2 weeks ago my truck broke down Scottsbluff NE. I just searched the google search truck service Inland truck service close to me. And the guys worked very well to take care off my truck service fast, good service nice people are working there. Specially service manager Kirk he knows everything how to take care of customers and communicate with me well. Drop off me hotel pick me up hotel too. Awesome guys perfect service 5 star Thanks guys.

Had rear differential going bad in 99 Ford F350. Inland Truck got parts in and rebuilt in 24 hr turnaround. Saved my wife/I cross country trip. Now have 3 yrs and 20k miles with no issues. Thanks ITR greatly for honest and reliable service.

Brought in 2 driveshafts to get shortened for a custom project I was working on. They had them done by the next day. Very nice looking work and they are balanced perfectly. Pricing was fair and the customer service was great. I will definitely go to ITP for driveshaft work whenever possible.

Edit to add:I spoke with Mr. Hedman - had a good conversation. I appreciate his desire to give every customer a 5-star experience.Most of the original review:They do know diesel engines, but I was disappointed with the customer service side of things.I see most other people seem to have a good experience there, so they re obviously not a bad shop. Maybe I just always caught them on an off day..

Driving through town, after traveling 4,000 miles, and our RV engine (diesel pusher) starts making a weird whistling noise. Called this place at 4:30pm on a Friday. Meanwhile the noise stopped, but we felt like we still wanted someone to give the engine a look over just to be sure. They had us come on over and the tech took a look at the engine right before he was supposed to be leaving for the day. He looked over the belts and pulleys and gave us an assessment of what had probably made the noise and had us back on the road. 5 stars!

We had a truck go down with a blown radiator hose right outside of scottsbluff. Inland was able to match our part number and squeeze us into their packed schedule. Excellent customer service and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Highly recommend

I made an appointment to have my motor home serviced while on a long trip. Travis got me in first thing in the morning and took great care of me.Nice, clean facility and friendly people. I recommend them if your need service on your commercial, big rig or RV chassis.

Such a perfect experience! Being a woman, and still learning all about my diesel bus, I was a bit nervous to take Gusto in for his inspection. I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. Each step was explained and I never once felt dumb or unaware of what was going on. The final price was very reasonable, and I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Thanks Guys! #GrammyGusto

Good group of people here. My truck broke down just outside of town. Al's towing brought his wrecker out. Had to get a rental car. Got my truck back in a couple days. Back to making money. Thank you
