Went in for an alignment. Told me I needed new struts, tires, tie Rods, and lower control arms totalling to 2500$. I said all I needed is an alinment done. They said they wont work on my vehicle unless I buy all these parts. I tell them how much would it be just for Tie Rods and lower control arms and says that'll be 1500$. So i say thats ok i just wanted an alinment done and I'll be by to pick it up. After all is said and done I get a 65$ service charge just to get my car back when they're was no work done on the vehicle at all. Needless to say I wont be coming back to these crooks.

Worst place I ever been to. Charged me $65.00 to tell me my front tires were wearing down. I certainly new that myself they wouldn't perform what I asked them to do until I bought new tires from them.

These guys fixed a simple issue for me in less than 30 minutes when no other shop in town would. Very professional as well!Every other shop in Scottsbluff claimed to have zero availability, even after explaining that the issue should take no time at all to fix. I find that hard to believe!Bee Line seems to understand that sometimes emergencies happen and some things need to be fixed right away.

These guys are really great, I needed to get an alignment and have checked alot of places near here. They got me in same day and scheduled my other rig for the morning the next day. Professional and easy to talk to. Thanks guys. Oh and really fast too!

Recently a friend had this company come out to tow his car. Chad and his guys were not only prompt and professional but they went the extra mile with compassion and care! I had my daughter visit Beeline services almost a month ago. It was actually an emergency. Her car started acting up on I 80 between Cheyenne and Kimball on her way to Gering. So, I made a few calls to see where I could have her get seen as soon as possible, Sarah and Chad were exceptionally accommodating. Chad met her the very next morning on a Saturday to have a look at it and see what he could do to help. All of this was above and beyond. Thank you for making the time to help my kid in a moment of distress.

Great experience. They fixed my vehicle right away and let me pick it up on a day they were not open. Friendly and great service. My Dodge Nitro has never ran better. Thank you!

Living out of town I drove in to get a alignment. Had no luck, the 1st place even though I called failed to tell me I needed a appointment. With many places needing a appointment, bee line helped me. Friendly staff, smiles even the shop dog was awsome. Very informative answered all questions. We feel we found a honest business with the most friendly staff. And now have our business for life. We will be recommending this place to all our friends. Thank you bee line!

I gave Bee Line 5 stars because they got me in and solved my issue on the spot. They didnt try to charge me for unnecessary parts and labor like another local shop attempted to. Thank you Bee Line. I will be back for for all of my Tire and Alignment care.

Screwed up alignment. Wouldn't take responsibility for screw up. Talked to owner he just tried to sell me unneeded brake job. And the mechanic i took it to found duck tape in brakes.
