He service from Russell s Automotive was great. The owner was very pleasant, honest and down to earth. He did a diagnostic on my vehicle and only changed necessary parts base on their overall assessment of the vehicle. Russell s Auto is cost efficient and experienced in their job. We have been going to Russel s Automotive since we moved here in 2019. We absolutely love them. They are through, absolutely competent, and honest. We don t take our vehicles anywhere else. I took my car in to get the ac looked at, and it turned out they spent almost 2 hours of labor and still couldn't get it done due to needing a program from Ford that cost a lot of money for a small time business. They didn't even charge me since they couldn't get it completed. Great customer service and friendly staff. I will be using them in the future.

I've been using Russells for the past 6 years. They are very professional, always give me an estimate before the job is done, and they guarantee their work for 36 months. Recently, my son's car needed some extensive work done. They let us know exactly what was needed and then did the work as specified. I highly recommend Russel's. I will continue to use them as my main go to for routine auto maintenance. I don't agree with having to pay money for nothing! Took my truck in for a noise in the front end. They had it for four days and half a tank of gas. I returned because they said they couldn't figure out where it was coming from charged me $57 dollars and left the truck on empty! I will not be using them again! Took my truck to different shop and they found the problem in two hours!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

We have been using Russel's since we moved to Scottsbluff 7 years ago. We pulled into town with angry brake pads that needed replaced and stopped at the first place we saw. Customer service is always exceptional and I feel like they are very honest in what they recommend we need. They tried to order the part I needed and the dealer could not get the dealer only item. I found it on line and ordered the part. They put the part on and checked out everything.
