We went to Panhandle Auto to look at 2 trucks. We went in the store at 6pm on a Friday night. Josh was so kind. He copied our drivers license & gave us the keys to test drive the one we were very interested in. We told them we wanted the truck & they put it inside so we could finalize the trade. The next day at 11:00am we went to do the trade & the paperwork was already done. After 2 weeks & through the holidays we went to license the truck & the paperwork was all there. It was so easy. Greg knows how to do that paperwork & he can probably do it with his eyes closed. He & Sam were amazing! We would recommend Panhandle Auto to anyone.. They were knowledgeable, willing to help & they were kind. They weren't pushy at all. We are really pleased that we were able to buy local too! When they pulled the new truck out of the shop it was immaculately detailed.Thanks Sam, Greg & Josh for taking such good care of us..

I bought a vehicle which they claimed to be in great condition. I asked if there was any major issues with the vehicle they told me there was none; only hail damage to the car. I told them the locks were not working and they said it was a simple fix. Sure enough that simple fix was 3K. I called them and all they said was they couldn t do nothing that it wasn t their responsibility. It would have been great if they were honest when I purchased the vehicle.Service: Electrical

Personally, they helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family of six, at a great price. For our community, they have sponsored everything from 4H to our athletic department golf tournament. This is the epitome of business should look like!

We were looking for a good used carWe called all the auto dealerships in Scottsbluff, and Panhandle Auto had one car within our price range.We took the car for a test drive and we're immediately impressed. We decided to buy the car. Mike who sold us the car was awesome. The gentleman who produced the paperwork was great. We are happy with the car

I bought 2016 Challenger from this dealer. While the car is great, my experience was not. I was clearly told when I bought the car that there was a second remote start key, but that their dealership in Sidney NE had the second key. Unfortunately I was not told this until I had traveled 300 miles to pick up the vehicle. However, they promised to mail me the key. Come to find they never had a second key, and it is now my expense to get a replacement key. Not great. Cost will be around $230 plus a programming cost. Caveat emptor, I guess.

I just purchased a 2016 Dodge Durango from PAG in Scottsbluff, NE Ryan Sharp was the absolute best to work with. You will not find better customer service in the valley. Stop in and see Ryan for all your purchasing needs.

They are wonderful to work with. Very pleased with the level of service and working with me on my trade-in. Their salesman Ryan was very timely and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he found it. If you re in the market I would highly recommend going to see Ryan Sharp.

I'll give them two stars instead of one simply because they where friendly, but it took them over two weeks to make an offer on the vehicle I was wanting to trade in, and then once I told them they'd have to do better on said offer I got a "Let me talk to my manager and I'll get back to you tomorrow" and have still yet to hear back from them two weeks after.
