My daughter has an 88 Ford Bronco II bought used, had it at different mechanics trying to diagnose and fix a stalling problem. Twin City knew about the year and statistics of vehicle, got the car in at scheduled time, had excellent communication with us and more importantly fixed the problem. We will be taking more of our vehicles to them as the need arises. Highly recommend Twin City!!!!!

A while back I was having problems with my check engine light. It took several days to figure out and they were exceptional at explaining what was going on and what they were doing next to resolve it. It was a difficult diagnosis and they worked diligently to resolve the issue. Communication was spot on and the staff was amazing! Kayla was great to work with! So much I ran over a deer and I went back to them today! All was good with my vehicle from the deer. My family pressured me to go to someone who had an opening but the staff at Twin City are the people I trust!!

This is a great place to have your car repaired. I drove from Oklahoma then had an issue with a oil sensor they were great to get it in and fixed. Then had another issue and got in and fixed so that I could make it back home . Thanks so much. My husband and I were incredibly satisfied with Twin City Autos service. I loved how detailed they were with what they did with our vehicle in the report they gave us. They are also very accommodating! It's nice to have a Shop that makes you feel like they've got your back!! If possible I will always return for their service.

Twin city is my go to for any and all vehicle maintenance and repairs! Everyone at Twin City Auto is so friendly and easy to work with. They offer a huge variety of work that they do on a wide variety of vehicles. My company has been using them for all of our agency repairs and maintenance for years. They are quick and efficient and detailed in their work. They offer pictures of problems and work with you on what needs done and getting that repair completed in an excellent timely manner. Honest, reliable and budget friendly they will always makes sure to speak with you on what you want done before ever doing any work. This shop is a class act from shop to office. The work they do is best in the valley and their communication through tougher projects is as good as it gets! Chris and Kayla were great to work with! The facility is very clean and the quoting process is accurate and professional. I recently purchased a Boss Plow from Twin City Auto. Every step of the way Mike and his team provided excellent care and feedback. Once I picked up my vehicle Mike took the time to go over everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. The team and Twin City is professional and polite. Highly recommend them!!

I just had my brakes checked at Twin City Auto for a noise I was hearing and they were very knowledgeable, fast, honest and affordable. They even suggested waiting until my next full service to fix it to save money but were more willing to squeeze me in because I didn t want to wait. So I am a newcomer to the area and when my BMW needed some love I was very fearful about trusting it to a stranger. I met Jerry and told him my concerns and he assured me that his company could handle it and they did an awesome job. The only exception was getting parts and they could not control that. I turned around and took my Dodge Ram in and similar results. Fast complete work and then to top it all off he followed up with a call a week later just to see how the cars were running. That is great service.

12/07/2021 was the second time that I have had TCA work on my Grand Cherokee. The first time was for routine maintenance and this time was due to some rough treatment during deer season. Kayla and crew were fantastic in the quick diagnosis of an odd "knocking" noise and made the needed repair then performed an alignment and all is perfect. I also had the routine maintenance done on my transfer case since it was in the shop. Kayla kept me in the loop with frequent updates throughout the day. My Jeep was done within the timeframe given and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using TCA for my future auto repair needs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

We took my car in on Friday, June 28th for a wheel bearing fix. They had our estimate ready by 8:00 AM and our vehicle was done by 4:00 PM! We only take our vehicles to the best and Twin City Auto lived up to that! The staff was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. We definitely reccomend bringing your vehicles here as they did amazing with ours. Very trustworthy and honest work.

I had some ongoing issues with my jeep..and this could have been a stressful experience for someone who knows nothing about vehicles. I took my jeep in on a Friday, they ran some tests on it and by Monday morning I was back on the road and it has been running great ever since.I am very impressed with their friendly service, knowledge, and how they took the time to fix the issue rather than install a part and send me on my way. They were even able to accomodate my request to have it done by a certain time!A big thank you to Bill and everyone who worked on my jeep! I highly recommend this place! :)

Have had many dealings with Twin City Auto and each one has been great! They tell you honestly and upfront what repairs are needed and the cost. There are no surprises. My last repair left me car-less and they repaired and drove it to my house so I could go to work. Awesome!

When to them for a simple job, a month and a half later my car is now finally running like it was BEFORE it went in. I took close to $4,000 and a LOT of my time. A simple job was not done properly and I paid the price and spent the time coming and going from this shop. The service was friendly and they let me know what was going on (when they knew what was). I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE.(in Response) Yes I understand that humans make mistakes, I did include that The service was friendly and they let me know what was going on and that was a great part of your shop. It s just the simplicity that not so great things did happen to me. It was nice that you stood up for your shop and fully fixed what did go wrong and on your time. The $4000 is a total of your shop and having to go to other shops and having them tell me to go back to you because there was something done wrong and if I was under warranty with you then I should have you fix it.Thank you for the time you put into this.Oh as a side note if you care so much about your reviews, you should maybe get a courtesy car, so that maybe people will look at that, and see that you want to stand behind the work you do on those and on the customers cars.Again thank you for the extra time.

Just got finished with my first experience with Twin City Auto, and I have to say that I came away impressed. I had to get two new tires and have the fluids changed in my car. I called up, and was able to get an appointment first thing the next day. Bill (the customer service guy), was far too cheerful for that early in the morning, sort of an infectious sort of happy that made having to pay $670 for the tires and maintenance easier to bear.Speaking of that, the money I paid was definitely fair. He laid the estimated cost the day before, and it matched the price charged exactly. I would trust a mechanic who charges fairly far more than one that will do the job for cheap.I was able to get a free shuttle ride to work and from work so that I could get my car (I didn't have to wait for either). The owner, Mike, was the one who drove me, and he is a pleasant gentleman who really seems to take pride in his business.The invoice I received at the end is probably the best part of the whole process. It meticulously details every single thing they did to my car. Not just "Drained and flushed transmission fluid", it listed each step of the process so that you know exactly what they did. I feel that this was very helpful for someone (like myself) who doesn't know too terribly much about cars.So I'm going to sum up. Cheerful folks who seem to enjoy doing what they do well, quickly, and for a fair price. Can't get much better than that.(Also, they have a massage chair in the waiting area. I couldn't stay to use it, but let's just say I won't be too broken up when my car needs work again :)

Top notch customer service. Honest.These guys are honest, reasonable, prompt and go above and beyond. I ve now had 3 cars worked on here. The latest being a 2000 Dodge Durango that needed some serious attention. It had be towed to the shop and when it arrived I was immediately notified by email along with an outline of next steps.Shortly thereafter, another email outlining what needs to be done by priority. A welcomed list since it is an older car and we are getting to that repair vs replace moment in time. Emails also include pricing options depending on which way we go.A few more emails back and forth with detailed info and communication.Very impressed. If you are searching for a mechanic/shop, look no further.

I got my motorhome towed in and was very happy that AAA choose Twin Cities. Mike Jerry and the crew were outstanding. I had to wait for some parts to arrive and Mike got me hooked up to power so I would have a place to stay. The repairs were top notch and would recommend Twin Cities anytime. Thanks guys

We had sudden car trouble and had to be back on the road quickly. Mike immediately helped us and swiftly fixed the problem. He was sweet, accommodating, and gave us great suggestions for the future should we have any car trouble. For all of his trouble, we offered to pay him, especially given his hard work in the 103 degree weather, but he would humbly not accept any payment. This is a true stand up guy with a wonderful shop.

Twin City Auto is the best auto repair company in the Panhandle. My wife and I have had nothing but great advice, repair work and oil changes for over the past four years that we've lived in Scottsbluff . Everyone in the shop has been very courteous to me and my needs in any work I've needed done to my car or suv. They will give you straight forward answers with honesty and will work hard to help in any situation a car could face. Case in point, the engine in my Mazda RX-8 completely died and I needed a good, thorough diagnosis that it had truly had taken a nosedive. After the car was towed, Bill Sinner worked very, very hard to get my "baby" back on the road. With a lot of hard work on his end along with a life saving warranty, I had my car back on the road within a few short months. Given the new engine came from Japan, I was willing to wait. After the Twin City Auto team put new life into the RX-8, it has never run smoother. Twin City Auto has also solved all my problems from a hard idle to a large screw in my tire to keep my car and suv running at peak performance. I would recommend them for any work that could be done on any type of vehicle. I'm a lifelong customer because they truly listen to their customers and are willing to make every effort possible to give custoners a fair deal when it comes to auto repair.

While traveling from Williston North Dakota my family had encountered unforseen vehicle troubles. Within an hour our car was diagnosed with transmission issues. This business is wonderful. What a blessing! Thank you so much for all you did.We recommend this company to all #AAA members.
