I travel the world as a leadership consultant and give talks to various business leaders on how to treat people right- Ralph from Mobile Truck Repair will now be a highlighted person in my talks. As I was in the midst of a solo road-trip with the ashes of my late father to honour his wishes, I found myself on the side of the road in unknown territory in rain, wind, and nightfall approaching. To say I was completely terrified is a huge understatement! Ralph not only communicated quickly that he was on his way to help, he was incredibly thorough in ensuring my safety on the rest of my journey. Did I mention the cold and the rain?! THIS is the customer service and quality that all business leaders should aspire to. Ralph not only restored my tire but he restored my conviction that strangers can do right by each other in business. I hope he gains immense success and kindness in his business. Blew a coolant line as I was pulling into a customer in Le Mars, Ralph came and got us all fixed up, and it was about 7:30 pm when my dispatch got to him and he showed right up. He checked over his own work thoroughly and didn't leave till truck was operating as it should! Thanks Ralph, you are very much appreciated!

Amazing service, blew my turbo, he quickly came out and looked at it, between a family thing he had going on. then he rounded up a new turbo and installed it and had me on my way! awesome work! I highly recommend him if u have a break down!

These guys were amazing! I am traveling back to the west coast and have had quite a month in our Bluebird bus. We ve had it looked at 4 times between Indiana and Iowa. We were having squeak and screech issues that were supposed to be fixed in Des Moines. Low and behold, four days later, the same problem came back with a vengeance.I called Mobile Truck repair when we got to Sioux City and they were amazing. Ralph pretty much diagnosed the problem on the phone, and he and John cam out and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I was amazingly surprised when they didn t charge us because of another shops screw up( 3 missing bolts).They were super nice and super knowledgeable. Hopefully I never have to, but I will for sure call them again if we are having automotive troubles in the SiouxCity area! Thank you guys so much!!

My Truck was stuck in ice at the pilot....called Ralph he was able to come out right away and get me out for a fair price for him and me! Good guy, and I would highly recommend him!

Great guy with great service, a complete rockstar. He came out the same day I called when everyone else was 5 days out at the earliest. He stayed out until after 11pm making sure everything was finished and also had great rates. He's also very friendly!

Great service and very knowledgeable, couldn't find the hub I needed he found it 2 hrs away and went got it and fixed it at 230 am would highly recommend if I ever need service while in sioux city or surrounding area it will be my only call

On my journey traveling from Seattle, Wa to Michigan, I had broke the belt on my Touareg. I found myself stranded in Sioux City, IA with no means of getting it fixed. I called Mobile Truck Repair and they showed up to my location and helped with a new belt replacement. If I wasn t for Ralph I m not sure when I would have been able to continue my journey. He was very quick to help with a solution and fixed my car to have me back on the road. If you find yourself in a bind give these guys a shout. Thank you so much. Wish there were more companies like this throughout the country. This guy is legit and will help you figure out a solution to your car needs. My vehicle would not turn on and he came out and helped me fix it, he replaced parts and then kept going until he found the problem. He was a godsend and had so much patience to finish the job. My kids are moving from Washington State to Florida in an older motorhome. They encountered several difficulties along the way. their power steering pump was loose and the belt was slipping along with several other items. One call to Mobile Truck Repair had a technician out in no time and got it repaired. Awesome service! It is nice to have honest trustworthy mechanics still out there! I cannot thank you enough for taking good care of my kids!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My driver contacted them at around 4pm for help after my truck broke down in Sioux City, Iowa. Mechanic went in at around 9:30pm and he said it was the starter that had an issue. He took out the starter and then he left for like 45mins claiming he s going to find parts. He came back with nothing then went under the truck. He then left saying he would be back first thing in the morning the next day. Driver contacted him around 6:30am and he did not respond until after I called him around 9am. He said to me that he had to do some runs to find the needed parts but would be at truck between 30-45mins. He got to truck at around 12pm with another guy and two girls. They guys went under the truck where they tried putting back the starter and ended up blowing wires connecting starter to batteries. Later the owner of the company (Ralph) came in too. I called and talked to him and he assured me that they were gonna fix it because they had the wires with them. Later I called the driver and he told me that they all had left but they said they would be coming back which they never did. I kept calling both the owner and the Mechanic none of them was responding even to text messages. They both kept saying the other person was coming back but no one did. THEY STOLE MY STARTER AND WENT WITH IT. I had to get another company to fix my truck and they were done within 3hours.IF YOU NEED HELP DON T BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DEFINITELY DON T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY ARE THIEVES. I later read the reviews on their website and someone else mentioned that they stole parts from him too.

Highly recommended. I had a major suspension issue out on the road. Showed up very quick and worked hard and fast to get me moving again. MTR knows their stuff. Had a great attitude and very friendly. Very reasonable price. Will be my first call if I m ever in the area with an issue again.

accidently put gas in my F250 diesel on a Friday afternoon while returning home on interstate 29 South (bonehead move on my part).The only mechanic to answer a phone call was Mobile Truck Repair. Came to my location and pumped out the tank. Was professional, prompt and at a very good price. Thank you for getting me back home.

2019 truck would not turn over and I have been having starter problems for sometime now. The tech got there fairly quick in about 30 minutes and got to looking at the truck very quickly. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and had a true talent for fixing trucks. He took starter off took it to local dealership to get new one. Came back and installed it while it started raining. Great attitude and very affordable price. Would definitely recommend calling this company for any breakdowns. I am highly thankful for his help to get me back on the road.

A leaf spring broke on our travel trailer leaving us completely stranded. Ralph called us back and even though we were about 2hrs away from him, he got the parts and drove to us. He fixed our trailer and had us back on the road again. He is very professional in all of his communications. Thank You Ralph!

I would highly recommend Mobile Truck Repair. Called him and he was there quickly. You can tell that he really tries to find the problem and what is wrong with the truck. We have took our truck to 10000 mechanics and nobody nobody found the problem. It took him two tries and he was able to finally figure out what it was. My truck had shut off and would lose power and we have been dealing with this issue for years. Very nice guy and does his job right. I can t thank you enough.

Had issue with low voltage, knew exactly what was wrong and put on new alternator on thanksgiving day in about a hour I highly recommend Mobile Truck Repair, price was great! And now back up and running! Five stars

Update from starter replaced by Frank on May 17th. Compressor went out next day no AC. Brought truck home and shop said a ground wire had been connected to a hot terminal. Mobile mechanic rig job has our truck at shop for close to 3 weeks. Frank's rig job caused terminals to burn out. Will be very expensive to get this fixed for us as this has now become an electrical problem.

I m three hours away from home and in a tough spot. Coldest night of winter and over my head with a flat! Mobile Truck Repair shows up corrects the problem and gets me back on the road and I m at my hotel in 30mins. THANK YOU Mobil Truck Repair!!!

Best diesel mechanic in the Siouxland area. Shows up fast and does great service extremely good at diagnostics. Been going to Ralph for a long time and I don t plan on going to anyone else for service

Had another service provider come out that was unable to diagnose the problem but when MTR Mobile Truck Repair came out they were able to find the problem and get me on the road again. Highly recommended!
