FIVE STARS through and through! We hit a deer with our truck, hauling a 23 trailer cross country, at 10pm on a Tuesday night. Midwest Auto got us off the side of the highway with a tow within one hour and then had our truck s transmission cooler replaced within 3 hours the next morning. They even called around and drove to Lincoln to pick up the part. These guys are the best around! Thank you, Craig and Matt!! Craig and the folks at Midwest took such good care of me when I shut my keys in my trunk on a chilly day of all days! Of the 5 local businesses/locksmiths I called, they were the only ones who would make time. 5 stars aren t enough. If I ever find myself in need of automotive services in Seward again, I know who I m calling!

We had some bad luck with a leaky tire on our trip across the country and the lovely fellow working got us in immediately, despite being busy. He diagnosed the problem, and, upon realizing the tire needed wasn t in stock, called around to find us one that would work. He then sent us on our way to get it at no charge for the diagnostics. Basically, a really wonderful experience all around in a situation that could have been extremely stressful.

Saved our bacon!! We blew a tire on our camper on the Interstate and called for help. Craig came out, changed our tire, tracked down 2 new tires, put them on and had us back on the road in 1 hour & 25 minutes. And they have a super cool shop dog! Awesome experience.

We were on a road trip and got an engine code on our vehicle. The gentleman quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it free of charge. So honest. Thank you so much

This shop is a little bit on the pricier side of things. However, the front desk operator is very friendly and helpful - there was no push to have work done; I was provided with a set of repair and maintenance options listed in order of importance. Further, Midwest Automotive is transparent about their pricing; all said and done with, I recommend their services.

Great service, they will explain what needs to be done or what has to be done. They definitely go the extra mile to help get you in as quick as they can. When it comes to cost, they let you know. There are no hidden fees and if something more needs to be done while they are working on your vehicle, they call you and explain what they have found. They will only repair what you authorize.

Ended up not bringing my vehicle there,as I found a place in lincoln to service it.i was on a time crunch as we were heading out of town for a week. However,if I would need service again,I will call them as they were very kind,and willing to help me as soon as they could.will rate as a 4 since they didn't end up fixing my vehicle

I needed a new battery in my keyless remote to my car. Ray, with a little help from his right hand man, opened up the remote, replaced the little round battery for me and I was on my way. Quick and easy. Thank you Ray.
