Trey was amazing! I came in to get brake lights and he had great customer service and was truly genuine. He even put the brake lights in for me which I know wasn t his job, but he was very helpful and I will continue to return to buy my car accessories and parts due to the friendly service.

We have always received excellent customer service and found what we needed here over the years. About a week ago, my truck battery died unexpectedly. Of course, panic set in, and once I got my truck jump-started, I felt awful going to the store a half hour before closing time to get a replacement. But they got it done without a fuss. Thank you for that!

Was in and out in reasonable time.. replaced a brake light bulb. Employee helped me find the right one, grabbed it from storage. Cost 8$ for 2bulbs..bet I could get it cheaper online. Replaced bulb soon after a good Samaritan told me my light was out while delivering for Amazon. I'd hate to get pulled over and waste Xtra time.

Store closes at 8pm on Tuesday night according to Google. The associate watched me walk to the door from his car at 7:24pm and speedily drove away once I tried the door and it was locked, he was driving a silver celica.

Went to purchase spark plug for my kohler engine and John said they didn't sell lawn mower parts and wouldn't attempt to look it up. I had locate the part number on my own wouldn't have purchased them there except I didn't have time to go elsewhere. I won't be going to that store again any time soon.

They never seem to know much about cars. Whenever they recommend I replace something, it has never fixed the problem. And I can never return any of the items even with my receipt including just a battery. Autozone's customer service, knowledge, and store policies are all well above O'Rielly's. After this last time of them screwing me out of $150 dollars, I will never go to this store again.

I always get what part I need. With friendly sales people. There a new guy Jerry who does repairs on the side. I wish I had his number I sure could use his help. Old faithful still needs alot of parts replace.

Took my car to have the battery and alternator checked out. They said the battery tested bad and the alternator tested good. I purchased a new battery, the next day my car died. I walked to jeff Henry motors They brought a jump box jump started my car as soon as they took off the box, my car died. Took the battery back to O'Reilly's They tested and said the battery was bad. They gave me a replacement battery. I thought the alternator was bad so I replaced it the next day and had it tested by a reputable mechanic. He said everything tested good. ( be careful who runs a test on your vehicle at O'Reilly AUTO parts)

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff. Typical high price for auto parts store. Prices are cheaper elsewhere online, but if you need the part now, its a good place to check first.

Gave a good review a few months ago. Went there yesterday & was insulted & disappointed by customer service representative. He stated his negative opinion about my vehicle, didn't want to take the time to walk through the store & help me pick out what I needed.

We ve been loyal customers of the Plattsmouth O Reilly s for four years but that has all come to an end. We recently went in to look at something and had the clerk help us but didn t end up purchasing. The next day we have the cops pounding on the door saying that the clerk at O Reilly s filed a police report accusing us of stealing the $12 item. The officer stated that no one saw us walk out with an item and there are no cameras to even be reviewed, but they had to follow up (because some punk clerk probably misplaced an item when he was doing inventory.) This is probably the worst and most embarrassing thing that has happened since we moved to this town. We plan on telling everyone we know what an unpleasant and unprofessional company they are to do business with. They are nothing but rude slanderers who would attempt to assasinate a persons character without a second thought.

The people at this place dont know anything about automotive only how to push a button.they would do better working in fast food.they tell you one thing on the phone and different when you get to the store.do not recommend this store for any of your auto needs

I visited this store and the guy working at the counter was to busy having a conversation with a lady friend about her dog and boyfriend to help out customers. I stood there for approximately 5 minutes before leaving the store without getting any help. I will not be visiting this store again. I will either go to Napa if they are open or drive the extra 15 minutes to go to Bellevue.

Good for most replacement parts purchase. My vehicle's parts are usually not in stock here but I can get them in a day.

Had 5 dollar off coupon but found out if you buy a part that is on sale you can't use coupon. Doesn't say that on coupon but store manager Tanya did give me the 5 dollars off
