Horrible place, horrible service.They will try to scam you and lie to you, and they have either no clue what they are talking about, or they assume that you have no clue, and they try to take advantage of you.Avoid at all costs. Shameful for Walmart. Everyone of their staff should get fired.Go to the Walmart on Floyd instead. The nice older fella is very nice and helpful.

Tire replacement was fairly timely, but I brought another vehicle in to have the lug nuts re-torqued and it took about an hour and a half to turn 10 lug nuts.Service: TiresService: Tires

Was going to charge me $40 to mount and balance one tire that I already had...way to high of a price for the walmart type of service.

Called to get a battery replaced, the associate let me know there was a 2-3 hr wait but he could let me know what battery I needed to have it delivered so I could have someone else put it in.

I went to another Walmart Tires and Auto Parts and they could not help me, or so they said. I came to this one and they got it done fast and cheap. Cody, David and Austin are great guys. They went above and beyond and I appreciate it.

The employees here are nice but it takes forever to get in for repairs. Once you are in it takes forever to get the work completed. Like 56 minutes to fix a flat tire. I only go there if I have to.

I was waiting for 45 mins in Sioux City Walmart tire center to get air. I went to this center in South Sioux City and was in and out within 15 mins. I recommend this center for your tire needs.

Customer service is horrible. They made me wait there for 2 hours for an oil change and it turns out they didn't even have the right oil. They just wasted my time. Why did they not check first and let me know ahead of time! Never going here again!

Had a tire I needed put on a rim ... they said they would do it and they would call me when it's done .. 4 hrs later they call and tell me the tire was more than six years old the couldn't put it on a rim ... WalMart Tire place is a joke

2 hour wait almost everytime we go to get an oil change not worth staying at Walmart for 2 hours with nothing to do.

Get there at the right time you can be in and out otherwise go get comfortable in the waiting room you going to be there for a while
