In Seward area with a full day of service work and got a flat tire. Austin got my flat fixed within a half hour and I was back to work. Well done

Had an oil change done, I was adamant about topping the fluids off, as they did not do it before, they told me that must have been when they did a skeleton oil change, meaning not topping the fluids (as I recall I was still charged full price for a full oil change) but this time I asked to make sure they top fluids, they reassured me they will, then when I picked up the car, they told me the transmission fluid was over filled by a quart and yes all the fluids are topped full. They did nothing to fix that, no draining or anything. That was done about 3 weeks ago. I have 2 vehicles and hardly ever drive this one. It has 4 wheel drive so through the ice storm I made sure to use this one... Well sure thing I let the vehicle warm up for 20 mins this morning, the vehicle smellled like something melted and burning this morning. I thought it was exhaust, I got half a block away my battery light turned on and gurgling sound from the engine started. I made it back home, checked fluids, the oil is low, the transmission fluid is over full, no antifreeze what so ever, very low washer fluid, so I will be calling when they open. I am assuming the smell was from no antifreeze. We deliver news papers and this was at 2:30 am. I had to turn around and go back home and warm my van that has no 4 wheel drive and drive on roads that do not get gravel or salt due to being dead end roads. Not a very fun filled drive. I slid into a yard and came close to going through someone's garage, also came close to playing bumper cars along several streets. My husband and I are furious. We both grew up knowing if you do a job you do it right the first time, you get what you pay for, ppl work hard for the money they earn, and choosing to spend money on your company is a privelage, they could always choose someone else instead of.you, and the customer is always right. When I requested full service, I paid for full service, I should get full service. Not a job half done, and done wrong and paid full price and no fixing the errors they created.

Great Customer Service and Follow Thru!- bought a set of tires for my tractor 3 years ago from an associated Farmers Cooperative in Firth and the tires started to disintegrate with obviously very little use. The Milford Cooperated stepped in and replaced BOTH the tires!Very professional operation and exhibits the highest integrity.

Took my vehicle in to have a nail in my tire fixed. My car slipped off the jack and they failed to tell me this. The car had malfunction warnings come on immediately and the car did not drive right. Called and spoke with manager and he asked to look at it, but DID NOT TELL ME IT HAD SLIPPED. We had an appointment with the dealership to look due to it being under warranty, and said we'd let them know the results. Received another phone call where the manager gave more reasons to bring it into them and then called the Lincoln mechanics shysters. After this going on for more than 5 minutes, he mentions that the car slipped and fell and they probably did some damage and he wants a chance to fix it. WHO IS THE SHYSTER??? That's how you lead the second conversation, not divulging after multiple failed attempts to have us bring it back in.
