We've bought quite a few vehicles over the year and this was probably the best car buying experience we've ever had. We came in and told Patrick what we wanted and what we needed the payment to be around and he made it happen! Very quick, easy, and not pushy. They just wanted to see us leave happy customers. Side note, we also do business with their service department through my work and they've also been great. Quicker than other Ford dealers that we've tried. Overall a great dealership, we will continue taking our business here.

I was looking for a specific make/model, and Woodhouse - Plattsmouth happened to have it in stock. When I contacted the dealership, I reached Paul Andrews, who also helped me when I arrived and throughout the purchase. Paul confirmed the vehicle details on that initial call and was nice enough to send additional pics so that I could see the condition of vehicle prior to visiting the lot. The purchase process was quick. All of the staff I came in contact with were helpful and courteous! I would absolutely do business with them in the future!!

I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase from Woodhouse Ford South! Sales Guy Brandon, and Sales Manager Brian, were both laid back, low-pressure and made me feel comfortable with my choices. They brought the exact vehicle I wanted down from the Blair store and gave me generous offers on my two trade-ins. Alex, the finance guy, made the transaction smooth and swift - I was out of there in no time. Thrilled with my new Ranger and am thankful for the professionals at Woodhouse Ford South who helped make the deal happen for me.

Working with Patrick to order, track, and finally receive my new Maverick was a great experience. You hear a lot of horror stories about dealerships doing shady things (especially on Mavericks) but I can say that none of that was the case with Woodhouse. What we agreed upon from day one is exactly how it was when I went to actually pick up the truck. It was a very smooth process and went exactly as I expected. Oh yeah....and the Maverick is great. (38+ mpg on my first tank so far)

Had the pleasure of working with Jeff! We contacted him looking for a very specific vehicle within a certain budget and while we didn t find what we were looking for initially, Jeff reassured me that he would keep me in mind and just a few days later he was calling me with the perfect car (as well as having it delivered to our house!). Jeff and his team went above and beyond for my family and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Woodhouse Ford (south) facility is very clean and spacious, and staff are all very courteous and welcoming. Doors were opened upon entering and exiting the building, we were offered water while we waited. Our salesman was fantastic; we will recommend Denton to anyone we know looking to buy a new vehicle. We have utilized this location in the past for service needs for our other vehicle, and love the convenience of being able to have our vehicle, picked up from our house and returned to us. During one of our recent service needs, we were loaned a great, courtesy vehicle. Again, dropped off at our front door. Overall, the service and atmosphere are great! We will for sure continue to service at this location.

My husband has been chasing around the title to the new truck he bought last month and we cannot say this enough . Jeff the salesman he worked with is wonderful. He s on top of things, he got things figured out quickly and he s a great salesman. When we purchase more vehicles we will request him, give him a raise he deserves to be taken care of -especially in a world full of Nate s who never call you back and don t help you at all.

Well was completely satisfied, until my car wasn't full of fuel ! I was told my car would be full of gas before I drove it off the lot!Didn't happen , other than that , very professional and they dont waste your time !Never ever been to a dealer where a purchased a vehicle , and never left w/o a full tank of fuel!I was told they don't do that ?Hmmmm!

We needed a large SUV because our kids kept complaining about leg room & I was tired of keeping old, high mileage vehicles going. We tested the Sequoia, Expedition, & Tahoe in that order. I thought the Sequoia was a lock because we already owned an 09 Tundra. I also have to say that I never intended on buying a Ford again in my life after my 97 Expedition ejecting spark plugs (and I grew up a Ford guy). I'll save you some time if you're looking for a large SUV...the Toyota is embarrassing in terms of what you get for the money compared to Chevy and Ford, so you should immediately count them out. The room is probably better & the ride is smoother than the Tahoe, but the gas mileage is worst in class. The Chevy had some nice features, but compared to Ford, it doesn't come close to the leg & head room. The gas mileage is close but I like the smaller Ecoboost engine because it has more room to work on, & the smoothness of the ride was no contest. Unless you are blindly brand loyal, there is no sense in going with anything but Ford. On top, Woodhouse Ford South was easily the best car buying experience we've ever had. Denton was knowledgeable, patient, & took great care of us. He seriously went above & beyond! Jim was a fill-in acting manager from Blair on our first visit, & he was outstanding as well. He actually encouraged us to go try out everything else & compare. He was confident we'd come back & he was right. Aside from the kids loving the Expedition more than the Tahoe, my wife's turning point was seeing the difference in leg room in the 3rd row. We couldn't be more happy with our new car or the service we received!

Loved how smooth and easy to make this purchase was from Woodhouse. The salesman, Austin, was great. Purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer with 22K miles. Love the vehicle, with the third row and extra space. However, have only had the vehicle less than a month and the drivers seat is already cracking. Purchased the premium warranty and figured that would have covered the seats, especially with the low mileage. Woodhouse service department indicates it is not covered and they will not repair the seat. Did not offer to provide a quote to repair the seat. So make sure you thoroughly look through the vehicle inside and out prior to making a purchase of a used vehicle from any dealership!

So I just had another amazing experience at Ford South. Brian H. and Nate W. are just awesome! I just got my 3rd F150 from these guys and they never fail to impress!! Patrick was a great salesman. He would call, text, email whenever we had a question or concern. We were nervous about purchasing a truck from another state but he put these worries at ease. The day of pickup was a breeze. They didn't have the floor mats that we agreed upon because they are back ordered at Ford. To resolve this though, they substituted a better version without any issues. The truck is clean and exactly what we were looking for at an amazing price. I'd recommend the dealership and Patrick to anyone!

We had an excellent experience with Nate at Woodhouse Ford South. He went to work for us getting the best deal on a new vehicle. Everything was handled professionally over the phone & text making it easy and convenient to drive away with a new car. When we arrived for the finished paperwork we were in and out in under 45 minutes. A great experience!

The last three vehicles I purchased were from Woodhouse Ford South in Plattsmouth, NE. They also do all my oil changes and service work. They are always courteous and explain all services that need performed. They are honest and return my vehicle quickly. Any issue has been handled quickly and honorably.

Not willing to stand behind work performed under warranty. Changed oil pan due to a leak. Faulty installation truck still leaking brought up at next oil change appointment. Truck warranty ran out I m now on the hook for replacement. Will find different service department. Will no longer be a customer of Woodhouse South!

My second visit to this dealer again for service and as before, set the standard. Service rep Kaden Cody communicated well and effectively. Fast and prompt maintenance. Minor problem identified for followup. Provided loaner car for coverage and helped me get out of there and on my way. Woodhouse South is now my go to for all things car related. Terrible customer service and service.Called to have my tires replaced. During the process of scheduling everything went fine and the person who answered the call was helpful. I only needed 2 tires out of the 4 and the individual said that would be no problem amd since I need the truck for work it would be done the same day and returned.Day of appointment truck was picked up no issues. Received a call from someone stating that the truck needed all 4 tires because they were terribly bald. Person proceeded to tell me the thread depth of the tires. After a discussion this individual realized that the tires were not all bad and that he wasnt looking at the right set of tires according to him I dont know what tires were taken from your truck, i am looking at the ones in front of me .Once that was settled this individual proceeded telling me he couldnt replacr only 2 or it would break the axel. Once I explained what the person that booked the appointment said he got aggitated and eventually said You know what, ill bring you the truck back and when the other guy gets back yiu can resolve it . Call was disconnected in those terms.Eventually this guy called back and said he would just replace the two tires. HERE IS THE KICKER This happened about 1 month ago last week I had to replace the ROTOR AND Break pads on the rear. They NEVER EVEN looked at that and let me know what was going on.CONSEQUENCE I took the truck to a local small shop

Great service. Thorough with explanations. No all day wait for an oil change.Adding another review after today's service visit. 1-12-2023My service advisor today had the personality of sawdust! Didn't smile, wasn't friendly, made me feel like I was a bother. I was getting an oil change & a tsb handled on my 2022 Bronco. Service advisors are the 1st person a customer sees when they pull into the service center & should feel welcome & I didn't feel that way today. This advisor needs some customer service training. It almost makes me want to go back to my previous Ford dealership.

I live 400 miles from the dealership so all three transactions have been handled remotely with vehicles being delivered to my home. The people are great to work with and present an honest representation of the vehicles. Smooth all around transactions.

This review comes after having maintenance done on my 2019 Shelby GT350R.The buying experience of the car was great, and they took great care of me and some of the smaller issues that took place after purchase.My car started having intermittent charging issues/voltage spikes while driving (3000 miles). It is still under warranty, however I m a former technician so I troubleshot it at home per the WSM to a failed alternator just so I could decide to repair the car myself or let the dealership have it.Ultimately I decided I didn t want to shell out 500$ for an incredibly simple repair so I dropped it with Woodhouse South. As with most people with a rare high performance vehicle dropping it at the dealership for service, or anywhere for that matter makes you a little anxious. So much so I considered installing a dash cam before it was dropped.I didn t do that because I told myself everything would be fine. The service team received the car and said they d leave it inside for me which I appreciated. Kaden (service advisor) was great about providing updates on the car along the way.The three star rating simply comes from the level of care/attention to detail I found once getting the car home(haphazardly installed battery cover and terminal protector on the alternator). Kaden wasn t really able to answer what was wrong with the car besides the test failed on the alternator which is fine. However once I reviewed the repair order they had road tested the car for 30 miles. This seemed a little excessive for an alternator.I d like to think that they were being super thorough, but that anxiety about dropping the car with them just hopes that the technician didn t take a little liberty with the car, and just confirms that maybe I should have installed a dashcam in the vehicle before drop off.Albeit to say the repair has been good, the car is driving fine.Overall, for better or worse it is just what I ve come to expect dealing with Ford dealerships so far in my experience. I wouldn t not recommend or recommend I would say they are average or slightly above.-Steve

We have two Fords, an F150 and an Expedition and tried a few dealers out for service and Woodhouse Ford South is by far the best service team in the area. Billy is a true professional, kind and honest which keeps us coming back. Great job and higly recommend you give them a chance to take care of your vehicle needs.

Brian (Sales Manager), Jason and Alex were great from beginning to end. The facility was clean, staff friendly and courteous. I got exactly what I wanted and was treated more than fairly on my trade. Really liked the large windows between the waiting area and the service area. Having purchased a good number of cars I must say buying my F-150 was no doubt the best buying experience I have ever had. Thank you to everyone at Woodhouse for the outstanding service!!!
