Excellent service and customer relations. I had to get the windshield on my car replaced due to a rock kicked up from a semi on the highway. Well once they were contacted by the company that ensures my windshield they gave me a call and explained the process. Super laid back and easy to work with. Had me come in for a picture of the damage. Then once the windshield was in they called me back and scheduled an appointment to get it installed. Took it to them and they even drove me back to work. Plus dropped my car back off to me later that day at work. Lovely little office inside and great people working here. Highly recommended.

They never called me when it was finished, and then it has not clean when I put it up. When I got home there was some glass and she was nice and said she do it again then he came very rude and told me if I was not happy take it somewhere else

Went here for a couple of different services and they did a great job both times for a reasonable price. Everyone was super friendly as well. Great people had a new windshield installed and less then 2weeks it got hit with a rock and they fixed it for free!! I'm so appreciative thank you! You guys rock!

Shout out to John, and the staff. Felt safe and assured that they fixed the problem. Normally I don't let anyone drive my vehicles, the minute I met them, I knew the "Green Machine" was in great hands. Now I'm glad the other company never showed up. Their loss, my gain. Thompson Glass ALL THE WAY.

Called to schedule service for a new windshield. The lady I talked to didnt believe me that there wasn't a rain sensor. I had to bring the vehicle to their shop to confirm there was no rain sensor. After doing so they confirmed there wasn't a rain sensor. Still waiting for their call back the next day so I started shopping around for someone else to do it.

A bit uncomfortable walking in to a place where your not sure you are welcomed. That being said my husband recommends Thompson Glass to all his customers being a contractor he absolutely is happy to know there is a place where you can get your glass repaired rather than having to order a whole new window.

At first he couldn t get my windshield wipers off, took him an hour and a half and then they call me when it s suppose to be done and he says that he can t do it? I get the wipers off (took my guy five mins) and bring it back and he puts the wipers on the wrong side didn t realize it until the middle of a rainstorm on the highway where I broke both of them so you may save money cause they re cheaper than safelite but The fifty bucks I saved I had to spend on new wipers soo.. don t trust these idiots with your car

Did an awesome job! Took less than 2 hours and i didn't spend an arm and a leg to have 2 windows removed and replaced! They were super friendly as well as super helpful!! Thanks guys!

Although I had to wait about a week to get an order of plexiglass cut due to not having someone available to cut them, the staff were very friendly.
