My service tech, Andre was awesome! Came to our house, was on time, great communication and he even got our old park pass stickers off the old windshield to use on our new one. I m definitely coming back on the next windshield replacement.

Took a rock to our windshield, they got us in right away. Juan did an excellent job with the repair! Highly recommend for any glass work. Thanks for getting us back on the road!!!!

The Safelite representative (Andre) that came out to fix my wife's windshield was a very diligent and persistent worker. We had two setbacks which were no one's fault. But the third time was the charm as Safelite and Andre got my wife's windshield together. I am very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

Scheduled for a morning windshield replacement. As soon as I submitted my appointment, it stated that a tech would be there between 8 am and 5 pm. That is certainly not a morning appointment.The day of, I waited all day and finally called in the late afternoon. I was told that it was logged as a no show because "they couldn't find us". No phone call, no other communication, they just cancelled our appointment. Nice. We'll be taking our vehicles to a local establishment. The only reason I took a chance on Safelite was because I could get my vehicle in a day earlier. I'm sure glad I didn't pay ahead of time!

It appears that you are now UNABLE to talk to a real human being in ANY Safelite Autoglass Locations. Their Phone number tells you to go to their Web Site. THEN their computer hangs up on you and tells you good bye. When your Web Site does not answer your question and you can not talk to a real person then your business is going to suffer. In the last 13 months, I have replaced 5 Windshields and that is business they have lost. Now I am in Nebraska and their is a Safelite store in Scottsbluff and again, you can not talk to anyone.

Hailstorm came through the area so super busy but got the soonest available apt at 9am. At drop off front desk said expect 2hours. Called at 1230 and they said they were just starting.finally picked it up at 5. 8 hours later. Courtesy calls should be made if you completely overshot the amount of time told. Wasted my entire day waiting around. Have a second vehicle that needs a window. Will go somewhere else.

I needed a front and rear windshield replaced. Juan and the team were able to do both within 1 hour and 15 minutes! Fast service. GREAT customer service.

Stopped in after I had a car window broken out. They immediately brought my car into shop and offered to vacuum out broken glass and cover the window with plastic, all this before they even knew if I was going to use them to replace it. Great customer service.

If anyone ever decides to work for this company dont. They put the employee last. And safety is dead last and if you do and end up having to do a two man set by your self or the manager tells you to ask a customer to help you email me. Osha would love to talk to you. I was injured and it was pushed under the rug reported it to store manager and GM and neither reported it. Going through workmans comp for injury doing a two man set by my self and I'm still fighting to even get them to deal with it. Joke of a company

Car didn't worked on tell around close, one of my wipers isn't working and a piece of my car well they broke the clip. If you do go here make sure they don't start your car right before close

Pretty prompt. Only thing I didn't like was having to clean up my dash of glass. I thought that the technician would have cleaned it but I'm not complaining much.

Difficult to get a hold of, tried to get someone to answer the phone for two weeks. When I finally did get an appointment, I took camper in and nothing had even been looked at by the end of the day. Very disappointed.

Never have I been through so much BS for something that should be so EASY!!!! Save yourself being on the phone with their call center and waisting your time. Go anywhere but here, trust me!!!
