The ABSOLUTE BEST mechanics around. Incredibly knowledgeable, communication is fantastic, and quality of work is superior! I had the unfortunate need to replace my engine and they made the process of doing so as painless as it could be.Could not recommend using the Prime Guys enough and always do!

****This is the sign you re looking for****If I could give 10 stars I would. Their customer service is unmatched. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the issues of what they found in a way anyone can understand. My son s car was in worse shape than we anticipated.Knowing they were delivering unfortunate news to us, they told us there was no charge for the work they did to find the issues. They also explained the options we had going forward and the pros and cons of each option. Ryan helped us and was amazing with his customer service. We also met the owner and he was also very nice and made us feel welcome.If you want to get a straight answer and receive unmatched customer service, don t hesitate, call Prime Performance Auto Repair!

First of all, I ve never written a review for an auto shop, but I must for this one. 10/10 recommend Prime Performance! In the middle of our family road trip across the country a few weeks ago, our A/C started to not cool, and that isn t cool in summer! Looking for auto shops was not in our vacation plan, but after looking at some online reviews, this seemed to be a good choice. The result was that our car needed a new A/C compressor. Chad and Chris were absolute amazing. So professional, so understanding, so honest and above all, so friendly. They explained everything clearly, every step of the way. They worked on our car right away, knowing that we were in a middle of a road trip. They brought us bottled drinks and made sure we were doing ok while we waited. They also had awesome music playing in the shop (Transformers- Autobots theme!). Before we left, they even gave us suggestions for exploring the places we were heading to. We were back on the road in no time and enjoyed the rest of our family road trip, with a working A/C! Thank you so much, Chad and Chris! In our unfortunate situation, we were really fortunate to find you guys!! You all are amazing. And we appreciate it.Service: Air conditioning

Had coilovers brought in to prime and had them put on Ryan did an amazing job I wouldn't go to anyone else 10/10 they also did a custom dual exhaust for my 2017 ford focus hatchback and it sounds amazing and looks great love it!

Braking down on I-29 away from this guys! Managed to get there by luck and Gods grace!! This guys stayed after the shop close to help a brother out with a Alternator!! Very blessed! Real MVP to Chad Long and his bros!!

The service is great guys who are super friendly they are really insightful. Hard on his working mechanics. They ll let you know straight up if they could fix it or not and exactly what s wrong.. It s locally owned. Just know that. When you come here they won t be trying to take you on a wild goose hunt

These gentlemen are the real deal, they never give customers the run around and take pride in their work. When other shops lack the ability, the guys at Prime Performance pick up the slack. They get the job done right the first time with fair and competitive prices. Amazing group of guys who know exactly what they're doing!Always recommend to friends, family, and others!

AMAZING!! I was on my way through Sioux City on my 10hr drive home and I noticed my car was not driving right. After phoning around for almost 20min, I was able to get a referral to this business.Not only was I nervous about what could be wrong, but I generally have no knowledge about cars.Chad was able to help me figure out some possibilities as to what could be causing these issues, as well as help calm my nerves!I cannot say enough good things about the service I had from Prime Performance! I was able to be seen immediately, and was out of there within 30 minutes!Do not hesitate to stop by if you are needing any repairs, or automotive work done! The team at Prime Performance has your covered!!!

This.Place.Is.Amazing!!My family was traveling through the area pulling a camper. We started having issues with our truck on the interstate. We get off in south Sioux City... Googled mechanics, and this place comes up.As we start driving to the shop, I called in the hopes they may be able to help us or at least point us in the right direction. I spoke with Chad. He was so kind, reassuring, and just overall helpful. He told us to head over and they d do what they could to help. We got there, and they had our truck pulled into a bay within 5 minutes, diagnosed within another 5, and road ready about an hour later!The entire group of guys at this shop were knowledgeable and so happy to help!Can t put a price on that kind of help when traveling with littles!You can tell this place is family owned.They made us feel like family.Thank you Prime Performance guys!

We were traveling thru the area on our way south, a check engine light came on and our car went into reduced power mode. We were just looking for a shop that was open as it was only a few days before Christmas. We happened across Prime Performance not knowing if they would even be open or have time to help. Without question Chris grabbed his scanner and figured out our problem, got our car back and up and running and we made it back home without anymore issues. Fantastic experience and helped keep our Christmas trip going. Thank you to Chris and Prime for dropping what you were doing to help us and get us back on the road

I forgot who I spoke with, but about a month ago I took my girlfriends fusion to get it looked at. It would kind of shake during highway speeds. They told me it was a loose outer tie rod and recommended to replace both sides which I totally agree with, along with an alignment THE SAME DAY I TOOK IT IN. They did their best to get it done the same day but I couldn't pick it up since I was on the other side of town and it was close to closing hours. I personally recommend this place. I will be coming back for future diagnosis/repair/upgrades. I'm just a youtube certified type of guy...but I know when I'm defeated and the only car I'll try to learn will be my own and not someone that's important to me . Oh and yes it was a reasonable price, that was the best part of it all! Thank you guys so much!Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle safety inspection

I go to college in Lincoln and this is the second time I have came home where my vehicle needed emergency attention. The guys at Prime Performance are efficient,and HONEST. My son uses this business & we are in Sioux City visiting him & our service engine light came on.They immediately found the problem & put our mind at ease for our drive back to Utah!! THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED WAS kind,knowledgeable & DEFINITELY customer service oriented ! No scamming us into something we didn't need!! 5 stars all the way!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Best Shop Ever!! I was traveling through. I had to wait 5 days for service, but it was well worth it. I looked at the other shops on both sides of the bridge and they were dirty, lazy shops without any attention to detail, business hours, cleanliness or professionalism. This place was the opposite. It's been a couple years of travel for me now and the owner here was the best work I've had done anywhere in the US. It has been 1 1/2 years since I got work done there and never did my review. Everytime I had to go to another place, I wished I could go back to this shop. I never had to wonder if he'd taken care of the problem or not. And, unlike others he set an appointment to do the work and got it done while I waited- none of that "just leave it" baloney. The BEST SHOP EVER!!! My old red Yukon is gone now after covering much of the US, But Thanks so much for eliminating much of the grief I usually get from people who don't know what they are doing. I can not say enough great things about the guys that run this shop. I was home last week for a funeral and my water pump went out on my vehicle. I live in aurora, ne but grew up in SSC. They took my vehicle in no questions asked when 4 other places wouldn't touch it until the next Monday. They even diagnosed my oil leak and repaired that. Three other mechanics in South Central Nebraska couldn't find the problem with the oil leak but they did and fixed it as well. I recommend any and all people to trust these guys with their automotive repairs. Another great touch to the shop is the family photos as you walk in. I can not say enough good things about them. Stopped in without an appointment because I had to travel and needed headlight replaced. They were willing to stop what they were doing to help me out. The dealer wanted my car all day. It was awesome customer service and they have gained my future business as a result.

Blew out a carrier barring, on the Cadillac ford. Had to stay in a hotel until the morning. Called everyone in town and the chief got me in and out like bam! Thanks Chief for takin care of the truck so fast.

I was traveling through the area when my shifter cable broke. I had read the good reviews and decided to drive straight there while i could. It was early in the morning, and Chad went out of his way to help me out. They had the part in and repaired in barely any time at all, and he gave me a fair price. Its hard to find a good honest mechanic these days, but Chad is one. The people of Sioux City are lucky to have him. If you're in the area and need a reliable repair shop, Prime Performance is the place to go to rest assured. Thanks so much Chad and good luck to you in all you do!

I couldn't be happier with Prime Performance's Auto Repair! Chad and the staff were all super attentive, explained everything super clearly and provided outstanding service at a very competitive price. I was on a road trip going to Minneapolis when my Van for some odd reason didn't want to keep going. I was lucky enough for it to fail less than a block away from these guys, who were super attentive of my vehicle's needs right upon arrival, and luckily they had it running in about 2 hours, test-drove it and it came out working perfectly, literally saving my road-trip to MN as I was due to arrive that night. If you need any kind of car repair this is THE place to go!

Thanks for your help, guys!! The front windshield washer on our (NorthStar Services) company van wasn't working. Another local company didn't want to mess with it, and suggested Prime Performance. So glad that they did. We will definitely be repeat customers!

My husband and I would most definitely use Prime Performance again to work on our sports car. They took great care with our car and are a class act. The level of communication is awesome and their honesty is top of the line. We had no idea of what could be causing our electrical issues and after two days of running diagnostics, it was a relatively minor issue. While other shops could have racked up all kinds of charges, Prime Performance didn't even charge us to run the diagnostics.Service: Electrical

Highly recommend Prime Performance! I'm from out of town and my car broke down and the tow truck driver recommended these guys. I'm so glad he did; they squeezed me in last minute on a cold, busy day and got me back on the road. He explained everything to me in a way that made sense and gave me an objectively great deal. Great service. Very quick as well. Was in and out within 30 minutes. My muffler was acting funny, they diagnosed it and got me fixed all in the same day! And great pricing as well.

We were on a road trip and woke up to our car leaking oil. We found Prime Performance not too far away from our hotel, and we were there by 7 am hoping they would be open soon. Chad was amazing and took a look at our car right away, identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. He charged us a very fair rate and got us out the door in record time. He said that he wanted to make sure we were on our way so we could get going on our trip. Highly recommend. Also his coworkers were awesome. I had a great time talking to them and scritching them behind their ears. Make sure to say hi to Khal Drogo and Athena if you go! Thanks again, Chad! Prime Performance is a fantastic shop! The alternator bracket on my car broke as I was driving from Denver to Minneapolis. I called them up after reading the great reviews on google, especially about helping travelers, and I must say the reviews are true! Right away they said they would push a car they were working on out into the parking lot so they could have an open hoist for me as soon as I got the car there. Had a tow truck drop it off and sure enough, there was an open bay waiting for me. One quick hour later they d fixed my bracket and sent me on my way wishing me safe travels. Prime Performance is full of nothing but genuine people who want to help you with whatever problems your vehicle has. Even sitting in the waiting room and listening to how the employees interacted with the local customers let me know these people really care about their customers, local or traveler. Thanks a million Prime Performance! I made it back to Minneapolis without any more issues thanks to you!
