For the first time in my life, I have been to a parts store that doesn t have a loaner code reader. How am I supposed to buy parts from a parts store if I don t know what is wrong with the vehicle? Went down the road to AutoZone and borrowed their scan tool And they even printed me a free diagnostic report. First and last time I will go to Napa in Scottsbluff.

This is not about the store in bluffs but the store in Torrington. The manager in Torrington is got to be the most disrespectful person I have ever met. If I had someone talking about me the way he does about that driver I d have a lawsuit so fast for defamation of character. In this small of town he should be a better person

Ok have one guy in ther with glasses always on lunch it seems like but if h3s sitting at the desk don't ask him to help u all day becuz hes haveing luch hahaha lazy pure lazy

Went there for some taillights for a trailer. Only had a whole wiring kit for $75. Went to Walmart and bought singles for $7.85 apiece. Won't go back. No way

I would not recommend this parts stor for parts. They told me they had a starter for my van. Gave me the price for the part and the core and when I went to pick it up they then told me they did not have one.

They would not exchange a Napa battery because I did not buy it at their store. I've spent thousands here. Not any more!
