Took my Peavey amp for a repair around first of August of 2020.Made the mistake and told him that I was not in a real big hurry.Waited for about 3 weeks and called him to see how things were going. He said he hadn't had time to get to it. I was ok with that.Called back a couple of weeks later and was told that still hadn't gotten to it that he kept getting interrupted. I was still patient and said ok.I was told on the next call that he had worked on it and found a bad microprocessor and that he had to order parts from Peavey and said that it would cost $110 to repair. I said ok and to go ahead and fix it.My next call a couple of weeks later he said that it still was not fixed and he would repair it on the weekend. I waited a week and was told that he still didn't fix it. And that he would finish it over the weekend and I could pick it up on Monday or Tuesday. Im starting to loose my patience now. Waited until Wednesday and once again was told that it was not done. That was it. I told him if it was not done by Friday that I was going to pick the amp up whether it was done or not. Still fuming I decided to go and pick it up now, on Wednesday. At this point I didnt want him touching my amp. I walked in, told him I wanted my amp now where he said ok BUT HE NEEDED 15 MINUITS TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. I said NO, I would take it as is. And low and behold he digs thru other items piled on top of it and hands me the amp. And guess what THE AMP WAS NOT EVEN DISSASEMBLED. He had lied to me the whole time.He had never even worked on it. Under any circumstances you should not let this man repair anything. I wouldn't let this guy change the batteries in my flashlight.

I took my son's tv in August 20 something asked if it could be done by the 31st. Called a couple days before and he said it wouldn't be done until a week later. Understandable I said it will be ok just call when it was ready. 3 weeks go by and still no call. So I show up to pick it up and he had no clue what I was talking about. Then told me the wrong things were ordered for it it would be another week or so.bAgain I was calm and said I understand just call me. Well December has rolled around and I call again... He tells me give him 3 or 4 more days... Ok well 2 weeks later 12/27/19 I call and it's still not ready. At this point I feel like I should get a major discount and he doesn't seem to want to give me one at all and seems upset that I would even ask that.

Joe is very knowledgeable and a skilled electronic repair technician. Recommend for all types of repairs. TV's, two-way radio systems, amplifiers and security camera systems are among the items that Seward Electronics can repair. Reasonable pricing and decent turn around times.

Came in with an old car radio looking for repair. Ended up buying a used item, ( still newer than mine! ) off the shelf that was cheaper than my repair would have been!
