My car broke down on the interstate and I had to have it towed to Meyer Automotive to have them look at it. Ended up getting my car fixed there and asked them if they could also do an oil change. When I came to pick up my car they fixed the fuel pump (which was why it broke down) but didn t do the oil change and the people working didn t seem like they knew what was going on. They found the document that showed I asked for an oil change but they simple said we didn t do it. They offered no apology. It wasn t a big deal to forget but would have appreciated kinder service about the error while I was there.
