The staff went above and beyond. The room was perfect, the amenities more than expected. The breakfast had anything and everything imaginable. The afternoon cookies were a treat after a long drive. A delightful weekend for a special occasion. Unlikely I will visit Seward or Lincoln again but, If I do, this is the only place I would consider staying at.The only drawback I heard from others staying there (the event apparently filled the entire hotel) was that you had to walk up to the second floorRooms: Spacious, impeccably cleanSafety: ExcellentFood & drinks: More than expected

Love the staff here. So very welcoming and accommodating! We would have loved daily maid service. The pool wasn't functioning but it was a mfr issue. Clean rooms. Great location. Toilet ran but we didn't report it as we can handle small things like jiggling a handle. I have no doubt it would have been taken care of immediately.Safety: Felt completely safe as usual at this location!

We do like staying at Coblestone in Seward. They are very friendly and everything is very clean. This time we were a little disappointed because the pool was not in operation. We were there for 2 night and looked forward to relaxing. The price of the hotel is quite a bit more then other hotels in the area but it is very convenient location for our needs. Will stay again when visiting family.

Daylight and dark front desk help. One super nice and helpful. The other needed people skills training. Came here hoping to swim and the pool wasn't open due to a supposed dehumidifier. House keeping was friendly. There were several hairs and a dried puddle of something in the tub. The hot breakfast was terrible. Powdered eggs were dry and gritty. The biscuits were stale. No microwave in the lobby to warm them. Not a good value for the price. Owners are exploiting the shortage of hotels in this town. I will stay in Lincoln next time. $50 less/night and I would get more for my money. Lincoln is only 20 miles away.

Great looking hotel with friendly staff that's not quite as polished as it was last year.Fortunately the staff is still very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are well laid out and everything worked. There are a few areas that weren't cleaned very well otherwise it would be a perfect place to stay in this area. The breakfast is a good mixture of meat and eggs and other breakfast pastries. The area was kept well stocked and cleaned. They continue to offer Seattle's Best coffee and teavana tea. Both good choices when you want a fresh cup of coffee or tea.Unfortunately they are still struggling with getting their pool open but this was not a problem for us because we did not intend to use it this trip. There's no elevator here so if you can't go upstairs make sure you request a first floor room. All in all this is a great place to stay if you're visiting the Seward area

Our car broke down and ended up in the shop right nextdoor, we walked over and the front desk lady was so nice. She gave us information on food and local transit in case we needed to go somewhere. The pool was perfect for our 3 year old and the rooms were very comfortable. The town is quiet and peaceful. All in all a nice place to be stay.

Was very pleased with this place. Jessica and Shannon, on the night staff, were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, had more than enough outlets to charge all the kids devices, and they have a nice beer and wine bar. There's a nice little convenience store with snacks, drinks, and other things to eat. Plus there's a gar station and McDonald's right next door.

My daughter's family came from out of town to host a birthday party for my 2 year old grandson. The party room was good as was the pool. The halls & staircases looked like they hadn't been vacuumed for several months. The room was not vacuumed very well. They didn't clean out the coffee pot The clock on the microwave was an hour off & the bedside clock was off by 8 minutes. No attention to detail at this location. Will not come back. I live local to the hotel & will not recommend

Room very clean, bathroom very clean, had issue with tv not working and expedia/or the cobblestone in Seward would not even offer a $10-$30 credit to make it right. I'm tired of businesses not taking responsibility.Edit: This room is known for remote issues per the front desk conversation-so why not fix the problem? Also it's difficult to find someone at the front desk when it's empty

The clerk was friendly & accommodating. He immediately changed our room, because it had the pungent odor of cat urine. Our 2nd room was clean & decent, but there was a cockroach (or a bug that looked very similar to one) under the bed.

Very, very clean and the front office gal was super nice. Had me checked in quickly and I was off to get unpacked. Headed to dinner down the road at a Mexican cuisine which really hit the spot. Bed are comfy and the room smelled good. They don't allow any smoking rooms which is great! Would stay again at $80 clams a night

Extremely frustrated and greatly disappointed. When we called for a room, we were told pet friendly rooms were cleaned specially for the next guests. Upon arrival, the room was filthy. The bathroom mirror and fan vent were dirty, there was pet food on the floor, and the floor had not been vacuumed. The desk clerk offered to come and clean the room. but that should have been done BEFORE ARRIVAL not at 10:30pm.The management had not left the staff with authority to make the decision for customers appreciation and was not attainable, neither was the morning staff helpful. . The bed was terrible. The coffee carafes were empty at breakfast. It is sad for Seward to have such a nice looking hotel and it be such a dive.

This was our second stay this hotel. On this trip we stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and where placed in room 119. Upon entering the room we took note of the mildew smell. With further exploration we found black mold growing on the bathroom wall, saw chipping paint, and took note of the bubbling walls and how a peace of the wall that was missing, but painted over with white spray paint. For our stay we spent $503.00 for 3 nights... this included the dog fee. When we checked out, I told the lady at the front desk that they needed to work on the room and hopefully the amount that we paid would cover the cost to repair what needs to be fixed. She went on to note that they knew of the problems and that they don't typically rent out that room. But due to the busy holiday weekend they had to. I should note that I made my reservation in September for the Thanksgiving weekend. I also find it frustrating that we paid a ballooned up price for a room that does not get used due to its issues.Sadly, we will not be going back... its better to stay in Lincoln as the Marriott is a better price and much cleaner.

This hotel was okay to say the least. The staff were very accommodating but this hotel does have its flaws. The room that we stayed in, 114, had very poor wifi service despite being close to the office. This hotel does need to rethink their networking services. The shower that we had in our room also did not drain fast enough while in it so the water would just pool up. The beds were very comfortable but the outside lights illuminated the room at night even with the blinds fully closed.

In September of 2017 my we made a reservation for 2 double rooms for our son's college graduation in May 2018. In April, my parents decided the trip would be too physically difficult for them and they opted to not come. We called to called to cancel one room so that another family could reserve the room that weekend. On Wednesday, May 2, I received 2 emails-both saying I had a reservation for the following day- graduation weekend. Wanting to make sure that I had only one room reserved despite the double email, I called the hotel. The woman who answered the phone told me I had 2 rooms reserved. I shared that we only needed one and if she would make sure that she canceled the other, that would be great. I told her again that I wanted to make sure that we had a room - I even said, "Great, I'll see you tomorrow!" Sounds great- have a great trip she replied. When we arrived- NO ROOM! We were told that all rooms were cancelled and the person working only said that she was sorry but she wasn't working yesterday. While obviously it is not her fault specifically, when you are the front desk you ARE the cobblestone. We were very disappointed that despite our best efforts, Cobblestone cancelled our room for such a very important weekend and really had no resolution.

We reserved 1 room for 2 nights and a 2nd room for the 2nd night. We also reserved the conference room starting at 1pm for a birthday party. When we got to the hotel at 10:30pm and into our room, it looked like the floors hadnt even been vacuumed. The floors between the bed and night stand were filthy. The hallway floors, stairs and rear entry were all dirty as well, looking like they were not ever vacuumed. I went and confirmed our party room and the gal said another group was in there until noon and then she would clean it. We walked in at 12:50 and it wasn't ready. We had 2 trips to the pool. The 2nd trip there were absolutely 0 towels. The walls are thin and people complained about hearing our 1 year old and 2 year old and that we were too loud. The screen in our room window was bent as well.. All around, I am extremely disappointed in this place for the price. I will find somewhere different next time.

The pool was closed for "renovation" however it was still full of water and fully functioning. The front desk lady told me that it was listed on the website that it was closed which was also another lie. They are just too lazy to run it so people can actually enjoy there stay. Also, I asked for a refund and said they can't do that since there is no manager to call since he's on medical leave. Poor business and customer service.

This is a nice, quiet, and clean place to stay while in Seward. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. I would have given this place 5 stars but they don't have an elevator and the breakfast is not allergy-friendly. Coffee is good. I will definitely be back.

Very friendly and clean. No phone so had to go to front desk to ask how to turn on tv. Lady came to room and heloed with all the remotes. Breakfast was great. Good selection. Coffee was hot. Could have a bigger selection of creamers.

I am not sure if I was just on a high from road tripping but this place was so much better than I expected. The employees were very friendly and I was able to buy a beer here! I stayed here in August 2020 so for COVID times, it was very exciting to be able to buy a beer. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable and the location was very convenient and close to the highway. There is also a convenient store and a mcdonalds in the same complex of the hotel so its great if you are in need of some food during your stay.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel was a little off the expressway, but well worth it since it's surrounded by a beautiful country landscape. It's near a three or four fast food restaurants and a Walmart, which was awesome. Oh and there is a fuel station right out front. Not sure what else one may need. The amenities were great; they have a decent sized pool (my kids had it all to themselves), ample space in our 2 queen room and the breakfast was great and complimentary. We had our dog with us and it was great there is a small parking lot in the back with plenty of grass for him to do his thing. We will definitely stay again during our next trip back home to the midwest.

A beautiful Place to stay while visiting the Seward-Lincoln area. Large Size Rooms with the comforts you would expect... Clean and detail oriented throughout... Convenient location for that business trip, with easy Interstate Accessibility. I enjoyed the breakfasts, and the useful in house Convenience Mart... Enjoy your stay and the great Customer Service Staff.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was great, especially Kersten (sp?). I was so travel-weary and she let me check in a bit early and helped me get squared away so I could finish up the day at the office. The place was clean, super-comfy beds, and pretty peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times and it's always been a pleasant clean stay. Staff is always friendly. The rooms could be a tad bit bigger bc we have a baby and our baby has a lot of things. Just felt crammed in the room.
