Was having trouble with my 2012 highlander they came and picked it up nd looked at it for like 5 days. They said if keeps acting up to call them back and they will come get it again . . They did get back to me fast and Cisco was very nice. I will most likely get another car here lol.

My fianc� called about a Shelby Mustang they had for sale and was asking the condition ( since we are 5 hour away) they were very honest with everything they sent over pictures and also put it on the lift and sent videos. Very friendly people to work with great car buying experience!!

ZERO STARS - They are very unprofessional, greedy, and will try everything to play you for your money. I will never again purchase a car from them. They try to say you owe them more than what you really do but thank god I kept all of my receipts so I am not scared to lawyer up against them! Too many good people have been sold junk by them and have lost their hard earned money and for too many years they have been doing this! They pay people to delete their bad reviews so don t believe the 5 star Rating because it s all BS made. THEY REALLY CHOSE THE WRONG ONE!!! Let me tell ya.. I paid TOO MUCH and even though I put $3k down they would NOT negotiate the cost of the car, the monthly payments, nothing at all! So don t even try with them because they work AGAINST you, NOT WITH YOU. Something was wrong with my car right off the lot and I almost paid about 13k! And it s just a basic car! Going through a pandemic and being in business with them at the same time was the WORST. My sister also got a truck from them and they did her wrong the same way too!! She paid about 8k and that truck didn t even hardly last her a year. Karmas a beautiful thing though and I can t wait to see it on them! I m very upset with this place, and will for sure let everyone know what kind of people they truly are!! Do not trust them with your money

I bought a truck from De Anda last year and I have to say my experience with them was fantastic. The truck had one issue with the fuel gauge that they were unable to correct before I came back in town to pick up the vehicle, and they let me take it to a repair shop in my home town on their dime to get it fixed. Nothing on the vehicle was hidden from me and I could not be happier with my purchase. Total class act and I would definitely buy from them again. Easy to see why they've been in business for so long. Thank you!

Zero stars if I could. Called and talked to them multiple times about a vehicle and they said it was clean and in good shape every time I asked about it. Drove 3 hours to see it and it was super beat up. Rust scratches everywhere. Not sure why someone would lie about the condition and make someone drive so far just to find that out it s not what was said. Terrible customer service

Very pleased, no document or hidden fees. test drove a pick up had an exhaust leak, said they would fix it the next day and lower the price. Test drove again no problems, no high pressure salesman. Very good service would buy from there again.

I have been a customer at this used car lot for three vehicles now and my fiance is on her second. They have good quality cars that are thoroughly checked before going out of the car lot. I had an personal issue and they were very understanding about it and gave me more time than any other bank would have. It was a simple miscommunication and they set out to correct it where both parties left satisfied. I couldn't tell you of a much better place to go to for a car than Deanda Auto Sales!

Called about a vehicle they had for sale, was ready to pay and have it shipped. Was told they would text me and get me pictures of undercarriage that day. Never received a call or text. Called back the later that day and asked for the same information. Was told that they would do it when the owner's son got back. Called the following day again asking for the info, was told that they would call me right back. They never called or emailed me. Vehicle now sold apparently. Actions speak louder than words. Don't waste your time.

Went over there to take a look at a vehicle they had gotten in that was a trade in. I asked about it and they said its at the dealership getting fixed and they would call me. No calls, nothing I've contacted them about it and they say the same thing, this lasted about a month not once did they call me back. Their cars are over priced for what they are, most have problems with them.

Honesty + Integrity delivers Confidence This family establishment has checked all the boxes for me and I couldn't be more right about purchasing a vehicle from De Anda Auto. I live in Denver and my shopping experience was done on-line. Now that's gutsy but I'm looking for hard to find SS Chevy Camaro in Synergy Green. The one they had available at the time wasn't my perfect soul mate but more importantly, my experience with their sales team and management has put them on my speed dial! Found a vehicle I was interested on did a test drive found some issue potential big issues so I mentioned this during the negotiation. Sales person did not even offer to look into it nor was he willing negotiate at all with the sale price I mean really not a dime of the price wow really?? not sure he knows the meaning of negotiating or making a deal. I will say this his people skills are horrible and that along will make me not even consider not doing business with them

I got a car today from them and the salesman I believe his name was Jorge man he was super helpful honest about the cars I would ask about just extremely professional and upfront and for the receptionist lady Elizabeth super sweet I had over all a good experience and I hope it s stays that way I will recommend them and also the sales man because of him I got this car

Tried to test drive a car I was interested in driving and they said they didn t want us to test drive it in Spanish. Also had a friend that spoke Spanish with.

I stopped in and talked to the salesman about a pickup and he was very friendly and what I really liked about him he gave me all the information I wanted and wasn't at all pushy.

Stopped a little before 8 and had driven through and had specific vehicles I wanted to ask about. Sales person told me they were closing soon and I could get the info online. Not very helpful and not good service.

they have crappy cars, went and got a few checked out all had major issues and they said they were all good vehicles and had been checked out, definitely recommend getting the vehicles checked out
