I was really impressed by the wash and the hospitality from the services we received from the staff about all the questions Adam answered as to your services the Scottsbluff location offered.I was also impressed by the power of the suction your vacuums have cleaning my carpets, etc.. It's nice to have a car wash in the region that offers such a wide variety of washes for your vehicles. Now I can have even more pride in caring for my vehicle and helping me to keep it looking good. Thanks Adam for inviting us to try out your new car wash. I wish you all the best.

My favorite car wash! My car always looks great and smells great and I love the vacuum and cleaning options. The staff is is genuine, and actually seems happy ! The wash accidentally broke my antenna and they are replacing it for free for me! Above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Car wash is very nice, clean, and Staff was amazing. Adam was kind, respectful, very professional, and made me feel welcomed. Definitely will go back again, service was top notch and my SUV came out pretty darn clean. Thanks guys

I ve had the membership for about two months now and love it. It quick and easy as well as the staff makes it feel welcoming. Karlee always takes the piece of my car off that needs to before the wash. The small detail makes it worth it

This place is amazing when it comes to a car wash. I subscribed to their top package and my car is shinier than when it came from the dealer. I read some comments on here that felt a little slanted by maybe a competitor. The staff that operates and runs this wash are very personal and attentive. I have met the manager who is who is local and cares for his customers. Customer service and offering a great product is what they are about in my own opinion. I ve been to the other location nearby and they do not come close to meeting the experience of Tidal Wave. Customer service blows the other car wash (no mention of their name to be fair) away! I d rather pay a little more for a considerable difference. Keep up the great job. A new loyal customer! Glad you are here!

We decided to get a membership to the Tidal Wave. The first time is the only time that we have been happy with the wash. After that every time it's left soap on the car. One time there was so much soap left that we had to go back through and wash it again. Because of that, we have water spots that we can't get rid of. It's also taking paint off the front of my new car. I don't know if it's when the staff uses the brushes to clean the front and back or the actual car wash.When we dry our car your rags are always wet. In the winter the rags are soaked. So when you are trying to dry your car it's so hard to get the job done.On the night of 12/01/23, we wanted to wash and dry the car quick. We weren't going to vacuum because it was 7:50 pm and it closed at 8 pm. We asked the staff before to make sure it was okay that we wash the car. He said no problem and told us they close at 8 pm so it's just fine. The guy that was working the gate was nice and friendly. When we pulled up to the garage to wash the car the staff working there was very rude and sarcastic, when giving us directions. One of the staff kept shaking her head while she was halfway doing her job. After we got out of the wash we went to dry it off and had to go ask for some rags. When we went to get the rags my husband asked the staff if they were upset that we came to wash the car. The females (the staff working in the garage) told him yes they were becaue they close in 5 minutes. We looked at the clock as we pulled out and it was 8 pm.We for sure will be canceling our membership and going across the street to the shaggy buffalo. I ve heard it s a lot better over there.

It's the first time I have tried them since they opened. These places never do get the bugs off the front of the vehicle. It's not a bad wash job, but they definitely need to spray the front of the vehicle better. If not, I'll do it myself at a self wash.

Just went through here. Saw a lot about great customer service but I did not experience that. I felt like I was talking to a used car dealer with how much the guy pushed their monthly package. He then proceeded to talk down to me like I was some idiot for not paying $20+ more that would result in a never ending subscription (which he obviously didn t mention) so I can get my car washed again. Car seems like it was cleaned, so it gets the 2nd star for that. Won t be coming back though. Had he not already charged my card, I would ve left immediately after the way I was spoken to.

Be ready for the high pressure sales tactics and the menu board being shoved in your face. Maybe monthly plan is a good deal. But it s expensive for a simple car wash. I wouldn t recommend it. It seems kind of scammy.

Stop by this town. I needed my car washed (and some food) before I continued my trip and stopped here, and I just had to take a moment and give a shout out to one of your employees for being so respectful and helpful. His name is Waylan I believe . If I ever come back to this town I would surely come back

Wish I could give a lower rating. I m not bothered by the staff, they are fine as with most places. But the facility is just cheap . It feels dinky and rushed. Also, tidal wave is a big chain which only cares about profits so let s support local businesses. The Shaggy Buffalo car wash is built on solid ground, and has been here for many years. They are way better. It s next to the Home Depot in the other side.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

This place is outstanding. It's Fast, and convenient. The staff is friendly they go above and beyond. The machines/workers attention to detail is remarkable. You also get a lot of little extras. Free vacuums with a wash. You get 2 different sizes, and an air compressor to blow out your vents. They also provide cleaner and rags for after. This place is clean and well made. I Definitely will be going back and I highly recommend this place.

This place is Capital! Every box was checked off! The employees were so friendly and generous!!! We have been all over the country and this is by far the best car wash we ve ever been to! Kelly was amazing during my experience at Tidal Wave. I was a little nervous because I get afraid to drive through the car wash. Kelly gave me such encouraging words as well as he guided me through the entire process. My nervousness left me and I felt relaxed. Unfortunately I have to change my review. I went through recently and had a very poor experience.We took my brand new 4runner through it a few days ago. It started with them having a short person doing the "pre-brush" thing. She beat the roof corners with the handle of the scrubber because she couldn't reach high enough. Next, one of the blue cleaning brushes just didn't work. That was followed by the buffing brush not working. I wasn't too fussed about all that, but when we went to dry it, it had torn piece of my roof trim off.That's when I went and found someone to talk to and just said I wanted to cancel my memberships and I told him why. His response was "ok". So my assumption is that they considered it no big deal that their car was had a few glitches and ended messing up my trim and that a customer was cancelling. No additional questions, just "ok". Apparently customer retention isn't one of their big concerns. I'm fine with that, I wasn't looking for anything more than an apology and possibly an explanation. I think warranty will cover the trim and worst-case, it'll be a few bucks, but their complete lack of concern was a little disturbing. They're in the business of handling very expensive items, there should be some amount of care taken to ensure that the equipment is operating optimally.Alas, it is what it is. I cancelled both of my cars' memberships. That seemed to be the best answer. I wish them the best of luck and I hope they see this and maybe do better if it happens to anyone else again.
