plan was to bring boat in to get winterized at 9 and then to pick up at 12 It was done. I got there at 9 and he started working on it right then got it done quick and done right and I was able to leave an hour later. Owner/operator was professional and very knowledgeable. Wouldn t trust my boats lawnmowers or snow blowers with anyone else. This is my first time bringing equipment to him and I won t be going to anyone else. Support your local small businesses. They are the ones who do great work. 10/10

Tried to buy a set of jetskis from Jeff and got the run around. He told me they needed new batteries and he would make sure there ready to go in the am. I drove over an hour to Springfield to his shop "location" found 3 different addresses before I found the actual place. I get there and now he won't answer the phone or text back. Not worth the time I can spend my cash anywhere. His shop also has another name. the Google map location will not take you to the building or the one posted on his Facebook page. Don't waste your time with this guy

Jeff performed machine work on a LTR 450. He kept us informed on the progress of repair and he advised of recommended upgrades. He has an abundance of knowledge on ATV repairs.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

We got in contract with the owner named Jeff. We drove 2 hours to come look at a pair of jet skis, a yellow and teal one. He told us that when we came down that we would be able to take them out on a lake for a test drove then told us they need to wait 10 days, then we started looking at it, we found news paper stuffed in the Motar, cracks all over, and they were in very bad shape. Not what the pictures showed at all. We then told him we drove 2 hours to see them and he said we could buy them today then said he would fix them. We tried to talk to him alittle more about price he cut us off and said well it s 3:30 I have to get to the races . His shop doesn t close till 6pm. This was the worst service we have ever experienced!

Jeff always seems to find the problem no mater if it s on a truck, car, motorcycle, jet ski, or ATV ( his specialty) and is able to fix it at a very reasonable price. Have taken many things to Jeff and he never disappoints

I am frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience at this business. I took in a Jet ski which was not running properly and after some new parts and a flushing and a bill over 1500.00 it still does not run properly.
