Very easy to work with, pickup looks great after having the hail damage repaired. Was cleaned inside and out when i came to pick it up. Had an issue with a light not working properly and they came to me and took it back to fix it so it didn't inconvenience me in any way. If you are looking at having any body work done i would highly recommend them! Top notch work!

Let me start off by saying that I am by no means a paint and body expert however that being said I grew up in a house with a father who had his Metallurgy degree and specialized in paint and body of show cars.I literally cannot say enough good things about Carl and Sarah and their crew, at Bumper to Bumper Body and Paint, before running out of space in this review.Their expertise their attention to detail the craftsmanship and the customer service are second to none. We absolutely would not take our vehicles to any other paint and body shop if we have anything to do with it. I understand this may not seem fair to other paint and body shops who we have not had the opportunity to experience however we have experienced two other local shops. Prior to using or even knowing of Bumper to Bumper because we did not live in the area we used One of those other shops and the quality of the work was good and the customer service was good, they just were not on par with the quality and fit and finish of Bumper to Bumper. The other body shop I listen to them brag about all their accolades and say that they are the best in the area hands down no questions asked. However, we didn't get to choose this body shop at the time the service was commissioned. It was done by the Fremont Ford dealership prior to receiving the truck and after three attempts to repair and color correct the paint on the front bumper they failed repeatedly and told me nobody would notice however the number of people that pointed it out to me was ridiculous. As excited as I was to receive the new truck it stood out like a sore thumb and that's when the dealership disclosed what had happened.The staff at Bumper to Bumper does everything within their ability to work with you and your insurance company to ensure a smooth hassle-free process. If we have anything to do with it, the only shop we will use by choice is Bumper to Bumper Body and Paint.God bless Carl, Sarah and the entire staff and their families at bumper to bumper. I would like to give Bumper to Bumper's work a five-star rating because it was outstanding and the best body shop work I have ever seen. However, I cannot give them five stars as they had our van for over a month, and I'm unsure why it took that long. Therefore, I have to give them a three-star rating.

Did a great job on my vehicle - the work was done perfectly and a fast turnaround as well. I'm always impressed at how clean and sharp everything is - even the shop area is clean as a whistle. Their attention to detail is very clear - super happy!

I have taken several of our work pickups to Bumper to Bumper and have been satisfied every time. I have taken an older truck in from a deer hit several years ago and they fixed it up better than I was expecting. I have also had several pickups with hail damage and each time they made it look better than new in my opinion. Great technicians that still care about quality and an excellent painter who s color matching is spot on! I love a place that cares about quality and that is what you get here!

Towed sons pick up when it had been stolen would not accept the insurance took it to impound. Called insurance on Monday and they called and guaranteed the money stated ot would be delivered. No show. Called today said again they need payment. Going to pay and they state it would be here still not. Called and stated they are to busy it will be tomorrow. Are they paying for our time waiting for 3 days now. I would never use again.In response: this is not Scott. We were told it would be delivered on Monday when insurance called you to guarantee the money and no storage would be charged or a retow fee from the guy who brought it. Chage was to be $200 something and we got a bill for almost $700 with a rude run around from the lady on the phone. Would have used someone else but PD said we had to use you. Maybe they need to contract with someone else or let the person chose their own tow company.

I had a free car detailing ticket offered to me last spring/last year. I forgot about this until I got a call this past spring (1year later) offering my free detailing to me. I was pleasantly surprised to get the call after a full year. The car was cleaned perfectly . I applaud Bumper to Bumper for their integrety, professionalism, and service.
