Amazing dealership to work with! We needed in a new car super fast, and Andy at Wolf in Scottsbluff made it happen! Truly the best car salesman we ve ever worked with! Will absolutely be going with Andy for future vehicles! Andy helped us get into an 18 Ford Edge that I love! Low miles, friendly service, quick process! 10/10

Just bought my new to me SUV there. Andy and Steve are great to work with when it comes to sales. HOWEVER, had car troubles day one, then when I got it back, nothing done, day after getting it back, problem again, codes came up the same, but im told it's an old code. **Just waiting for code repairs to be complete through my warranty, but told it wont be done because they said code was old. So unless it happens again, we will just wait and see. Our agreement now is that if the check engine light comes up, MY mechanic will run the codes. I promise there will be Updates to come. Been in the shop x2 in less than two weeks. I'm told they honor their word. We'll see.**Thank you Wolf Auto, for replying to my review. I plan on keeping this SUV. She's wonderful, but waiting for the fuel pump code to spontaneously show up again becuase it is hard to get a vehicle to diplicate an issue, especially when you want it too when it'sin the shop. It's Like waiting for a phone call and it never rings. So far so good. I completely understand the warranty. 3000 miles or 3 month, and it's coverage. Again, many thanks for replying publicly.

We bought a pickup there back in February and there was an issue with the backup camera before we left the lot. It was in the agreement that they would fix it. Their shop wasn't able to fix it so they sent us to Reganis which was a complete disaster. After 6 appointments and over 30 hours of sitting at that shop, the pickup was in worse shape than when we bought it. We contacted Wolf about what had happened with Reganis and Steve said he was going to contact their dealership in Ogallala to have them work on it. A month goes by with no word so my husband calls and he was told they were going to contact the local electronics shop to set up an appointment. 2 weeks go by and no call back so I call. He said "honestly I just don't know what to do about this, do you want me to call Ogallala and set up an appointment?" Yeah that was what you said you would do over a month again. Again, 2 more weeks go by and my husband has to call them back because no one called with any information or an appointment. He was told that they were too busy to work on it in Ogallala so they weren't sure what to do. My husband called the dealership in Wheatland, set up an appointment, called Steve at Wolf Auto to update him on the plan and he had the audacity to tell my husband that we really needed to get this issue resolved because it has gone on long enough. What do you think we were trying to do? You couldn't even be bothered to return calls or let us know that Ogallala couldn't get to it. My advice, if you buy anything from here, make sure everything works before you leave. I guarantee this is the one and only vehicle we will ever buy from them!

Financed my first car through these guys. I put down a $1500 deposit and they didn't even put it towards the loan.I unfortunately didn't realize until after the paperwork was signed. I had no experience dealing with a salesman and they took advantage of that.

This place is incredible! I cannot even begin to express how amazing the team at Wolf Auto Scottsbluff is. I am a first time car buyer, I was extremely overwhelmed by it all and the team was so helpful explaining things to me and helping me get the best deal. They are quick to help and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommended them to anyone I know!

Steve, Andy, and the rest of the staff after wonderful! Very easy to work with and were very accommodating to our kids!! We were able to quickly reach a deal that everyone was happy with!

Horrible. The appraiser in this place is a real piece of work. Needs a different attitude. Make sure next time you take someone's vehicle out for a drive you don't leave it in 4x4 when it's 97 degrees out and park it that way. Vehicle on the lot that has body damage and Needs a new bumper and won't do any type of deal, excuse is that they put too much in it already so the trade in is all they will give because they spent too much??? Seriously?. Went elsewhere and got hell of a better deal and great service. Will never buy a vehicle from this place.

Shity place and cars I got my car had for six months and i was have issues with it from the time I got it they keep tell me they will fix it and 6months later still didn't get fixed and I had to get a new car not happy with there services and bad customer service still try to get my refund on pointless warrant they sold me with my car and they don't return calls and they give you a runaround. don't go there
