We've taken our vehicles to Perfection for many years now and always have a good experience. They know their stuff, are friendly, and straightforward with you. We really appreciate their work whether we need big repairs or basic maintenance.

Fit me in for spark plugs & cleaning my battery instead of giving me an appointment next week. Bill looked at my check engine light and knew right away what it was. Then he fixed the pressure fuel something or other. I trust him. He also put in a grille and headlights I bought. Very good work with affordable prices.

Bill charged me $110.98 + tax for the part. I thought that was a fair price. I had to get the failed part repaired somewhere else. It would have been impossible to get my vehicle to his shop without incurring large expenses. I had the other shop save the failed part. I took it to Bill. He submitted the part to his part distributor under a manufacture warranty and was able to get credit from his distributor. When Bill sent me a refund check for the failed part, it was only $75. I do understand that parts fail. I have a hard time paying $110.98 + tax for something defective and receiving only $75.

I have taken all my family cars to Perfection and have had nothing but excellent service and work. The Perfection team is always friendly and provide a detailed explanation of all work that is being completed. Everything is always on time and at a fair price. I highly recommend them to my extended family who don't live in Plattsmouth and they have been pleased as well.

I got exactly what I wanted at Perfection. Good materials, great price and outstanding attention. I have already recommended them to a couple friends for exhaust work, and will be taking another car of mine back there soon.
