I 10 out of 10 would not recommend this place and not only are they misleading and not telling you that when they look at your vehicle, they are going to charge you for a quote on top of charging you for a quote they charge you for shop supplies that were not even used in the process And then they add extra charges for unnecessary work if anybody knows anything about breaks you generally don t have to rotate the drums and other businesses around here such as fish square tire discount tire will give you free quotes when this place will charge you over $30 just to tell you what s wrong The customer service is very low only gave them one star because I had to give a star literally would give them -10 stars however, Clint at the highway 75 store in Sioux City seems to have much better customer service skills so if you must do business with them, I suggested being Sioux City not at the south Sioux City location very bad business

Great management service with a very positive and knowledgeable team of techs working the shop. They take great care in making sure your back on the road quickly and safely. I would highly recommend them for a/c repair also. This is way more then your average tire shop. If you depend on your vehicle to get around then this is the place to go. At least stop in and take a look around. I gain nothing by trying to point you in the right direction so don t be an idiot by letting an idiot work on your car. Get it done by people who know what their doing. Maybe you like being stranded and calling for a tow truck. It costs less to have them do a quick inspection to guarantee you will have no issues this coming winter then it would to call a wrecker after you ve already broken down.

Horrible experience with them, I m not sure if it was the owner or who but he was soo unprofessional. The moment I told him I order tires from a third party and deliver to his shop to install his demeanor change. He told me how he had told his crew he didn t want to participate in that program. As a customer I felt not wanted their how is he even dealing with customers like that. I won t be stopping their again and of course not recommending that shop. I honestly don t know if it was that I was Hispanic or a female but I seen how he treated others before he help me and afterwards and his way was soo different.

Been here twice with both my vehicles. Once for a flat tire that had a nail in it. They removed the nail and plugged the hole. No problems since. The other car has a bad tire pressure sensor. They ended up replacing it. Both times I went, fast service and all problems solved. Price wise, both repairs seemed reasonable. Give them a try.

The manager is the rudest, most impolite person I've ever come in contact with. Unwilling to help and enjoys talking down to people. I would never consider doing business with this company due to the manager.

Took my car for an alignment and it was left worse, seemed like they didn t even work on it. Took it back they rotated the tires and charged me again. Now the front tires are worn out because of their bad service and not only that but their customer service was not the greatest, they were extremely rude about it and claimed that was not their fault. Not recommend at all

Worst experience ever. Came in to have an oil change, check all other fluids and asked for them to change the fuel filter.. When we arrived they did not change the fuel filter nor did they check any other fluids... Also sent me to their other store wasting an hour and 20 minutes of my time... these people do not know how to LISTEN to the customer or DO what they are asked. When I called to ask questions I was treated poorly, told they had other calls and was virtually hung up on.****I would HIGHLY recommend ANY other shop you can find!

I dont go anywhere else. John and Travis take exceptional care of their customers. I had a flat tire this morning. Travis got me in fixed it and got me on the road. Listening to Travis converse with customers, Travis has a can do attitude regarding taking care of customers.

The guy at the counter was giving me an attitude worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. That dude working the counter should never work there with that attitude. He was not friendly. Told me don t come back again. And I will never go back there

Got my son's car in within a few days for alignment check, they ordered parts, came back when they came in, & stuck to quoted price!!
