Head and shoulders above Chipotle or Qdoba. Absolutely the best I've had. Looking forward to going back soon. And, the drink selection, so freaking yummy lol!. Oh by the way, get some chips. Awesome

Broke down on the interstate. Leaf springs broke on 5th wheel camper enroute to Colorado. Dropped camper off at Cross & Sons at 8:00 am. Was on the road by 4:30 that afternoon. And the cost was half of what we thought it would be. Keith and staff are Awesome! Great customer service..

Awesome service! We had lost a bearing and has to have a new axel, the service was professional, skilled and Jordan and staff went out of their way to help us! Thanks for the 5 star service!

I dropped off my cargo trailer for a quote and possibly some repairs to be done . They had my trailer for two weeks and I hadn't heard from them so I called and was told they have been busy and he had tried to contact me but I had no voicemails. He stated he couldn't get the OEM part and I told him he could put in aftermarket parts. Two weeks later still hadn't heard from him with a new quote . I went and picked up my trailer. Bad custumer service!

Was working on trading in trailers and buying a tilt bed, waiting for call back to finalize deal and Jordan sold trailer out from underneath me... Poor business practice and not professional.
