Came in for an oil change a while back, left with a leak. Decided to try them again for a SCHEDULED tire patch. Sat in the lobby for an hour and a half, asked for an update, and they told me they didn t know I was still here so they would take it back shortly. Ended up being a two and a half hour visit for a simple patch. Used to be a great place, came for all my automotive needs, the last couple visits have convinced me to never come back again.UPDATE: they reached out to me after this to apologize and said they aren t sure how they dropped through ball so bad but wanted to make it right. Said the next visit was on them. I appreciate the customer service response

Always receive excellent service from the members of this team whether I just need my tire pressure checked or vehicle serviced. They recently worked on a new vehicle for us and got us the next day and took care to meet our time sensitive needs to get my husband back on the road!

We special ordered Continental tires for our Armada last Saturday.They were delivered on Monday! Efficient, courteous and helpful. Aaron, at the front desk, was very nice and helpful. He is an example forward facing customer service. We just ordered another set of Continental tires for our 2nd Armada yesterday and they are being installed today. You can't beat their efficiency! Highly recommend!

I want to give a shout out to Store Manager Aaron and his staff. I dropped off my pickup for new batteries this morning and Aaron took me home so I didn't have to wait at the store. Much appreciated! You can't get much better service than that. I will be bringing my business to Aaron and his Nebraskaland staff, especially when I need new tires. Thanks guys and kudos to you all.

Tried to have the tires serviced twice with no luck. Weekend came and had a blow out. They advised me that Goodyear would not honor the warranty as I drove a block to get out of traffic and to get off to the shoulder of the road safely.

I always receive great customer service when I have any issues with my vehicle. They are usually always done faster than what they estimate. And pricing always seem fair. I do refer anyone asking to them.

Aaron and his crew are highly professional and do amazing work! Great tire prices and efficiency getting them mounted and my Land Cruiser aligned. Customer service second to none! Like Arnold Schwarzenegger said, "I'll be back!"

The gentleman in the office when I went to have my tire fixed were amazing. They treated me like a lady. They did the work on my car fixed my flat in record time. I keep picking up screws on the 385 and the 26 between alliance Nebraska and Scottsbluff Nebraska. Anyway, this gentleman are truly amazing and they always treat me with respect I truly truly would not go anywhere else. They were recommended to me and I am glad they were. Only lived in the town for one year. Thank you, Kat Jenkins for recommending them. You should use them as well.

Had a lot of faith in this place for recent tire jobs until recently when the tech on clock over torqued my lug nuts and I had to replace all front ones (so far). Tried to call and explain to them my troubles and they brushed it off. With all the tire places in the area this is one to avoid.

Considering I'm used to going to the Sidney store, this place is huge! They have comfortable overstuffed chairs and a couch to sit in while you wait. I was told that they have to wake up quite a few people when their car is done. Yes, the furniture is that comfortable. The service is fast as can be. If you have to wait a bit, it's because they are slammed. Aaron and the crew were nothing but courteous both on the phone and in person. So, if you're in the Scottsbluff area and need tires or an oil change, give these guys a call.

I would not recommend taking your car into them if you need any kind of repairs that don't have to do with tires. They "worked" on my engine twice for the same problem and still ended up having my engine go out. I have tried to talk to them about fixing it and never heard back from them. I will never again recommend them or take any of my vehicles there again. I believe they saw a young woman go in by herself and thought they could take advantage. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRS!!!

Nebraskaland has very good service. If you're scheduled for an appointment, they try to stick to it for the most part, unless you just drop off your vehicle and go run some errands the they get to it when they feel like it. I dropped mine off to get a oil change and new tires. They only did the oil change and pushed the appointment back 1&1/2 later than appointment time.

Nebraskaland Tire put some new tires on my Jeep, performed some transmission maintenance and installed a new EGR valve. Great work, Jeep rides great, fixed right the first time and they went the extra mile! Great experience.

Third time schedule trying to get the appointment. They misunderstood timing to complete job. Lack communication. Was told I'd have a ride, while they fix my car. Unorganized. I'm not able to get a ride. Let's just hope that once, finally we get the service done, it's a smoother ride than it is now. To be continued ....40 minutes in still here in NE waiting area waiting

Service was fine though it took over 2 hours to install 4 new tires. Smiles were pretty rare and I was not updated as to progress.

I stopped by Nebraskaland in the morning after a particularly difficult and tragic night at work. I had a flat caused by a brushup with a 5x5 crater on the county road near my house. The tire was intact, but the rim was toast. The guys at Nebraskaland were great. They called the junk yard in Scottsbluff and secured a matching wheel for my 21 year-old Chrysler van. After a few stout cups of coffee in the air-conditioned lobby, they got me fixed up and sent me on my way.I can't speak highly enough of the crew at Nebraskaland. They're not just great mechanics- they're great people!

We were half way through a 750 mile trip when we had a blown rear tire and just a donut to finish the trip. We found the Nebraskaland Co. In Scottsbluff, NE and they replaced 2 tires and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. We will be forever grateful for their thoughtfulness in dealing with our problem as well as the professionalism of their staff.

We are road-tripping across the country on a deadline and everyone at Nebraskaland made special efforts to help us despite having a full schedule. They stayed late and were incredibly kind and accommodating for us.

Absolutely my favorite place. They fix everything! My seat motor, tires, brakes, door window that got stuck after a night of horrible storms. They are quick and efficient and remember you by name. 10000 stars!

We have always had the best service when we have gone to Nebraska land tires. Today I had a little bit of a wait. This was due to they were going the extra mile to help out a elderly lady .So I do not mind one bitThe crew at this store is top notch, thankful to have them in our community.

I had a great experience when I went to Nebraskaland for my oil change this visit. Brandon did a wonderful job with my car AGAIN! I would give 5 stars, however, I was always told that there is ALWAYS room for improvement in everything a person sets out to accomplish.

Staff is always nice and polite. Requested service completed in a timely manner at a fair price. They always ask before they perform any additional services they think are needed along with an estimate of the suggested service. Short wait time also.

Great service and great products for a great price. The only problem is they cannot keep enough workers there constantly so you might have to wait a little bit.

I love the convenience and communication of this location. It is within walking distance to my job, and this Broadway, Scottsbluff, NE location talks to me about needs and options as well as price in a proactive approach so they have time to act on my decision during the same appointment. I so appreciate you all.

Good honest service. I thought I needed new brake pads and rotors however they showed me that I didn't. They even cleaned my current brakes, checked my brake fluid and sent me on my way. In today's world it seems that you can't trust anyone. I can say with certainty that the good people at Nebraskaland Tire and Service will give you good, honest service!

The employees here are amazing! I needed 4 tires the next day and they got it done immediately. I mentioned an oil change and they let me know that they do that at the store also, so they saved me another trip to somewhere else. Great customer service

Fantastic service. A few years ago they replaced the entire AC system on one of our vehicles and recently we noticed there was no cold air blowing. We made an appointment, the refrigerant was a little low; they evacuated and recharged the system...and didn't charge us a single penny.Highly recommend.

We have been using Nebraska Land Tire for all our vehicles services and tires after our previous repair shop closed and we are super happy with their work.They are friendly and honest and reasonable with prices. The repair work we have had done there has always fixed the problem.
