By far the best customer service and quick truck buying experience I have ever had.Everything was explained and was right down to the point. I was able to reach out with any questions and was responded to in a quick time frame. The sales manager and general manager were informative and knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. Could not recommend enough!

Just had my oil changed, tires rotated and new wipers installed. Breanna and the service team took great care of me and completed all the requested services. They also presented me with an overall health check of my Bronco. The new facility looks great and has a comfortable waiting area. I would highly recommend Transwest Ford.

Very disappointed with my experience at Transwest. I dropped off my work truck there over the course of 6 work days while I was out of town and wasn't in need of my vehicle. After 6 days I call them to see if my truck was done and they said there was a few things left. Another 2 days go by I call to see the status on my vehicle and they still say there's a few things left to be done. At this point I told them they would need to quit working on my vehicle as I needed to take my truck and go back to work. When I got to the dealership to pick up my truck I found out over the course of eight work days they only changed the engine oil and the cabin air filter and that none of the other services were performed. And in what seemed like a move to spite me they charged a separate hour of labor for each line item performed that resulted in nearly a $600 bill for what most shops should be able to do in1 hour. From now on I will be taking my Ford truck to the Chevy dealership for my future services.

It was a great experience working with this sales team from ordering my Bronco to picking it up. Al, Jim and Nathan were awesome and took time to even entertain my father while he waited for me to sign my paperwork. Will definitely drive the 150 miles to pick up another Ford from them.

I purchased a 2020 Honda Ridgeline from Transwest Ford. The salesman, Court Cook, was very easy to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, showing me how to set everything and throwing in a full tank of gas and 2 free oil changes. The finance manager, Brian Christeleit, was wonderful with explaining all warranty options for this purchase. Both Court and Brian had a great sense of humor. If thinking of buying a new or used vehicle, I would strongly recommend Transwest Ford. Tell them that Andrea G recommended them!

I contacted the dealership via their website and engaged in an online chat inquiring on a vehicle I was interested in. I received an immediate reply from Sunshine, whom was currently out of her office, but said she would set up a time for me to come see the vehicle and do a test drive. She said when I got to the dealership to ask for Court and he would take very good care of me! When I got there, the car was waiting out front and when I went in, I was promptly greeted by Court. After deciding that wasn't the car for me, he took me to look at a different car on the lot that he thought I might like. We took it for a test drive, Court explaining everything to me throughout the drive. I ended up purchasing the car after the test drive. Everyone there was very pleasant to work with and made the purchase process fun and stress free. After driving the car the next day, I was a little confused on some of the features. I contacted Court and he had me stop by after I got off of work and went over everything with me, till I understood how it all worked! Great service even after the sale! I would highly recommend Transwest Ford, LLC, if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

Had to go 3 times for recall stuff they had to fix and I had to go back twice for my door latches since they messed up multiple times. They also broke my keychain and didn t tell me about it.

I took my 2022 Expedition to Transwest Ford in Scottsbluff, Nebraska for an oil change and rotating of the tires. When I got inside the service department, I was greeted and told them who I was. I handed over my keys and waited in the lounge. Service Manager came to tell me the air filters needed to be changed. I gave them permission I know I can trust Transwest Ford. Thanks to the staff of Transwest Ford, I feel like a member of the family.
