They were way more helpful and friendly than they needed to be. This is the third time I've had one of my cars serviced by them, and they are always friendly, helpful, and fair.

John, Eric, and crew did an excellent job repairing the damage on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were very prompt on getting my vehicle into there shop and had the project completed in less than a week. Very enjoyable people to work with and reasonably priced. Thanks for a job well done!!

I ve used these guys multiple times through insurance claims and they earned all 5 stars. They communicate and get the job done quickly. Got my vehicle back cleaner than when I gave it to them. The grill on my terrain needed fixed. Not only did they do a wonderful job but they also vacuumed and cleaned up my car! It looks amazing! In addition to the work, the staff is extremely friendly and professional. I completely recommend this company.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This team is flat out amazing! No matter if they work in the shop or in the office. Their main goal is to make sure you are happy. They completely go above and beyond. Every question i had was met with an amazing answer. Once I was able to get my truck in from last years Hail Storm they made quick work to get my truck back to me. Let me tell you it was worth the wait!! My truck looks AMAZING!! Thank you all!

I am super impressed by this team! Amazing customer service, and the quality work they do is top notch. My car had pretty extensive damage from hail, and now it looks better than ever. Thank you Scottsbluff Body & Paint - you guys are the best!

These guys are great! Super fast repair. Honest and straightforward quote. My vehicle was spotless when I got it back, and felt like a brand new car! Would definitely recommend!

John and his staff are second to none. The whole staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. They provided me with transportation while my vehicle was getting repaired. They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and gave me updates on how things were progressing. I am very pleased with the overall experience that John and his staff provided. Honest and fair as well. I could not have asked for anything better.

The service was great and right on time. My pickup was cleaned and ready to go right when they said it would be. Very easy to deal with and worked with my insurance without any flaws. Would recommend them and would take my business back there anytime. Very pleased!!

Scottsbluff body and paint is a great place to bring your car. Whether its for damage from an accident, cosmetic improvements, etc. This is the place to go! They are professional, courteous, and all together a great place to get your car needs taken care of. Jon kept me in the loop about everything that was going on with my car. They got it done in record time and it looks great! Thanks Scottsbluff body and paint for getting me my car back in better shape than it has been in years!

Friendly staff. Hundreds of dollars cheaper than local competition (because they repair what they can instead of ordering new parts for every single thing). They also offer free loaner cars, which was a lifesaver for me.Highly recommended.

Not only did Jon come to my house to look at my car he helped make the arrangements to get all of the work done and kept me informed every step of the process. Got my car back in better than pre accident shape and clean as if it was brand new!

The policy and procedures that I received at this established should be the standard for all businesses. Customer service is top priority, I felt they truly cared. We couldn't ask for a better place in the area for repairing vehicles.
