Had done business with them for years, but no more. They wouldn't contact warranty company for issue with my vehicle; all I got was "I'll check into it & let you know".. Almost 2 weeks later, took my vehicle to different dealership. They diagnosed issue in 2 hours, contacted warranty company, found issue/repairs will be covered & ordered part. This long time customer will NOT be back. *** We miss you, Curtis!!***

I stopped in because I had a broken shock. Brian, in service said I would be fine to drive the 5.5 hrs back to Minnesota if I was careful. 4 hrs from home, while taking an exit to get gas, I lost my entire right front wheel. He was a very nice guy and I figured he knew what he was talking about.

I've purchased several vehicles here. Excellent small town experience. Downside is you don't have all the financing options of the "big city" dealerships or the selection. But Chip was an excellent salesmen and always got what I felt like was a good deal on my vehicle and the right value for my trade.

Great service, when I went in for some warranty work, explained all procedures completed and results. I had been to another dealer for these items, and they just said "all done" and didn't explain anything and items were not complete after checking. Very personalized and timely service.

My name is Beverly and I am a pilot car driver I was broke down and had my car towed to these guys. They worked on it the first day and I picked it up but it still wasn t fixed. Bryan since his son out and they picked it up At that that point he took it to his shop and worked on it all day. I was scared to death of the price. But God Bless him he did not charge any extra. They just wanted to make sure they did the job I had took it to them for. You don t find folks like that anymore that is honest fair I will return there anytime I am in the area

The employees have gone above and beyond over the weekend for a family member to purchase a vehicle over the holiday weekend. We were very pleased to make things happen in such a very short notice.

Herpolsheimers is by far the best car dealership I have ever worked with! I bought my second Jeep from them this weekend and they make the whole experience such a breeze. When I first started looking at Jeeps I reached out to Austin Fehlhafer with what I was wanting and in a matter of hours he was sending me options. This dealership wants to sell you the RIGHT vehicle, not just what they have on their lot, so if they dont have what you're looking for they will find it for you! Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will never by my vehicles from anywhere else! If you're in the market for a different car you have to give them a call!

I believe the people that work at herpolsheimer's are very nice! The work was done swiftly, but the cost of repair was on the high end. I live in Lincoln, and it's great to get away from the hubbub sometimes:-).

by their very nature most car dealers are somewhat false - not the case at Herpolsheimer's............Chip is the real deal and is honest and fair. I have purchased several vehicles here and will make it my first AND last stop whenever I am in the market
