I needed a mass air flow sensor for a '09 Hyundai Santa Fe they told me it's $100 for the sensor and then another $100 if you wanted the housing also. I price the part out elsewhere and it was $62 for the sensor and another 10 or $12 if you wanted the housing and the sensor so I don't know what's going on over there but that's extreme price gouging. Other than that the employees were nice

Been having problems with cheap battery cable ends from Walmart. Broke down again at The King Inn, a block from Napa. Knowing the issue was cable ends, I tried Napa, thinking I'd get better quality. Someone was being helped at the counter, so I went to the battery aisle to browse whats available. VERY LITTLE to choose from.Saw the same black & red ones I'd get at Walmart, so I avoided those. The one I chose looked totally different with several pieces in the package. I took it to the counter and said I was having problems with cheap cable ends from Walmart, would these be better?Guy in chair closest to window (might be the one who runs the place) said "those are as close to factory as you can get"I thought that sounded good, so I paid almost $11 and walked back.Then I opened the package and pulled out all the crimp-on pieces, discovering it was only for ONE terminal.So I walked back and bought another of the same thing (last one on shelf) and took it to the front mentioning that i thought there was 2 in the package. Now I'm in $22, but I thought that if it worked, I could live with it.Put them both on, problem still not solved.Now I am incredibly frustrated and took them both back to Napa. They would not take them back since they were open & used. So I grabbed the one other cable end on the shelf & went to the counter. It was 7.99 on the shelf.I said I needed 2, but they only had 1 left. He said "no, we got a lot of those" and reached behind him to pull out a cardboard package with at least 10 cable ends on it. Said I'd take 2 of them and put the one i had back.He charged me $8 for both, (I thought he was giving me a deal cuz he felt bad) nothing on the shelf was that cheap. Turned out they were regular price and now I bought 4 cable ends for $30. The last ones went on beautifully.I am upset cuz they hide the "good stuff" (& cost less) behind the counter and did a poor job in advising me, which cost a fortune in the end.Now I don't trust them.

Our car broke down on our trip across the country and they went above and beyond to help us figure out what was happening and fix our problem. We are very grateful!! Highly recommend this Napa!!

This napa sold me a defective part then wouldn't return it. I work with a lot of napas in the area and this is by far the worst one. They have a terrible selection of everything. They never have what you need and the staff is really uneducated on their positions and unwilling to work. It's pathetic

The most helpful auto parts store I ve ever been to. Guy (the parts person) and the delivery person bent over backwards to help me find a part for my freightliner. Really a great bunch. I will never buy parts at any other auto parts store. From now on it s only NAPA for me. Thanks guys

Today I called Napa to ask a question about taking my oil after I do my oil change and I was greeted by a young man who had very good customer service but you could tell he was new. He asked the other guy that was working with him my question and I could hear their conversation in the background. Stan(the other guy) says tell this guy to not make it our problem and hang up on him! So then I ask to speak with Stan and this guy gets on the phone curses and yells at me then hangs up on me! I cannot believe how I was treated! I will not ever give Napa my money ever again!

Great guys work here. The best auto parts. Just make sure that when you call them to see if they have a part, make sure they put eyes on the part! Don't just go by their computer.

I'm so glad this place was here. My brass fitting going into the fuel pump on my semi truck broke at the threads 8 miles away and Freightliner didn't have anything I could use to get going. I got a hold of the public transport bus and they came and took me to Napa and I got my fittings and out them on myself and got going a few hours later. Gotta love NAPA. Selection is very limited. Customer came in looking for an auto air filter and had to order it in. What kind of parts storw doesn't keep inventory on air filters?!?!

Two years ago, before this NAPA changed ownership, it was a great parts shop. Now the service is horrible and the parts you need are never in stock.
