Had an awesome experience at Team Chevrolet and GMC on the purchase of my new 2023 GMC Acadia. Zach Elhormoui was such a great salesperson. The whole team were great and the whole process took less than 2 hours. Highly recommend!

Had scheduled an appointment for 8 in the morning to have my vehicle's engine checked. They said the process normally takes 1-3 hours. At 11:30, it was not finished, but had apparently already been started. At 4 pm, it was still not finished, and they didn't know when it would be done. Despite having scheduled an appointment, and Team having my vehicle for over 8 hours, practically no work had been done on it. I've had other issues with their services in the past, and this is the final straw. I will no longer be using Team's services.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Will NEVER go back took my car in for ignition switch recall got told I was wrong and told it was for something else, Got what they said was the recall done anyway and had no problem before I went in then new keys did not work they had to come fix it again and when I got home 1 HOUR away stopped working again wanted to charge me for a tow to fix again never giving business again

I needed to fix my rear bumper and other parts on my car and the body shop team at Team Chevrolet was amazing. The were very helpful and great at getting me back my car in good time! Overall it was a great experience.

We got a truck and it broke down on the way home they took it and got it fixed they said we got it back and 2 weeks later it was back in the shop for 30 days I have called and called still haven't gotten my money back from the rental car because they did not fix it correctly it has been monthsService: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing
