They were able to service my trailer's electrical system with little notice, allowing us to continue our road trip without interruption. Professional, fast, frendly service with very competitive pricing. Great job Chad & Dave!

Brought our camper in for an estimate on a little damage to the corner and it was put back together and sealed up so we could safely get back on the road within an hour! I am so impressed with the expertise and customer service!

We were experiencing issues with the water heater in our RV. A cold shower, when it gets down to mid 20s at night won't do. Anyway we came to High Plains Spas, and Chad was amazing. He spent a great deal of time working on our issue. This included filling and draining our RV, to get a switch to reset. When he was working on it I mentioned if it didn't get fixed, could we shower at his house, he said sure, what a guy. In the end, he got it fixed. The service he provided was truly above and beyond anything we expected.

Our generator quit working and we were on way to Wyoming from Wisconsin. They got us and helped diagnosis the problem immediately. Could ask for better service.

While on vacation my r-pod water connection had issues so no water! I called High Plains and they got me in the next day bright and early - out by noon and back on the road. Plus they fixed the switch in the electric foot motor and the fuse casing so I didn't have to buy a new motorized jack. The repair man was so kind and explained everything and why it was needed plus he taught me more about my weight distribution hitch so I feel comfortable disconnecting it now. Thanks for the expert service and kind advice! You saved my vacation!

My wife and I were traveling through town and had an issue with the electrical cable between our tow vehicle and our RV. The RV dealership we called for help was too busy to assist us but suggested that we call High Plains. We are so happy we did. Elisa got us in right away and Doug had us up and running in no time. If you're looking for great service look no further.

We were on vacation just outside of Scottsbluff Nebraska when an 18 wheeler hit us from behind. We were pulling a 23 foot pull behind camper. High Plains Spa and Recreation was recommended to us by the officer that worked the scene of the wreck. I can t say enough positive about High Plains Spa and Recreation. They were helpful on the phone when I first called them. They took care of my RV with expertise. They were helpful in so many ways with us being out of town. We love High Plains Spas! Chad Spady is super knowledgeable, and always gets back to us in a timely manner. We are so happy with our hot tub that we purchased last November. Should have done it years ago. Support local if you can!

I travel around the country and am In many different RV businesses. Most helpful RV repair place ever. If you are in town this is the place to Do business. If Alyssa behind the counter cannot help you, no one can. I guarantee she will do her best to get you on your way.

We're full-time RVers. Had our rv gas heater stop working in 37 degree weather. Called and asked if they could look at the furnace, they said sure, so I drove to their shop, all without a service appointment. They looked at the furnace, swapped in a control board, and we now have heat! All at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much!

I called for parts for my RV. They didn't have anything for plumbing. Bypass valve is a basic RV item. I think these guys do better with you'd better with hot tubs than RVs. I feel like they're stretched pretty thin.

Great team, fast work, saved money.... Ok, Just got our '02Jayhawk 31' motorhome, our first camping experience in Lyman, WY, and had a great first trip, but then on road to Scottsbluff, within 24 hours of leaving that first happy camp: the electric steps stopped working, the generator stopped turning over, propane stopped powering stuff, AND the interior pocket door glide came loose from the ceiling -trapping my daughter in the back. I was a wreck by the time we made it to Scottsbluff, headed straight to High Plains (found on Google). On arrival, when listing the last 24 hours to 'Chad' at the counter, I could hardly get out the last words without balling, felt so bad. So he patiently writes out my list of all things suddenly broke, my phone number, and tells me not to worry, that he'll take a look and get it fixed up for me. My son happened to live in town so he came and got us into a hotel, and he knew High Plains for work they'd done on his boat, too, and said it was a great place to have brought it to. It was barely a full 24 hours later, and Chad had fixed EVERYTHING on that list for me and more, except the electric steps that needed a new motor ordered, which we did. They were all pretty easy fixes, in fact, but the kicker was the generator... Turns out the previous owner, a kind elderly gentleman who'd gotten some mobile service guy to work on the generator just before we bought it, had put one of the aux battery terminal connections on the wrong terminal, so every time we ran or tried to start that thing it was burning through the connection, could soon have caught fire, blown up, and all the rest. Chad showed me everything - the cables, the melting terminal wires and rubber, all of it. Then he went over all the little RV quirks I needed to keep in mind after he'd fixed and flushed stuff for me. For all the things that had to fall apart to get me in that shop, I'm grateful, but especially for Chad at High Plains. Also Alyssa, she keeps that place rolling -they're all awesome!Service: Battery

Bought a Green Mountain Grill here. The grill I received had an issue with the paint. I called and they had a new grill ready to go the same day. Very nice people with great customer care. If you're in the market for a new grill I highly recommend High Plains Spas.

Took my boat in for new bottom seals and they had it ready to pick up in a hour. Awesome Other time I went for a new starter switch and they had exactly what I needed. Also new location is close to the lake.

These guys were great in helping a newbie like me understand how to take care of my new hot tub. They didn t try to push extra products. They told me exactly what to do and when. Highly recommend.

I have called them for the last 2 summers and they always say they will call back. They know my voice when I call on the phone. I am very disappointed. I even bought supplies there when my tub worked.
