This is my first time working with Team. I called about an oil change because the GMC app only listed times available 4-19-24 at 700. When I called the receptionist was so nice and offered numerous times on 4-18-24 and multiple times to get the oil change done even sooner. We were able to get the oil change and other scheduled maintenance done in a timely manner that was much appreciated.

Best experience my family has had at a dealership yet. All the guys working helped us find exactly what we needed/wanted. No one was pushing us one way or another (something that has happened to us at other dealership), let us take our time to make up our minds and made sure our cars where ready to take home. Best place to go if your looking for your next ride.

Great experience with court cook and Andrew from finance. They were very helpful in every aspect. Answered every question I had. Never once did I have to call them unless I forgot to ask something. That s a rarity now days. They made a very easy purchase for me. I couldn t get out of town to look at it so court personally drove the car to me so I could look at it in person. You can t not get any better service than that. Thank you to you both!

Just bought a 2015 vehicle from Court Cook and he went well and above to make sure this was the right vehicle for me. Very kind, patient and understanding person. Andrew the finance manager explained everything so I could understand it and answered all my questions I had and was very patient, kind and understanding too. Dave Hopp even stopped to visit and said I was in great hands and any questions I could call him to. Team has great people working for them and will be letting others know if they need a vehicle to get ahold of any of these 3 people and you won t be disappointed! Thanks for everything everyone!

UPDATE: 9/16/2023We were in the market for a new vehicle and found a great 4Runner at Team.Juan was amazing and answered all our questions and texts. We were in and out in about an hour with a great deal.Thanks Juan for an amazing experience and taking care of us.Took my car here for recall service. Also asked to have the oil changed, tires rotated and fix a noisy belt. Took nearly all afternoon which is no problem. Got a text to call as they had questions. Turns out the battery was showing a low charge (confirmed by my daughter who indicated the car was having a hard time turning over in the cold mornings) and that the tires weren't rotated due to the limited tread left on the rear tires. They were concerned about leaving the thicker tread on the front for the upcoming snow. Didn't push any product me just told us what they found.My only disappointment is after the amount of money we put into the car today, it would have been nice to have a complimentary car wash. They did vacuum out the front seat though.

I had the pleasure of working with Dominic Romo from the sales team. I purchased a car in October from him and decided that it just wasn t the right fit. Purchased tires and had them put on car. They found warn bolts for cambers rear wheels and replaced them. Very pleased with work. Employees were good to deal with.

From service to parts, my repair went very smooth and planned. Haleigh took care of everything and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. I brought my pickup here from Lincoln, because Duteau's service is never a pleasant experience and I was here in Scotts Bluff for work. Everything worked out as planned! Thank you!

"Share some details of your own experience at this place"Terrible place to work for, And I say that after giving over 7 years of hard work and dedication, over 7 years of being micro-managed and manipulated by several "LeAdErS".7 years of working my way up to a manager position, just to be let go on a Monday, right before x-mas, no warning no sorry, just "your department didn't make enough money".The place is full of people who are more than willing to help you, but "the man" behind all the smoke and mirrors only cares about your dollar.

Today s experience finally pushed me to write this review First and foremost, I will say that Matt went above and beyond to help my family and I to find the right vehicle (would have been the second purchased from team in the last few years) for our needs also it was very nice and considerate of Chad to give my son a toy.Now to the bad part unfortunately once Julian was involved the deal fell apart.During negotiations he casually said I m not worried about losing you over a couple thousand dollars Tone, attitude, and demeanor definitely came across as though he didn t care if he sold me the pickup or not. (He said it was a misunderstanding but scoffed and grinned during the entire exchange)I gave Team a second chance since they (Julian at the time) screwed up the service and maintenance I specifically requested on my last purchase with their preferred 3rd party service (shame on me for not verifying during that sale since they told me not to worry) but this interaction was the last straw.I was really disappointed and will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future

Took my Tacoma in for oil change and tire rotation. Told them repeatedly that I only had an hour. I refused to buy an $300 fuel injection and transfer Case service package. They finished the oil change and hid my vehicle out on the lot and left me in the waiting room until I found my vehicle. Caused me to be late for a work duty in Bport. Done with this place.

I really enjoyed my car shopping at Team Chevrolet. We have bought a number of vehicles from there down through the years. But this was the first time I had to shop alone. And Zach Elhormaoui made it a very pleasant experience. He was very helpful in explaining different features on the vehicle, showing me different cars and over all very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him to any one. Thanks for all your help Zach.

I have recently purchased two used vehicles from Zach E. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I will no doubt purchase from him again and recomend anyone go visit with him. I have also got a vehicle in the shop with some very strange gremlins and Haleigh P. has also been absolutely amazing. Both Zach and Haleigh have been very helpful and pleasant to deal with! Best overall experience I have ever had from any dealership. The finance guys and managers are great too, faster than other places but still dealing with banks. Thank you guys for all your help!

We were on our way from Colorado to South Dakota for a camping trip to spend time with our family we only see a couple times a year. As we pulled into Scottsbluff to grab lunch at 11am and gas up our truck, all of a sudden it went into limp mode and would only let us go 30 miles an hour with some errors coming up. It had done the same thing a few months prior and we had brought it to our local dealership and all they told us was there were some old codes that needed to be cleared and they did that and everything seemed fine. We looked and saw there was a GMC dealership in town so we headed there to see if they would be able to help us and get us back on the road as we only had a short trip to spend with our family, which made me quite emotional. Hayleigh, our service advisor was the first person we met. She brought the scanner out and there were multiple codes that came up. She told us they were busy and she wasn t sure they d be able to get us on the road as they only have one diesel technician. We told her our situation for our short trip to see family, she sensed our urgency, and said they would take a look at it, but we might not know something until at least 5 PM. We dropped our fifth wheel in the back lot and went inside to wait. Haleigh kept us informed the entire way. We were impressed with her communication with us and her willingness to do everything she could to get us back on the road that same day. She even asked her manager if we could have a free lemonade from the food truck that comes for just the employees, although we did not take her up on that. Simon was our technician, who we never met, but Haleigh relayed to us what he thought the problem was, and that they had the part and would be able to fix it for us, but it wouldn t be done until closer to closing time. She then returned a little bit later and told us they didn t have the part in stock but our luck continued, there was a used vehicle on the lot that had just the part we needed to fix our truck and get on the road again. That was the best news we could ve hoped for, all things considered. We could tell that she has compassion and empathy for her customers. She really went out of her way to help make a bad situation better. We want to thank her and Simon and the whole team for helping us out and getting us back on the road as quickly as possible. Even though we missed the first night, seeing our family, we didn t have to cancel the entire trip. We were fortunate that we were not out in the middle of one of those long stretches of highway in Nebraska without any resources when this happened, and as fate would have it, brought us to your shop for the best service. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Team Chevy! This exceptional customer service meant more to us than you could possibly ever know and didn t go unnoticed. Never underestimate how small acts of kindness can make a big impact in peoples lives.
